After I had a supply line to a toilet break it flooded several rooms. Servpro came out quickly and started vacuuming up water. They removed all of the carpet and tile and completely dried out all of the affected rooms with heaters and dehumidifiers. Great job.

After lightning struck our home on Nov. 30th and caused a subsequent fire which affected several rooms in our house, we decided to call SERVPRO of Northwest Little Rock to mitigate the fire, smoke, and water damage. A SERVPRO representative came out less than 24 hours after the fire on a Saturday morning and did a great job explaining the cleanup process. The Monday after the fire, the entire SERVPRO team, including Ed and Todd (who have been great to work with) arrived at our house ready to get started. The pack out team was also very professional, helpful, courteous, and reassuring during this stressful time. We are extremely pleased with the services (and peace of mind) SERVPRO provided, as they were very detailed in all their work, and were able to accomplish so much in a very short period of time. Now we are back on track to getting our home rebuilt and livable again. We are very thankful for SERVPRO of NW LR this holiday season!

I was very disappointed in my experience with this Servpro. I have used Servpro on another occasion in a different location and had a positive experience, but nothing about the experince with this particular location was positive. When I called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist hung up on me. When I called back and asked if we had been disconnected, she was rude and unapologetic, saying only, "I couldn't hear anything." I was transferred to a service person, who promised to consult with a colleague on my particular issue and return my call. I received no call back. When I called back, they set up a "tentative appointment" for the next day at 1:00. I received no calls to say the appointment had been changed or that they were not coming. My husband took time off of work to meet them at our house. Not only did they fail to show up, but they also never called to explain why or apologize, even after I called and left a message on their voicemail. Very, very poor customer service.

Tony and Anna did a wonderful job cleaning my attic after a squirrel did his damage! They also cleaned under the house where they had built a nest. I was very impressed. They were so nice and helpful. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
