Should not be too busy to talk to a customer! I had to wait a long time until I got sick of waiting so I left!

The Heir Of Steinhagen

Crowded all the time, overrated

Dylan Neinas

Find Steve! He is an extremely helpful employee that told me everything i needed to know about my purchase today. Store is usually busy and make sure to make an appointment w/ someone when you walk in if you need help! The store has a great selection of products for you to check out and purchase. Staff is very well versed in products. This store will easily meet all of your Apple needs. Enjoy!

Jeff Fleetwood

Terrible... Apple has lost a lifetime customer. I have never owned a PC. But I will be buying my first. Apple's quality has gone way down hill over the years and they don't stand by their products when there is a manufacture defect. My Macbook Pro screen's glue failed which held the screen together. The Apple store said that they had never seen this before and that I caused the problem even though it's a known problem on various websites. Apple's diminishing quality and questionable customer service is a sad situation. I have always promoted and defended Apple. Not anymore.

Jon Lynch

This is the friendliest Apple store in the Milwaukee area. They have great genius bar employees. They are also willing to let you do your own shopping without harassing you.

Todd R

Spilled beer on my MacBook, months after the warranty ran out. They repaired it for free. Nuff said.

Young Lee

I've always enjoyed going to all the other Apple Store, they are always friendly and ever so helpful. Stay away from this one! they are slow and all have piss poor attitude. I will never go back!

MatiMakes

Friendly..good service but slow

caitlyn Wiggins

I had a appointment and I was waiting for about 2 hours everybody was just standing around and looking

Nathan Pheney

They fixed my phone on time

Daniel Smith

Look, I don't envy Apple Store employees- it gets crazy busy, and at the Genius Bar they're dealing with unhappy customers 90% of the time, many of whom didn't prepare adequately for their visit. But I've had several Genius Bar appointments there and each time they've been running incredibly late. There always seem to be several employees standing around when others are running around trying to support multiple customers at once. I've gotten emails from them asking for a call back during a repair of my devices, and they don't even answer the phone. It just rings a bunch of times and disconnects. How am I supposed to give them the info they need if they don't answer the phone? Just feels like management could do a lot better. I'll go to Mayfair the next time I have to go to an Apple Store.

Xavier Waller

The customer service at this location has been steadily declining for a while now. The atmosphere is noticeably different to anyone who’s been coming here for years.

Ellen J

Extremely bad service experience on 2 month old computer with this store. Was told it was an out of warranty repair but call customer relations to contest. Customer relations says it needs to be handled by the store. Store manager declines to discuss. Worst, most frustrating customer service experience ever ....

Nana Graham

Ignored when asking for service

Brad Ehlert

Excellent service and helpful staff. Great products of course.

Henry Dabrowski

Sales team went out of their way to be helpful, quick, and pleasant. Excellent team of people there! The support crew also is excellent from my experience. Will continue to recommend this location!!!

Arlen Brunsvold

Great visit! Very knowledgeable staff and they went way out of thier way to help me. I was an Android user converting to an iphone Xr and they had some issues with transferring my contacts m, photos etc. They took thier time, called in some extra help and after awhile got everything to transfer. Love the new phone, great speed and battery life. Have already sent a friend to this store because of my experience there.

Peggy Quinlan

Excellent employees, very knowledgeable and easy to understand. I really enjoy going there, their product display is laid out appealing.

Ryan Michael Newman

They refuse to help. Will not purchase another Apple product again. Period.

Kel Plat

Would be nice if they were open a tad later the. 6 on Sunday... 7/8 is more appropriate.

Sullivan Thomas

It was good I got a charger for my Android phone lol

Sasha Snapp

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here! Tech support staff Rob was the absolute best.

Nick K

A long story short, they couldn’t honor battery replacement Apple offered for my iPhone 6 blaming me for bending the phone. The only reason it was very slightly bent is this model has design flaws from the start and Apple knows that! Waiting times are excessive. What a customer service! Tried to call Apple tech support and got merely bad experience.

Jamie Bartelt

The guy that helped me was super friendly and made returning a Apple product super easy, it was busy but my wait time was short.

