The employees at ACLS have been nothing short of amazing. They stuck with us through some tough times that caused us to put our application process on hold and come back a few months later. When we were ready, they picked right back up and got our application submitted before our deadline was up. In the end we are ecstatic and walking away as licensed contractors. Patti was amazing and on the ball and was eager to help whenever I had a question, and when our application was approved if felt like the whole office celebrated with us. I will forever be recommending this organization until I am blue in the face. Thank you Bruce and all the amazing staff members for all of your amazing help!

I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but this company & it's employees really are amazing. After going with a different online company to help me pass the business management exam, I realized quickly, although I passed the exam, that I should have gone with these guys to start with. Since my CR-21 license I was applying for required a trade exam as well, I decided to go with this company to help me study. I was skeptical at their training style/content, simply because it has few questions (a little more than 100 questions, as opposed to the other companies that cram upwards of 400-500 questions on their study exams). But after emailing Amber back and forth throughout my studying with questions & concerns here and there, I felt so much better. I started getting 100% on the practice exams after about only an hour or so of taking them, it was crazy to me I was retaining the information so quickly, but Amber reassured me that that is exactly how easy, simple & quickly their practice exams worked. I took my real trade exam within a week of starting the practice exams, and I passed! I decided to stay with these guys while I went through the process of submitting my application and getting all of my paperwork ready. I was then introduced to Patti who helped me with that entire process. Through countless emails, phone calls, and then finally meeting in person to submit the application - she was so helpful & knowledgeable. I had to bring my twin 18 month olds with me when I was to submit the application at their office, but all of the ladies in the office were so great accommodating us. When I was signing documents, they would come up to my boys and make them smile, play with them and completely put my mind at ease while I took care of what I needed to with the license. It's not at all what you'd expect or even anticipate in a business that helps you get licensed, bonded & insured, but that's exactly why I couldn't be more impressed with them. Three weeks after submitting my application, I received an approval for my application and am now officially a licensed landscape contractor. I couldn't have done it without these guys and I would recommend them to anyone going through any stage of the application for licensing. Thank you whole heartedly for your individual, personalized attention - you guys are the best around for sure!
