Just got off the phone with this company after a week of them telling me they would call me back. Rudest man I have ever spoke to in my life. You would think that for something that costs between 8-10 thousand dollars he would be wanting to earn business not push it away. I cannot believe he is still in business after reading all these reviews. Wow!!!!!

Jack and Kim were great to work with. Their crew was knowledgeable and professional. They drilled my 420 foot well in a single day. While they are not cheap, they are a good value. Great job.

Drove to his office for first visit, friendly, informative and factual. couple months later, we requested to have our well drilled, they came out and drilled well. Employees were extremely friendly and answered my many questions throughout the process. Awesome job and great service.

Although I haven't done business with them I did call for a quote on building a driveway in the Fairplay area. I talked to both the lady who works in the office as well as Jack and never had any "rude" interactions with either. I drew him a sketch of what I would like my driveway to look like and he went out the next day and took a look at my land. He was unable to accommodate my request because my land needed a lot of dirt to achieve what I wanted but he kindly referred me to someone in the same area that was able to help me. Great customer service in my book!

I used Allen Drilling for both my water well and my septic system, and I cannot speak highly enough about this company. They know EXACTLY what they are doing! I was told numerous times by people in my area, "be prepared, because building here always cost more than what they say it will". Not the case at all with Allen Drilling. They are knowledgeable, honest, up front, and more than willing to go above and beyond to assist those of us who are much less educated about their trade. Finally, I'll add that Mr Allen was SPOT ON with his cost estimates on both major projects he completed for us. Use this company.

Wow! Despite the bad reviews, I decided to call Allen Drilling for a quote on a new septic system. The lady who answered the phone was completely rude. I didn't even get a chance to explain the situation about a piece of land that we're looking to purchase, because i hung up. If you're going to be rude to someone for asking if you install septic systems, then eventually you won't be in business. Good luck!

I tried to use this company. The first several calls went well. They seemed to know what they were doing, and even sent me a packet with instructions on how to obtain a well drilling permit. They recommended an engineering firm to do the septic plan. When I called today to arrange for them to come out and do the test holes, the gentleman was terribly rude and told me that he did not want to do a well or any other work at my location. This was a complete turn around from all my previous experiences. I have to echo the comments of a previous post. One would think that when a customer is preparing to spend these sums of money that they would at least be professional. I cannot recommend this company and would not consider doing business with them at this point. Frankly, it doesn't matter how much expertise they have if they can't back it up with customer service.

I called this company to get a well quote and was told that there was no water and they would not drill for us and then got hung up on without another word. Kind of echos the reviews before mine. I called another company and was given a quote. We’ll be doing business elsewhere. You’d think for customers paying a good amount of money they’d treat people with a bit more respect and want people’s business. With this type of customer service and not really seeming very knowledgeable I’m sure they won’t be in business long!

Aftee talking to all my neighbors i discovered this company drilled most of their wells. They also ALL told me he charged them $14 a foot. When i called for them to come drill my property they tried to charge me $20 a foot. Thats price gouging which is apparently perfectly legal in colorado. They were also rude. I wouldn't use this company if they were the only one. Thankfully they are not

Rude rude rude owner. Don’t bother trying to explain anything. He’ll hang up on you. Don’t go to their rock quarry either. They short you on your quantity of rock and then he’ll yell at you like it’s your fault and hang up when u try to talk.

Got yelled at for calling and asking about their availability to check out my failing well pump. Holy smokes people, I know you have a bit of a monopoly on this market, but I'm happy to give my business to someone else - in this case Premier Pump Service in Harstel. They treat me like a human being.

Very Rude! This guy would not even attempt to give me an estimate to drill a water well at the location I was inquiring about. Lied and said he doesn't work the area referred me to eagle drilling in Frisco who referred me back to Allen saying that it is indeed his area. Eagle said they don't like to service the Area... Can I please get some service here???
