When Bryan came to introduce us to Anderson Windows we were planning to just listen; however before he left we knew that dealing with Brian’s company and purchasing our replacement windows from Renewal by Anderson was the best choice. From the time Bryan left until the last window was in place the whole operation went exactly as explained. The only discrepancy was that everything was completed ahead of time. I cannot compliment enough the professionalism and excellent customer service of each person with whom we dealt, in person and on the phone – Bryan for the introduction to Anderson Windows, Ryan the point man for measuring and ordering, then Charlie and Josh the actual installers. Each came exactly on time and efficiently completed their portion of the job. The installers, Charlie and Josh, were very careful and efficient in the install and most complete in cleanup. They made sure we inspected the windows and work area before they left and had no complaints before they left. Our windows are beautiful and certainly add to the value of our home. We would give Renewal by Anderson our highest recommendation.

Bought 3 windows with installation from Andersen, the whole process has been very smooth, the only complaint I would register is that the windows seemed to take a long time to come in...we ordered in February and weren’t able to schedule installation until April. But living up Alaska, we can’t be too demanding on the logistics end. Installation was today, Paul and Justin really did exceptional work. They worked steadily throughout the day, took no breaks that I saw, and were very thoughtful/respectful of our home. Particularly impressive was they even helped us out with some other home improvement projects we had going in conjunction with the windows installation, taking a few extra minutes to cut some trim for me that I wouldn’t have been able to do without their help. Hands down awesome experience, with fantastic windows to boot. Will definitely recommend to others

After replacing my 50 year old windows with Anderson windows I noticed an immediate difference in both efficiency and noise reduction. The room temp actually matches what I set it to on the thermostat! The windows are great and all but I have to say that the installers Paul and Justin were fantastic. Not only were they professional and courteous but they also answered all of my questions and demonstrated their extensive knowledge and expertise of the products and installation. Paul and Justin worked great as a team and solved many problems this old converted house threw at them with out cutting a single corner. I had 4 windows and a sliding door replaced. Everyone I worked with was friendly and informative. However, there were some complications with my order. Two of the existing windows were right next to each other but different in style. The way they measure the existing windows caused them to get two different heights for the windows resulting in a one inch difference between the two. Because they were right next to each other this was quite noticeable. Also, they ordered the wrong style of windows. I still gave them five stars because they never blamed someone else or gave a lame excuse for the issues. Without hesitating they owned up to their mistake and did what they needed to do to correct them. I had Charlie and Paul as my installers and both were awesome to work with. They made sure I understood their process and that I was 100% satisfied with their work. I've installed many windows my self and I can tell that these two know what they are doing, and that they take great pride in their work. They kept my house clean and relatively dust free. (Sheetrock dust gets everywhere no matter who does the work) To save money I did all of the interior trim work my self. Charlie took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and gave me a few helpful tips. I would recommend these guys to everyone. Wonderful products, but terrible follow up service. Been waiting for a door repair that they didn't even notice was broken to begin with and had to order parts for it. No follow up until I called in to find that part is in stock. They set appointment time and no one showed up. Contacted office and left voice mail and no one called back. Carol (staff member) tried to reach service guy but of course he was out to lunch. If I didn't know any better I would think that maybe they are only interested in the sale where the money is and not in repairs that costs them and not the customer.

The communication was great. Kyle kept me up to date with the progress of our windows as well as co-ordinating the scheduling and such. The window installation led by Robert was seamless. His crew of Dustin, Tracy, and Matt showed up on time, well prepared for a total of 6 days. I was made aware of any unexpected issues along the way and the crew was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done to make it right. The house was left clean each evening and when the project wrapped up there was no evidence of all that was done besides beautiful, energy efficient windows. The work that Charlie and Paul completed on my home wasn't without its challenges but they performed in professional and thorough manner. The work was neat and conducted in a way that didn't disrupt things entirely. They created a comfortable atmosphere for my wife and girls by being polite and conversant. One unfortunate item was that one of the windows was incorrectly ordered, and we had to wait for the replacement. Ivon and Mike installed the replacement window and were professional, efficient and clean as well. Other than that I had no issues with the product or the service provided and would highly recommend. I hope to use Andersen when I replace windows in our basement in the future.

Replaced most of the 2nd floor windows in our Wasilla home. Windows came in as scheduled, they called to set the delivery date. Crew showed up on time, did an excellent job. The windows look like they were original to the house, you can't tell they were replacements (other then a better window) Ivon and Victor did a great install, very courteous and cleaned up after themselves continuously. Very impressed with the quality of work they preform. in fact, we like it so well we just ordered replacements for all the rest of the upstairs. If you're thinking of getting windows, call them. Good windows, installers were great. They worked at installing on my log house, which has interesting challenges as none of the walls are smooth. They did a good job with matching the outside of the windows to the existing siding that is over the log walls.

I haven't even had my estimate yet. I made the appointment when someone was going door to door, and they no-showed my appointment. When they called a few days later to "reschedule" they said the appointment was not confirmed so they didn't' show up. Well... I made the appointment... I calendared it... I took off work to be home. I guess I didn't get the memo it had to be confirmed a second time. So I rescheduled it. I get a text a few days before asking ME to call THEM "do not reply to this text." Again... I made the appointment, now you want me to call YOU? Terrible terrible setup. Makes me not want to follow through with this company. If you must confirm, call the customer or allow them to text you back. People are busy... make it easy for them!

