This company was paid previously by the owner of my current condo to fix my furnace we called them previous to purchasing my home and they said everything checked out and the furnace was brand new. Moving in and the heat barely works two months down the road and it doesn’t work at all. I called this morning and instead of trying to talk to me about it they said well let’s get a technician out... I’m not paying for someone to come that hasn’t even fixed it right to begin with. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The technician, Travis, was quick to return my call, quick to get the work done while doing an excellent job, and the price was more than fair for a Saturday. I will definitely use Allright Plumbing again!

Allright installed our new hot water heater. My husband thought he could do it and after he got it into the utility room realized there was more involved than he could do. Our home is older and the plumbing is not as straight forward. Allright absolutely met our needs and had no problem finishing the work he already started. They did a great job and also helped us pass the inspection. Friendly and great quality of work. Great reasonable prices. We will absolutely call them for any future plumbing needs.

This company was paid to clean and certify that the AC and furnace worked properly in a house I was going to purchase. I got the keys to the house and it’s very hot inside. I called this morning (Saturday) to have someone come out and Ryan (the “on-call technician “) would not come out. He was rude and in my opinion lazy. This company obviously does not stand by their work. If I could leave zero stars I would because this company was worthless to me.

Professional, timely, and thorough. Had a gas line installed for a new range and a water line to a new fridge and had absolutely no headaches. They came in the exact windows they scheduled, were complete in the quoted amount of time, and had a great rate for the work completed! I called on 11/20, Pete came for the estimate on 11/26 and I got the estimate back on 11/27, work completed on 12/3, inspection 12/4, and they came back to install the range on 12/5! I bet they could have gotten me taken care of sooner if I had the appliances sooner, but overall extremely happy with a job done right the first time!

We've called Allright twice now - once for a plumbing repair and once for heating. In both cases our technician was courteous, on-time, and very professional. Today our technician was hunting for the source of a strange sound from the furnace. He was able to determine there was nothing broken and no need to worry about leaks, so I was fine with just letting the noise go, and not worrying about it. But he was not willing to give up until he located it (two pieces of metal rubbing together) and wrapped some tape around it to make it stop. I will definitely be calling them if we have needs in the future.

Two Plumbers worked for an hour and a half and used 2 Water spigots ($35 each at Lowes) 40 feet of Pex pipe ($30 from Lowes) and I was billed over $600. When I called them about a 3rd project (because they were nice people) asking them come down on price due to how much obvious profit they made on me, they refused. Their head people didn't even call me back, just an email from their secretary.

Travis and Hunter are excellent workers. They installed a pretty complicated sink, but they were able to brainstorm, problem solve, and do a beautiful job. I was also very impressed with the courtesy shown and respect given to my home. The guys brought shoe covers, rags, a shop vac, etc. They left no trace of their work except for the beautifully installed sink. Thanks to them, our dishwasher works, too! Finding a quality company to work on your home is a daunting task. Customers get bombarded with advertising and marketing, as opposed to quality and affordability. However, Allright Plumbing provides actions, which always speak louder than words.

We had a leak, but couldn't find where it was coming from. Allright was the first company out of 7 or 8 that I called that had a tech who could come out right away. Matt came to the house and fairly quickly found the leak and had it repaired. He was friendly, efficient and the charge was reasonable. I highly recommend Allright Plumbing!

I called Allright Plumbing to help me with a hot water issue. Travis came out within 1 hour and worked at troubleshooting the hot water heater. We were also having our bathroom remodeled at the time and he determined that the issue was not the hot water heater at all, but a mistake on my contractor's end. He was very professional and efficient and I appreciated his experience and honesty! I will absolutely be using them for all of my plumbing needs from now on!

Had hot water heater issues. They came out to where I live and it took the tech ten minutes to fix the part. Got a $135 charge for the service call and trip. Although they say their service area includes where I live, they didn't say anything about paying more for the trip. That night the pilot light kept going out again and when I called they said that yea your heater is older and you might think about replacing it... this is something that probably should have been stated at the beginning instead of trying to put a bandaid on the problem. Highly over charge for the little work done and will definitely not recommend them to anyone. If you can find someone else, then do it!

