These guys were awesome. I had contacted several other painters and no one was interested in helping me. All said they were booked and some even said good luck. Not a good way to run a business. Then I called CertaPro - they came out RIGHT AWAY and gave an estimate. Within a few days, the whole job was finished - the results: beautiful. They did EXACTLY what we asked. Now that we are settled in our new home, we are looking to paint more rooms. Guess who I will be calling!

I had my house painted by Steven from CertaPro (job lasted Monday through Thursday) and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. Steven did an excellent job and went to painstaking detail to ensure that I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the entire paint job! I am not a huge fan of having contractors in my home, but Steven and his crew were very respectful of me and my family, painted around our schedules (which allowed my kids to nap), and I would be happy to work with CertaPro and Steven/his crew again in the future. The paint looks absolutely amazing and I cannot believe how much it transformed the look of my home. My wife and I cannot stop talking about how great it looks and how glad we are that we decided to paint with CertaPro. I would highly recommend CertaPro to anyone looking for a painter and would also recommend Steven as their painter! Thank you, CertsPro, for sending Steven and I look forward to working with CertaPro in the future for all my painting needs! *UPDATE* After being completely satisfied with CertaPro painting the inside of our house in April, I hired them again to paint part of the exterior of our house and our covered patio. Again, it was another excellent experience and I would continue to highly recommend them. Their painters do an excellent job of prepping the surrounding area so as to not spill any paint drippings and are very knowledgeable about paint type and quality. Also, their painters adhere to their schedule and are on time.

We just had our living room, dining room, stairs, hallway and master bedroom painted by CertaPro Painters of Mission Viejo. From the start I new I picked the right company. I called Ben on a Monday for an estimate and he came out that same day which worked perfect for me and my work schedule. He was very professional and thorough during the estimate. He gave us an estimate that fit right into our budget since we were are doing some other work at our house. Once we decided the best time for us to start Ben fit us into his schedule. The first day of the job Ben showed up with his job site supervisor Damien. They walked the job and confirmed again the scope of the job and the colors. After walking thru the entire job my wife wanted to make a few changes. Ben and Damien said no problem with out even blinking an eye. The job was completed in 3 days which was promised before we even started. Damien and his assistant showed up each day on time and ended each day after a good days work. Each day the guys would leave they would recap the day with me and talk about what was going to be completed the next day. They also made sure that they cleaned up after everyday. The last day they completed earlier than expected and did not leave until we were satisfied and the entire job site was cleaned just like they found it when they started. I am looking to paint the outside of the house this year and I will be calling Ben to handle this job. I will also be requesting Damien as the job supervisor.

My husband and I bought a home that needed renovated. The first project was changing the exterior paint color. We met with several painting contractors and out of all of them CertPro was the most professional and knowledgeable of all. Not to mention their quote came in a folder and had pictures of the exterior of our home. Everyone else's was handwritten on a piece of paper. Their pricing was reasonable. Ben recommended a couple of color combinations . What he suggested made a world of difference in updating the exterior.Tony and his crew were very polite and did an excellent job They finished the project when they said they would. Made an appointment on line for a quote for interior painting. Ben was prompt, efficient, and informative. The quote was emailed to us that evening. Work started within days after we signed the contract on line. Fredy and Alfonso did a great job. We got daily reports on what was done and what was going to be done next. Recently I had CertaPro paint the exterior of my home and found the entire experience to be GREAT! Pat provided a no pressure estimate and was very good about offering input and advice when asked. The team who worked on the job were prompt and worked very hard throughout the day(s), cleaning up as they finished (which is a big deal and not always common). Attention to details are most important to me and to my surprise, the lead person at my home would identify small details and point them out to me asking what I wanted before I could call it out to him! I've never had this experience. Typically I'm the pain in the neck homeowner who looks at the fine detail. When the job was over they were very accommodating to complete small touch-up items to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I always felt their goal was my satisfaction. I will most definitely use CertaPro again and would recommend them to family and friends. Happy Painting!!! PS: My house looks FANTASTIC!!!

When it came time to start the painting I was sent an email on what to prepare myself for and who to expect at my home. Rogelio was the lead painter and he did not disappoint.
