Needed a minor repair on my chain link fence. Called last Wed to set up a schedule for an estimate. The person on the phone took all my info and said he'll come by next day. Next day came - no show, no call. Waited another day. Gave them another call the following Mon. Phone rang and gets cut off, repeatedly. An answering machine or call forwarding would have been nice.

Called several times, they got my contact info and offered to follow up to schedule an appointment for an estimate, never called me back and I had to follow up several times. After months finally came out to install the fence and adjusted the design without consulting me before they cemented the posts. Within 6 months the gate was leaning and not shutting anymore. After two months of trying to contact them to come out and look at it they finally called back and said they don't gaurantee their work and they wouldn't even come look at it.

Xavier was easy to deal with and responsive to my calls. He showed up when scheduled. We had a 6 foot cedar fence installed and it looks great. We had one issue with one of the gates where they did not install it to our request. We ended up not changing it. I would recommend reviewing your plans several times before install. Other than that, all went well and we love the fence. Would recommend to others.

Don and his crew rebuilt our 360+ ft of fence. He was great to work with, significantly beat the quote we received from AAA Fence, and communicated well with us throughout the process. Our situation was somewhat unique in that our property sits in the end of a culdesac and our fence literally borders SIX neighbors. He helped give us some ideas for working with the neighbors and was cordial to all them during construction. I have since recommended Anchor Fenceworks to friends and would highly recommend them others. They even came back to do a repair and stand behind their work.

I called this company to get an estimate based on an Acme Fence Company recommendation since Acme doesn't install residential fencing. When the gentleman representing this company arrived to survey our yard, he seemed personable enough. He asked what we were wanting to install and I told him in general terms(I'm not the fence expert). Neither my wife and I had any strong feelings as far as the design of the fence goes. I ask this gentleman various questions about fence design options and the majority of his responses were, "you're going to have to tell me what you want." To make a long story short, this gentleman had zero answers to any of my questions. Do not recommend based on poor customer service and lack of professional knowledge. I cannot speak on the quality of their work; only the quality of their customer service.