Our kitchen drain was completely plugged up, we called our home warranty company and they sent out Allright Plumbing to fix it, they were there withing a few hours, very nice young man , knew what he was talking about, cleaned out drain and explained to us what was causing the problem (excess grease/fat down the kitchen sink garbage disposal/drain) and how to keep it from clogging again, (don't put grease down in the first place and periodically flush sink/drain with boiling water and Dawn, would help gut the grease buildup). All in all a pleasant experience, very professional, plus they are rated an A+ as a BBB accredited business, to fix a problem, I would recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing problems in the future.

We have had the misfortune of needing to use plumbers quite a bit recently for various, unrelated issues. After a couple of bad or mediocre experiences, I called Allright Plumbing & Heating. They were fantastic! First of all, they stepped in to fill a job that another plumber backed out of. They were able to get me in last minute and worked with my schedule. They were also much more reasonably priced than the other plumbing companies I had worked with. The technician, Hunter, was polite, timely, courteous, and even called before he arrived to be sure he had all the parts he needed for the job before he got started. He did a great job installing a new faucet and reinstalling our garbage disposal. After working with so many other companies recently, I can say with confidence they did a top-notch job.

Called on a Friday and first thing Saturday morning the tech Rob came in and took care of my leak. Rob was very professional,on time and efficient. He made some really good suggestions on things I should do. My AC unit is 15 yrs old and my furnace 22. I can't believe how cold the air is blowing. Thank you for taking care of the AC especially with triple digits around the corner. I now need a plumber and will be call these guys!

I had water pressure problems, as in "no water coming out of any faucet". The Town of Monument couldn't find the problem, and suggested I get a plumber in to take a look at/ replace the PRV. I called Allright, the appointment clerk was MOST courteous and friendly, and the technician was no nonsense, straight to the point and very helpful....very kind, too! What I liked most about the experience: The technician came for the PRV and that's what we worked on. There was no high pressure sales for maintenance contracts- no selling of "specials"...just coming in to fix the problem. Very happy!

Doing everything as expected earns four stars. Four stars is a good rating. Allright Plumbing earns five stars because they exceeded my expectations. I was in a tight spot. Stephanie at the office understood and helped me with a plan. Matt, the technician, called before he arrived and knew exactly what to do. Matt is so good at what he does it didn't take long and everything was put right and tested. Finally, the price was completely fair. Based on how they treated me, a nobody with a problem, I would trust them with anything, big or small. Five stars!

No shows and no cares! Called them to hook up our new kitchen sink after a new countertop installation. They were super eager to fit us in for their last-minute cancellation the following day. We were pinched for time and I was so glad they could fit us in between 3 and 5 the following day (Thursday). Two other companies couldn't come out until Friday and since we were pressed for time I stopped calling around and promptly booked with them. They never called, they never showed up, and around 4:45pm I finally called to address the issue - looks like Julie booked you for 2:30AM instead of PM - she tells me - and that’s not a time they conduct appointments so when she pulled the schedule for her plumbers this morning, our appointment did not exist. She continues to tell me that at this point there was nothing she could do for us since it was end of day. Despite her kind demeanor, this is just bad business. We are now without a kitchen sink hookup, the other two companies are booked solid for Friday, and it's looking like we will now go the entire weekend without a sink or pay a premium for an after-hours appointment time slot due to this "unfortunate oversight". They have most certainly lost my business.

Joe came out in the rain at 8:30pm to save me from a basement flood. Couldn't finish that night, so he was back EARLY the next day. GREAT service! I would have given 5 stars if the job was finished the first night. NOt Joe's fault or the company's. Some things need light and parts not available at 9pm.

I just want to say that we use Allright for ALL of our HVAC and plumbing needs. WE are a fairly large apartment community and ven though i'm never happy replacing AC units or furnaces, Allright always does it professionally and in a timely manner. They always try to fix things to save us money before suggesting to replace it. The staff that I always see are great! We have a great relationship and I encourage you to give them a chance!

