Horrible experience, seems to be a national company that does not know how to coordinate with their subcontractors. They bid the work then hire a painting contractor to do the work at a 1/5th of the price they bid it. They are rip offs and customer service is horrible. DONT USE!!!!!!!!!!

We were very pleased with CertaPro from the beginning to the final result. Garrett came out to our home and gave us a good advice on how they would repair some water damage to our stucco. Garrett had the information from the last time we had the exterior painted by CertaPro in 2004. They were very prompt and meticulous. Garett, the owner, was very nice and squeezed us in for a paint job within a week after our estimate (usually takes a month's wait). The estimate was fair and reasonably priced. He was the only person we found that had all his certifications. His foreman, Masoud, was even nicer. He had the difficult job of dealing with my non-english speaking mom, while I was away at work. Instead of brushing my mom's concerns aside, he immediately gets his phone out and calls me every time he feels my mom has something to say that he cannot understand. His made sure all my mom's needs and concerns were addressed regarding our paint job. And also took the extra time to update me as well, while I was several miles away at work. Paint job: The crew did a great job with caulking, sanding, and painting. Even though our paint job job only took a couple of days, the crew was very careful and meticulous. They made sure our house was perfectly primed before they started painting. Overall, a wonderful job.

These guys could not have been better!!! We had Garrett come out and do the initial review and estimate, his suggestions, knowledge and friendliness were phenomenal, very much knew what he was doing! The guys they sent out to do the job quoted, again top notch. We had all interior walls, ceiling (Garrett's call, was beautiful) doors, trim, crown, staircase, and every cabinet in our house sanded and painted and re-hung, I could not have been better, we love our new house, thanks to all of you at Certa-Pro!!!

I will NEVER use any other painter but CertaPro. From our initial meeting with Garrett to talk about the job all the way to the last day of work with his phenomenal crew, the entire experience was SMOOTH as glass. My house looks great and his crew was on time, super polite, and very efficient. There was not one drop of paint on any of my brand new hardwood floors. Every night they left my house just as clean as when they walked in. The job started on the day they told me it would start, no delays and the job ended on the day they told me it would end. I felt totally comfortable leaving the house during the day while they were working to run errands, leaving the guys working in my home. Total trust, and that is especially important to us. Thank you for a fabulous job. Highly, highly recommend them!! (No they did not pay me to write this).

i very much appreciated the responsiveness of Garrett Rogers, Franchise Owner during the initial site visit. He took the time to walk around the house, point out some areas that may need evaluation by their carpenter, let us know they would be happy to remove and reinstall light fixtures, and dispose of our wall mounted basketball backstop. It helped that he came prepared with paint color strips for our consideration. It was nice to speak with someone who arrived in a CertaPro Painters clean truck with a professional appearance...other paint companies contacted showed up in their private vehicle wearing shorts, spent five minutes only looking at the front of the house and did not provide any suggested repair, removal, reinstall or patch work. The follow up with Paul, the CertaPro Painters carpenter, was very helpful as he pointed out exposed wood that appeared to have dry rot and would require replacement before painting. He also noted area that he could patch and caulk to maintain weather tight conditions and even surface appearance. When repair work got underway, Paul kept in close contact with us so as to allow us to make decisions on the spot regarding final appearance of restored wood beams. When painting began, the lead painter, Jody, was very helpful and courteous in making sure we were happy with the progress and outcome. He even applied-without questioning-an additional coat of paint in an area that, to my eyes, appeared to have had paint applied unevenly. I must say, we were very pleased with our overall experience with CertaPro Painters and would recommend their services to others.

CertaPro painted my Vaulted Living Room and Upstairs Hallway, an oak veneer book case wall and stair case railing and pickets. This is the second time I've commissioned the Certa-Pro team to pain the interior of my home as a next phase of remodel is completed. The work has been done exclusively by CertaPro Painters of Sacramento. Garrett Rogers, president, has always been responsive and provides a quick estimate. They have always worked with my schedule and change requests. The painting crew led by Masoud are professional, neat and always do a perfect job. I was impressed how well the oak veneer book case wall and stair case railing and pickets was painted over. You can't even tell they were oak veneer to begin with. The painting job was superb! I have been so very happy by their work and will continue to work with them. I highly recommend them to anyone.
