I am not a happy camper right now. QAP is repaving Hatcher Pass Road on the Willow side. They have been doing a good job of understanding the people up here, and have been very good at keeping traffic moving for the residents up here. HOWEVER.... IT IS NOW MIDNIGHT AND I AM UNABLE TO SLEEP BECAUSE THEIR HEAVY EQUIPMENT IS STILL RUMBLING OUTSIDE AS IT HAS BEEN ALL NIGHT. I gave the kudos for how they've taken into consideration the feelings of the people who live on Hatcher Pass Road... but they just lost "kudo points" due to this MIDNIGHT MADNESS! Please try and keep in mind that many of us work in Wasilla, Palmer, or Anchorage, and we have to get up at 5 or 6 in the morning. I'm having a hard time trying to understand why you needing to work at this time of night.... errrr, I mean at this time of morning.

Over an hour on the Parks! Sitting, then following a pilot car at 40mph when there is zero active construction happening! Now at my second pilot car and still no sign of equipment or work of any kind to warrant a flagger, excessive reduced speeds (far below posted construction speed) and pilot cars!!! Way to waste money QAP. Oh wait a minute... traveled almost 25 miles and finally see a bit of construction

The quality of work is sad & not thought completely out. Causing more damage than it's worth. Long waits & total disregard for people waiting in lines. Once your behind the pilot car they race away.

Ive seen paver operations in the lower 48 get more done in less time. The only reason this terrible outfit keeps getting contracts is because they are the only major player with the infrustructure to handle the big contracts here.