Had an excellent experience with this company. Our AC was broken and we needed someone to fix it asap. Some incompetent folks from Wirenut had already siphoned $289 from us for what they called 'deep diagnostics'. They told us our furnace circuit board and step down transformer were burnt. Travis from Allright arrived at our house and was able to figure out the issues in less than 5 minutes. For $150, Travis put back some cool air in our rooms. The Wirenut folks had absolutely no idea what they were doing. They wanted to charge us $1,400 for what they called the 'Basic package', which would have only replaced the non-problematic furnace circuit board and the step down transformer. None of these components needed any work when Travis came. I would recommend this company to anyone at any time. We are never looking for another company to fix our HVAC system.

They sent out a person even though i have said 100% and specifically at the end of the call, I NEED TO RESCHEDULE BECAUSE I HAVE TO GO TO WORK AROUND THAT TIME I WILL CALL YOU BACK, she says OK...then we hang up, if she schedule me anytime sooner i be fine with no problems but around the inconvenient time frame they schedule me. They was lucky that I was still there just finishing getting ready to leave to go to work. Until I get a call from her saying "he has arrived at your house". That caught me off guard cause i said "i will call them back and reschedule" so i didn't confirm anything but since he's here i told him i needed just an estimate and see what's wrong with the heating cause I don't know why its not working, so it was my fault for not saying to her on the phone that it was an estimate, so she sent out the wrong guy but it wasn't about that, it was about me saying "i will call them back and reschedule" and then she wouldn't have to send anyone out. I went and talk to her about this problem and she try to make her self in the right and it sounds like she try to make me look i'm lying to get out of paying but no, I would pay for his time for coming over and giving me the estimate but not the asking price. We argue back and forth and we didn't want to argue anymore so i said in my mind "f*** it, never again" and I just paid the amount given even though that was there fault on there end for sending someone out when i said "i will call them back and reschedule". They had good reviews on Google so thats why i call them but after this i prefer people to record your conversation in case things like this happens and less arguing.

Allright Plumbing & Heating came to my rescue late one afternoon when I had a gas leak in a rental home I own. We had been smelling an intermittent and slight gas odor for several months and could not find the source of the leak myself. The smell was near a gas stove and we assumed (wrongly) that the gas odor was just the stove. Eventually we figured the leak had to be somewhere else, and Allright Plumbing & Heating was referred to me. Their plumber arrived exactly on time and quickly pinpointed the source of the leak. It was small but still a bad situation. Even though it was getting late, he said we needed to get this repaired due to the serious nature of the problem. A new section of gas line was installed, bypassing the leak (which was in a pipe going through an outside wall underground) and the leak was fixed! Haven't had any problems since! I really appreciated Allright's promptness, professionalism and urgency to get the problem fixed. And, their pricing was great too! With all the second-rate plumbers in town, why take a chance - just call Allright Plumbing & Heating and I know you'll be very happy with them!

May be ok if you don't mind hiring a carpenter too if the cutout isn't quite big enough (required sanding a little so the screws on the 2 drop in sinks would slide in) plumber was polite but disorganized, misplaced parts, didn't install all the clips and since I purchased the replacement sinks, refused to dispose of them for us. oh and had to go buy a new sink after he chipped the finish trying to bend screws. Just a mess, if he couldn't do the job he should have said so, what would have happened had I not sanded the cutout? Lesson learned won't use or recommend Allright Plumbers EVER! All the owner did was make excuses, didn't even admit it could have gone smoother, yes they are cheap, you get what you pay for.

We had them install a new furnace, new steamer for the central humidifier and a new water heater. For each thing they had to make multiple trips back out to our home to fix things that were not correctly done in the first place. I will say, they are always friendly and have not charged us for these trips back though.

I have never sat down and took the time to make a review on a company before. The service I received from Allright was so amazing I made sure to post the amazing service and my experience. I had a leak in a wall and I previously used another company for a water heater problem and when I called them they told me they couldn't come out for 4 days so i proceeded looking for another company and when I called Allright the girl immediately acknowledged my concern and sent a truck out within a few hours. The guys got here, immediately started looking for the leak and within a short time found it, fixed it and all my worries went away within 15 minutes. They were extremely professional, courteous and even made a suggestion on my filters to my air conditioner unit to make it perform better. Needless to say I will never use the company I did before that installed my hot water heater if the best they could do for me was come out in 4 days being a prior customer. I am so impressed with Allright Plumbing and Heating that they will be my contact for any future needs.