Great work by the two crews that came out and installed 12 windows and 2 sliding doors at my duplex, Jul 17-19. Wayne M. and Bobby are excellent team leaders, explained everything happening and answered my many questions. The crews cleaned up everyday and did not break any of the old window when they removed them. They worked hard, I saw how challenging the old windows were to remove. Kudos to Bobby, Jake F., Tracy D., Wayne M., Mike and Jeff. Next set of windows I need replaced I would like Wayne and Bobby and their crews to do it again.

Had all the windows in our house replaced by Renewal by Anderson of Alaska this past week. My wife and I are quite impressed with windows. They function as advertised and look even better in person than they do in the brochures. Rob, Jordan, and Mike D. did an outstanding job on the installation and were friendly and very easy to work with the four days they were in our home doing the installations. We can hardly tell they have screens in the windows, they are so fine there is very little if any distortion when you look out the windows. Difficult to work with this company. If you call you end up talking to some person in the lower 48. They refuse to give any prices over the phone, I assume that is so they can come to your house and hard sell you on something expensive. You would think if I gave someone the size of a window they could give me a range of prices, if that range was acceptable then they could come over for a formal quote (but not before).

This was the best construction job that I have ever experienced. The crew installed two patio doors, three windows, and a bay window within four uninterrupted and perfect days. With such a big construction job I was expecting a mess, but they left it spotless inside and out! My master bedroom before felt small and limited; however, after they installed the bay window in there it has not only increased the value of my home, but it now feels relaxing and is simply gorgeous. Having first phase of install today. Willow told my husband that he would get a call at 8am today and installers would be at the house at around 9. I get a call at work and they just showed up at my house without calling my husband. When asked why they didn't call as willow says they would the response is they didn't have the correct #s. Needless to say we are not to impressed at this point. Funny thing is ...Willow as never called me has only spoken to my husband at his number ...so someone has the correct #! Communication is lacking it seems and that is a concerns.

They literally transformed my home office from a dilapidated mess to the perfect working environment. Unfortunately we are still dealing with a mistake that was made by Renewal for processing a payment from GreenSky after we had cancelled our order. Renewal has since returned all the money, but now we are receiving bills from GreenSky. This is something that never should have happened if Renewal would have processed our cancellation correctly when they received it.

We had two windows replaced in April 2016. The project consultant Will Clover did an excellent job of listening to what we wanted to accomplish and explaining our options. Both windows had to be lowered to meet code. Both windows were lowered even farther so we could view our backyard. One window became a bay window that allowed seating as well. We love having tea looking at our garden. An electrician had to move wires and this was accomplished by an outside contractor on call with no delay in installation. The installers, Bob and Traver, were professional and courteous. They did an amazing job lifting and placing safely the heavy bay window into the second story. The rest of the crew that helped in finishing projects were efficient and friendly as well. Cleanup was complete. A broken latch from the factory was reordered and replaced. We are into winter (NOV) and the windows appear to be air tight and functioning well. In the past we replaced other windows in our house with Pella windows purchased and installed by a local big box store and are extremely disappointed in the Pella products/installation/lack of complaint follow-up on air leakage; so much so, that we are considering replacing those relatively new windows with Renewal by Anderson Windows. Renewal by Anderson windows may be more expensive than others on the market, but from our experience they are of superior quality.

This started off as a great experience with the salesperson!! Jeffrey Wilcox on the Kenai Peninsula was very professional and great to work with!! There were some delays due to wrong sizing of door and other problems with communication with the main office in Anchorage. Door was installed today and it looks great!! The installers Paul and Brett were great to work with! They were professional and pleasent to work with. The installers is why I rate them at 5 stars. When it comes to the admin portion from Anchorage it would be 3 stars.

We had a front window installed on our house, the process was very easy and understandable, they explained the whole thing before arriving. They call ahead of time to make sure all appointments are still confirmed. On install day, the installers called before arrival and were early to the appointment. They finished the job in a very timely manner and made sure the install was perfect and that I understood how to use my new window. The installers were polite and professional. We requested a quote for replacing all our windows and doors from Renewal by Anderson in February. The estimator arrived and went over everything in a decent manner. We scheduled a follow up estimate to go over the pricing and the estimator never showed. We reached out to Renewal, the estimator, and their servicing department and was never contacted again. We once again reached out in June for a discount flyer in our mailbox. We discussed with the servicing department the previous experience they had they guaranteed us that we would be reached out to. Haven't received a call to this day and unsure why. We did call a local competitor by the business name of Neighbors. Very friendly and was very responsive with a quote.

First, I was highly impressed with my sales rep Will, his knowledge and happiness to answer my questions about the products, install process and my concerns for my little old house, was much more than what I had expected. Next step, working with Darlene on the ordering process and keeping me posted on scheduling. She kept me informed every step of the way, scheduling was always on time. The install team of Ivon and Mike was great to work with. They were true craftsmen. The attention to detail by these two guys was impressive.
