I want to thank American Standard of Memphis for all their hard work. My home was built on a bluff overlooking the TN River and erosion issues were causing severe settlement. I had previously contacted an engineer who suggested my home was in danger of a partial collapse and he put me in direct contact with American Standard. I can see why- these guys worked late nights to save my home. The Pilings they drove carry a lifetime warranty and all of the settlement issues have been corrected. I am a very happy customer.

I was having a problem with sudden standing water in our crawl space under the house during heavy periods of rain, and was worried that there was a foundation issue. I called American Standard and they sent Wes out to evaluate the situation. He was on time, professional and extremely helpful in explaining what was going on. Despite me noticing some settling cracks, Wes assured me that it was not a foundation issue, but it was in fact a drainage issue. He recommended that we get gutters (not a service of American Standard) on the house and see how it did and we would go from there. After getting the gutters, they helped quite a bit but they did not completely resolve our issue. Wes came back out to look at it and determined that the gutters were not getting the water far enough out from the house to allow for proper drainage. He suggested a drainage system that would tie into the gutters and get the water 10+feet out from the house. After determining it was a drainage issue I collected bids for the drainage work and American Standard was comparable, and the professionalism from Wes sealed the deal. The work was done neatly and timely the first time. It’s now one year later and the drainage work has worked wonders. It was an extremely wet summer and we are in middle a wet winter, and not only is there never water under the house, but it appears that the entire crawl space has dried out like I've never seen in our 6 years living here. Wes could have sold me foundation repair or crawl space sealing work that I didn't need but he was honest and knew what was needed. I would highly recommend American Standard to anyone having any crawl space, foundation or drainage issues.

Just finished an appointment with a very professional courteous young man who relived me of a lot of worry. He completely inspected my whole house, inside and out. I have several small cracks in my slab and one large one about 10' long 1/4 to 3/8th wide with about an 1/8th of an inch elevation difference. Totally honest with me and let me know that he felt it was not a huge concern but will give me an estimate for repair "if I wanted". My only concern is that Wesley may be leaving the Memphis area for his growing company, a sad loss for us. Thank you very much young man, you put an old man's worries at ease!

I live in a historic home that's over 100 years old. NONE of the other foundation repair contractors would touch it. I can't thank these guys enough for the fantastic work they performed. They replaced a broken beam and several joists that were rotten and then leveled the entire downstairs. The downstairs is no longer bouncy and my home feels like a fortress again. I don't write reviews but they asked and they really do deserve business.

Their quote included not only fixing my foundation, but correcting what caused it to fail (something the other companies i got quotes from did NOT include). BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.We called American Standard looking for professional help for our basement that was leaking. They gave us options of what they believed would hep and we spent around $4,000 for their services but unfortunately the “fix” they provided did not get the job done and we contacted them to let them know that the work they completed did not only not work but made the amount of flooding in our basement increase. We were told they would re-evaluate the problem and give us a new “discounted” pricing to fix it correctly this time. in the meantime they instructed us as the owners to dig out all the work they had done so they could come back and do a more extensive repair. We put in hours of hard work digging up the existing work and were told that would help in our cost as well. At our disappointment the new price was $10,000 in additional cost which means we could have just lit that first $4,000 on fire and it would have made a better investment. We have tried calling and working on a deal with them but they have not returned our call or tried to make it right. I feel that as the professionals they should have know more about the “correct” fix from the beginning and in the end we have been completely robbed by this company and they seem to have NO concern with customer satisfaction or enough respect to right their wrong even when we have been willing to spend more money within reason to fix the problem.

I have nothing but great things to say about Jae and the team at American Standard Foundation Repair Some of these comments from other people like Jonel cannot be right at all. I find it hard to believe that they speak the truth based on the experience I had with Jae and his team. Simply don't listen to them!!! I would recommend American Standard Foundation Repair for any of your foundation needs.
