We needed to decide fast wether if we wanted a shingled or a tile roof. Our contractor provided us with cost-effective estimates and suggestions of what material (shingle or tile) was best suitable. We are very satisfied with our experience with American Roofing. They had to correct a previously installed roof job that was not properly completed. Mike Pace was easy to work with and had good people in place to get the job done. The roof had to be completely removed, and plywood (OSB) out down over the entire roof. Then a moisture barrier was installed over the plywood, and the metal roofing replaced with larger screws to make a tight seal. They corrected some flashing around the chimney and edges. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. We are satisfied that we will not have problems with extreme condensation getting into the building and causing mold. Their work is also warranted for additional assurance.
