Everyone I've talked to here is friendly and helpful. Easy drop and hook and they have a sign with all the instructions at the stop sign. I had a load to pick up during Driver Appreciation Week and they had a tent in front of the building where they were giving drivers sandwiches, water, and safety vests. Thank you for the good sandwich.
