After hiring this company to paint just about the entire interior of my house, I found the job to be frustrating. Initially, the company was fantastic to work with, pricing was reasonable, and seemed very professional. Once the company showed up however, I was expecting a 3-4 man team and had 2 painters instead. Likewise, the paint didn't show up until halfway through the first day. The job was intended to be done by Friday (it begun on Monday) and wasn't finished until the following Wednesday morning. We had our bedroom prepped and ready to paint for Friday as instructed and it didn't get painted until the following week, which meant we ended up sleeping on an air mattress for the entire weekend. Several days of the job, one of the painters consistently arrived late and at least one day left early, which was frustrating as the job wasn't completed in the projected time table. On the supposedly last day of the job, one of the two painters was assigned to another job so there was only one painter for the day and again the job wasn't able to be finished.
Throughout the process I observed several problems with the painting that required retouching or flat out redoing due to poor initial quality. I was told this was due to poor work of a new painter, and was reassured repeatedly that the job would be done to my satisfaction. While Anthony (the lead painter) was fantastic about correcting these problems (really really fantastic), it is concerning that they were ever issues to start with. Problems that were corrected, such as paint that dripped onto the base boards/wainscoting in my dining room had to be fixed, even though I had paid to have them sprayed to avoid brush strokes (they ended up with brush strokes in places). I was assured that any paint spills would be cleaned, but by the end of the process found myself going throughout my home cleaning paint off my laminant floors.
Likewise, during the process, I found that when my living room was painted the painters were not consistent about covering my belongings with plastic/coverings to protect them and some of my stuff got paint/caulking on it such as my living room entertainment center and piano (luckily I was able to get it off). They also repeatedly left their tools around the house and I noticed at one point my counter was scratched by them leaving a caulking gun directly on the surface (other surfaces may or may not have been scratched from the tools laying, but I can't be sure it was due to the tools left). While the painters were in my home they tracked dirt throughout the house from repeatedly going outside to clean their brushes off in the dirt, which got my freshly painted walls in the main room they walked through dirty and I had to clean them when the job was done.
With all of this in mind however, now that the job is done, I can say I am pleased with the look of my home. Delivered as promised, the paint job looks great after all the corrections. This week and a half of inconvenience was annoying and frustrating, but the delivered product was everything I was hoping for. I can't say I would use them again, especially for an interior job given the paint spills/scratches/dirt, but I can say that in spite of a lot of problems I did get a nicely painted interior. I don't know if the problems are typical of this company, or just due to a new hire and stressed out job since it went over the projected time, which resulted in rushing. I can say for sure, in the end you will have a beautiful paint job and can be assured that if you use this company they truly want to make you happy with their product; so that's a plus for them. You don't have to worry about ending up with a paint job you aren't happy with, take it from my experience.
