Our pool deck sank which ripped the liner. It was a nightmare imagining we'd have to replace the deck so online research began. Slab-jacking led to Foam-injection and there were only two companies between Ft. Smith and Joplin that used foam. Both came out to quote and only one said they could repair the slab; the other stated it hadn't sunk (really?) and they couldn't repair the problem. We obviously went with the company that could repair the issue and when they drilled to measure the amount of foam needed, there was a MASSIVE void. The folks at Precision operate with integrity and ethics. If these things are important to you, get with them to solve your problem.

Wow, what can I say other than, "Thank you for your nonstop effort in getting my job done in two (2) days!" You have earned a LIFETIME of my business in the house flipping industry! Just to let you and every other google review reader know, I gave your competition a chance to earn my business, JD Enterprise. What a BUST that company was. Owner, Zack Estep, no showed me and then refused to take text messages or calls as to why. Oh well, I spent my money with PFS Inc. instead and will continue to utilize your services on every home I flip that needs your expertise and specialty. Thank you for coming in on time and within my budget. Fantastic group of young men who worked hard to satisfy my needs. Site Supervisor, Ryan Wilcoxson, is great. He really knows his foundation repair. The owner, Matt Johnston, made multiple site visits, which reassured me that my job was going to be done right. In my opinion, when the owner comes by three (3) to four (4) times a day checking on the job progress and making sure his crews are working safely to satisfy the clients needs, NOTHING more needs to be said. Their team attention to detail is second to none! I would give these guys TEN (10) stars if the system had the option. Forget about the other so called foundation repair companies. If you want the BEST, call PFS! Thanks guys. See you on my next home purchase and flip.

Worked with JD and Matt to do some major foundation repair. They were professional, reasonably priced, quick to get it done, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I like that they are locally owned and I'm reinvesting money back into NWA. I'll definitely be using them again for projects and would/have recommended them to several other folks.
