I don’t like leaving bad reviews. It’s awkward and makes me uncomfortable. That being said, this has been a very bad experience. I’m hoping it was just an off situation for everyone.
I called and made an appointment. The appointment was postponed the day of and she said someone would come the following Monday.
No one showed. I called and she apologized profusely and said she’d be in touch.
One of their roofers (sorry, not sure I’m using the correct term) called and said he’d come by on his way home and that they’d accidentally scheduled me at 2AM instead of 2PM.
Okay. No big deal. Been there done that.
He comes by, checks my problem and tells me I will hear from him the next day.
The next day, nothing. My husband calls the day after that and they say they’ll be out that day. No one shows. My husband calls again and they said they’d be out between 6:30-7.
I get schedules get messed up. I really understand that. But please just communicate.
Someone comes to my door at 5 minutes til 8. He said he was there to do one thing.
He didn’t speak clear English so I didn’t understand what he was going to do because what the first person said was that there were two possibilities. This guy said he was there to do one of those things without even looking.
I told him I didn’t understand and that there were a couple of things he was supposed to check first. He acted confused and left.
We decided we were done.
My husband texted the number for the person he’d been talking to and the response is in the screenshot I got.
Really guys. My husband and I both run our own businesses and this is just absurdly unprofessional. So very unnecessarily rude.
Obviously I will not be recommending this company.
I contacted Alabama Roofing Professionals and they responded immediately. Hopefully someone can help us.
I’m going to apologize for leaving this review because I’m an empathetic person and hate being the bad guy. I’m sorry.