Evan Atkinson

Very professional and kind i bought my iphone 11 the day they dropped. Very well planned and kept the flow smooth with a ton of people

Jiaping Chen

Just got an Apple TV from the Apple store at Bayshore in such bad weather day (cold and raining). The seller did not tell me that we need to buy HDMI adapter for Apple TV. I even consistently ask her for sure that Apple TV already come with everything ( all the cores) that we need. She said yes, just simple attach to the TV and it will work. But the truth is we still need to buy HDMI adaptor by ourself after we return to home. We were so ready to connect to the TV to enjoy it. We didn’t give her trouble or spend her that much time on us. We just grab and asked few questions and left with the trust in her. Now, we need to drive to Walmart to buy the HDMI in such bad weather. or shop it online and wait for couple days for shipping. Anyway, the seller at Apple store needs better training, not just grab products, swipe credit card and sent customers out!!!!

Michelle Mooney

Your salesperson was so helpful and delightful to work with. Reminds me why I always buy Apple products. The greatest!

Mill-Thrill Records

Great service here and their very informative when it comes to technology

Leyton Schiebel

They are always angels. My elderly "vintage" Macbook Pro finally took a dump on me. They not only walked me through the options including replacement of motherboard, cost associated from third party, alternative repair options, benefits of repair vs purchase of a new/refurbished machine, etc. Thanks for the earnest info and great customer service dudes, as always!

P Ch

Was routed to the store via Apple Help looking for a replacement battery. The person answering the phone was condescending, aggressive, rude, and completely lacked the information I needed. After walking him through my need repeatedly, and pushing through inane arguments from him, finally managed to get the info he claimed didn't exist. Genius bar? More like Idiot bar!! Suggest skip this store entirely....not Apple-worthy at all.

Danae Elizabeth

Came in for help to fix my Macbook Pro. It was my first time at the Apple store so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the employees were very welcoming right when I stepped in the door. At the Genius Bar they explained where the issue was with my Macbook and what they would do to fix it, and when it would be fixed by. As far as customer service goes, I was very impressed, especially because of how busy the store looked when we first came in. They even checked me in earlier than the appointment I originally set. For those reviews I see that rated this store as 1 star because of their phone service, one of the employees told us that they only have one person on the phone answering calls, and that visiting the website or walk-ins are the best ways to get help. I personally prefer face-to-face conversations anyway, especially since the staff was so friendly and my walk-in experience was excellent. I'm still waiting for my computer to come back, but I will definitely be coming back to this location if I have any other problems! :)

Rakesh Shah

Well organized and knowledgeable staff. Pretty standard for an Apple store.

Tyler Berger

I love apple, but had to wait 4 hours to get my iPhone replaced, then to have them decide to give me a new phone. Was not happy.

Deborah Roush

I had a bad taste in my mouth about Apple Stores just from what I've heard from friends. This was my first experience and I have to say, I couldn't be happier. There was a young man named Sam that was so knowledgeable and patient and helpful. My disabled ipad was back up and running in 20 minutes with not too much information lost. My experience definitely changed my view about owning more Apple products.

Ryan Armstrong

I'm not an Apple guy, but I take my mom here for help. The service is good, and the prices are normal.

Allen De Keyser

Love apple you guys rock I hope you keep designing and producing awesome products. Keep up the great work your awesome!

Moe W

Had the best experience ever. I worked with a guy named Ralph and a girl named Christiana. They helped me with everything I was looking to do and were extra patient with my minimal knowledge of technology. Love it. Thank you!

Matthew White

Apple has completely lost their customer service. Made an appointment for the battery replacement since Apple has been lying to their customers about throttling the performance of their phones for a decade and they sat me down at a table for and hour without acknowledging me. Walk ins were getting help before I was. Finally asked them what was going on and they said there were people ahead of me. Why make an appointment when you are going to have to wait over an hour for help. Then they told me it would be 12 hours to replace the battery, that’s insane, I have had a battery replaced before and it took under an hour. They do not want to help the people they lied to with the battery replacement t because they lose money on this special program. The kid who was “helping” me laughed off the terrible customer service they were providing me. They do not care about their customers anymore, they just want to sell you $1,000 phones every year with incremental advancements in technology. Sad to say this is going to be my last Apple product.

