We've hired ASI twice, and have been very happy with their service on each occasion. Dealing with foundation problems is dreadful, but Bob got us repaired and we feel good about the work that was done. For a porch rebuilt and retaining wall construction, Jerry was patient and always available for questions and to make sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend these folks.

I hired American Structure to do mold remediation and encapsulation in my crawl space. Initially, I went with American Structure because the price of their estimate was competitive and Jerry came up with a comprehensive (but not over-the-top) solution for the problem. I would recommend American Structure to others for those reasons as well as because Jerry took the time to answer my many questions (on multiple occasions), his crew did not rush their work, they were all very courteous throughout the whole process, and in the end it cost as much as he said it would (which is always a relief).

I encourage anyone that has drainage problems around their home to use American Structure Inc. They came to our home and within 24 hours our French drains were operable. Also, we had extensive work done with floor beams and floor joists. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and compassionate toward our needs. American Structure's prices were very reasonable.

This guy is a buffoon. He can't he even get a bid done. It's been over two weeks since he went and inspected our house. I have called him and spoken with him on 7 different occassions and he always has an excuse but never an estimate. STAY AWAY from this one.

I used American Structure for a difficult high and access apartment building roof and eaves work. They came in with a cost below some other guys and still had a more comprehensive bid so I went with them. After it was done, because some of less time with the boom lift and other adjustments they charged me less than the original bid. I was happy with the work and the people communicated very well with me and the workers were extremely clean, getting up nails and other debris.
