We are very sorry to hear that our company did not meet the expectations of RM in request to supply a driveway repair estimate. (We have no information of a person named Eric in our company.) American Concrete Foundations and Walls attempts to provide a free estimate and meet the needs of each individual request in a timely manner. In order to provide the free driveway repair estimate, it is necessary that we are provided with a simple sketch and pictures so that a proper and informed estimate can be prepared for the unique project. We have worked diligently to meet the concrete needs of our customers for over 35 years and with over 70 years of combined experience. Our business objective in the residential and light commercial concrete industry is to offer the highest quality results through the performance and integrity of one of the most knowledgeable work forces in the southeast.

Poor customer service. Spoke to 2 different personnel Eric and Bobby. Eric said he would have estimate completed with in 2 days. I called to follow up and no response. A few days later I received a call from Bobby saying that he would provide an estimate by Sunday. Explained what I needed for bid and to complete a site visit as I wanted to ensure accuracy versus just sending photos. The following Tuesday I called to follow up and it still had not been completed and he stated he didnt want to go look at the driveway and provide an estimate as it may not be worth his time. Guess he didn't realize that I am a General contractor for the entire state of AL, GA, TN, NC and SC and source local vendors to provide specialty services such as concrete work to service the 100+ properties I renovate in each state per month. As a contractor myself I would never approach a potential customer in the manner he did with me. Especially as I can provide a long term flow of work opportunities. ...