Mark Siggelkow

Great customer service.

Matt Dannenberg

After losing my phone, I was having trouble activating my replacement phone. After sitting on AppleCare for 40 minutes, the team of wonderful sales people all tried to assist me. One in particular, Art, worked with me staying 30 mins after closing with the AT&T rep on the phone each step of the way. He didn’t give up and now I’m so relieved to have my phone and life back in order. Give Art a raise, employee of the month or something! Thanks!

Dave Shapiro

There are two reasons for going to the Apple Store....to drool over all of the displays (and there are many, many displays) or you have a problem with a device or using the device. As far as I know, every Apple product is on display and can be tested (toyed with). Unless you happen to hit a peak period, there are more than enough staff on site that you will probably not have to wait for any assistance. If you are there due to a problem, very often the floor staff can resolve it however, failing that there is the 'genius bar'. At the bar the problems tend to be a bit more complex and so you will probably have to queue. The store is easily accessible however parking can be a problem. The store is basically located in the center of Bay Shore and the easiest parking is found on either end of the shopping center. (About 2 blocks in either direction from the store.) There is street parking but (again) depending on the time, it may be difficult to arrange.

Its apple gotta love em

Ashley Daley

Boyfriend was turned away even though he had an appointment. Called the next day and was told they would be able to help them. Drove down there 20 minutes later and was turned away again. Very terrible customet service.

Gabby Leachmon

I like the store and people. I always get decent service. The parking is ridiculous but I can't fault the company for the stupid layout of Bayshore and it becoming a deserted mall.

Ron Piper

My go to spot for my apple needs

Brian Cherry

A lot of people standing around not working. We were there almost an hour (with an appointment) before getting “service”. Then another hour plus to get a battery changed. Why have so many employees if they aren’t going to help people???

Amy Coenen

Great service

Matt Littlejohn

Absolutely terrible customer service. I went here to get my screen repaired. When I went to pick up my phone, I was met with the news that my phone failed to "recalibrate" and they needed to order another as the phone is an Iphone 6 plus and Apple doesn't carry anything older than 2 years old. Before I left I was told that the phone would be in on that following Tuesday. I went in on that Tuesday after I was done with work only to find out that the phone was not in yet, but was confidently reassured that it would be in on Thursday. Instead of me driving out to Bayshore on Thursday and becoming frustrated with the employees incompetence, I had a friend who was at Bayshore check on the status of the phone. That friend was informed that my phone was in the store and ready to be picked up. I was elated and drive immediately to Bayshore Apple to pick up my phone. I entered the store and was greeted pleasantly, then told to sit back by the Genius bar while they retrieved my phone. In fact the same Apple rep that I dealt with on the Saturday before walked by me and said, "You're Matt? I'll go back and grab your phone now!" I waited for 10-15 minutes, then I look over my shoulder to see him walking towards me empty handed. The gentleman proceeded to explain that it was not in the store and it was probably taking longer because it's a 6 plus. He couldn't answer any questions on why my friend was told that the phone was there or about the where abouts of the phone. He did "reassure" me that he reordered another phone though. It has been a week and only by going through Apple chat and having them call a friend and talk to her(as I am unable to do so) have I found out that my phone should be there Monday.... or maybe Tuesday, probably next Friday though. Apple bayshore is still expecting me to pay the Screen repair of $150 as a reward of the extraordinary, superhuman incompetence. I would recommend going to the Mayfair apple location if you live any where in Southeast Wisconsin as I have had nothing but well informed, pleasant experiences there. Even if you live a block away from Bayshore, go to the Mayfair location, you won't regret driving the extra 5 miles or spending $3 in gas.

Legendary_E

Slowest service ever had a appointment at 4:30pm and didn’t get out until 6:00pm

Joanne Koehn

The loveliest people work here! They are happy to help you and have knowledge. If you want a lift for the day just go in there with your Apple! Christina was so nice! Joanne Koehn

Annie Salmona

Walked in the store and I was totally ignored for 15 minutes. I had to hail someone to help me , they put me in their cue. I walked out , I don't know if I will go back there again.

