I had a wonderful experience with JZ Roofing. I was out of town in March when we had that horrible storm that shot a tree branch through my roof on a Friday evening. I called my insurance agent Monday, was in touch with Nate on Tuesday, got everything situated & ordered by Thursday. By the following Monday, everything was delivered & the guys were out on Wednesday & Thursday. To say that I feel I received awesome, efficient service doesn't even touch it. I was expecting a 2-3 week wait, but that was not to be the case. The roofers were incredibly pleasant, polite, efficient and - most of all - clean. I found 2 roofing tacks on my sidewalk after they left. You couldn't tell they were even there. My neighbors (who are retired & home during the day) couldn't say enough wonderful things about them, as well as their workmanship. YES! I highly recommend them. My roof looks wonderful. Now, if someone could come up with a means of keeping those nasty leaves & branches off my New Roof!!!

After two attempts to repair the storm damage to the ceiling of my garage, all of the drywall tape peeled away from the drywall a couple of months later. I do not recommend their services. I hope the roof work holds.

Highly recommend this company. They took care of us and our neighbor and did the same great job both times. All of the details were handled, they were honest with us about the process, product and pricing and the crew did a great job on the shingle installation and clean up. There are so many roofing companies out there, it's hard to research all of them. We had it narrowed down to two. We went with JZ because Nate showed up for our initial consultation exactly when he said he would. He was honest about what could and couldn't be done and he worked with us on getting a color that they didn't usually have in stock. I can say that our experience with JZ Roofing was fantastic and we will be working with them on rebuilding our fence next.

We could not be happier with this company. They were highly recommended by a number of tradespeople we know who said they did outstanding work. Our insurance adjuster was impressed by the fact their roofing standards exceeded Arkansas code. Natalie was an expert when it came to explaining the materials and process. Before the one day job began, they tarped the grounds surrounding the house. When the roof was finished they went over the property with magnets picking up stray nails and finished with a leaf blower. Clean up was excellent. As a final touch, they spray painted the new attic turbines and various vent pipes to match the new roof. My only disappointment? I can’t give them more than 5 stars!

Couldn't be more pleased. Very nice job on installation. Unbelievably fast installation. Very professional service. Probably the least painful experience I've ever had with a house repair. Oh, and by the way, Nate Rose made me feel like I was working with a longtime friend. I highly recommend J & Z Roofing and Remodeling!

I will never use this company again nor recommend them to anyone. Their workers took an hour long nap in our backyard. They left trash everywhere. It was supposed to be a 1 day job that took 2 complete days. They had no respect for our property (sat in wife's flower bed and did not place the materials where asked). They did not let us know they were here and just let themselves into our backyard. There was very little communication from the crew.
