I'm shocked. Have used them for years. They did a basic check out of my AC indicated all was well. Within a few hour I noticed the output was getting warmer and warmer. I left several messages asking for service, always polite. Finally talked to the dispatcher, still polite but also insistent, since it's not her fault and she hung up on me. Have to admit, that's a first. I and anyone I know are done with them.