M Fatla

Waited extra time because the person who checked me in did not complete the transaction properly so I was not in the system as being there. Did not get helped right away with pick up of item because person did not get notification via phone that I was there. Employees were friendly and helpful, but the whole electronic check in and service process stinks.

Sam Sléibhín

Been to a lot of Apple Stores around the country, this one had the best service yet. Got an iWatch here

Rajat Goon

Not a great customer service in genius bar.

Sam Sabri

Nice store

Margaret Banasik

After the power button stopped working on my iPhone 5, I went in to get it replaced and received a new phone. The new phone had broken speakers and faulty imessaging that worked only sometimes. I tried to go back after a couple hours of not being able to reach anyone (I didn't have an appointment because it was so short notice), and they said I had to wait 1.5 hours INSIDE the store, and if I left I would not be helped. They were not nice about it at all, gave me attitude, and said that's the best they can do. I never thought I would have such a nasty experience at an Apple store.

Robert McCoy

Poor Management. There for a simple purchase, but made to wait behind 5 others. I left.

Laura Thomsen

I made an appointment to have my iphone repaired a week ago online. When I arrived to my appointment, I waited 35 minutes to be seen by someone (original appointment at 11:30am). Not only does it suck having to pay $200 to repair a phone but also that I had to wait after people who didn't even have an appointment. I asked an employee how much longer till I can be seen, and she said people should be clocking in for their shift now.... So I guess if you go here don't go till later because they have a limited amount of staff in the mornings.

eddie day

Friendly service knowable staff. Really long wait

Edwina

Very Good

Rick M.

We enjoy shopping at the Bayshore Apple store. You can browse freely, get great advice, information, and of course great products. The employees vary in age and are all awesome !!

david brenner

Called several times during hours and no one answers

Jane Moncharsh

Super selection and assistance.

Lee Itson

Very helpful staff. They still saw me at the Genius Bar even tough I missed my appointment due to not remembering the time correctly. Helped me make sure I got the fastest way to get the service.

Dwanna Montriel

They were very helpful and kind.

Melody Wuest

Horrible service and wait times. I literally was not offered a seat and stood for 1.5 hours to be helped by the same person who checked me in.

Kathleen Valusek

Thank you so much Don! I went in this afternoon because my iPhone wouldn't accept my password. As I waited I explained to Don what I had been working on that may have caused my phone to lock up. We got in touch with the company, and Don talked to the I.T. guy. He really wanted to try everything possible without having to wipe out everything on my phone. In the end he was right! I went home, called the other company and they walked me through unlocking my phone. I can't say how happy and thankful I was that Don took the time to really try and figure out the problem. You Rock Don! Kathleen

Mike Brauer

Absolutely extraordinary customer service. We walked in, no appointment. Our issue was an iPhone battery not holding its charge. LAWRENCE, the staff person who helped us, spent 20 minutes walking us through a number of analysis' and explanations. He was about the best customer service pro we have EVER had. Kudos!

shmuel fine

I walked in because I had a problem with my phone and they told me I had to wait two days for an appointment

Scott Zager

Needed help logging into my iPad after update, called online support line and after an hour, they were unable to fix the problem. Thought I'd go to an Apple store and be able to talk face to face with a real person. All they did was put me back on the same Apple support phone line. Totally missing the point of the service part of customer service.

Olivia Lopez

I almost always have a bad experience when I visit an Apple store. I visited today to get a glitch in my phone looked at. The representative told me that they may need to wipe my phone and restart it in order to get rid of the glitch. I told the representative at least five times that I wanted to make sure that my pictures were not lost, as I just spent a semester in the tropics and the memories were important to me. I always back up my phone in the cloud, and he reassured me that no matter what option we chose to fix the phone, my pictures would surely load back. Trusting him, I let him wipe my phone, and sure enough, my pictures never came back. He said it was because my photos were not saved in the cloud, but when I opened my settings, the icloud photo option was switched on, plus I had recovered photos from the cloud before, so I knew that couldn't be right. He saw that I was very upset about losing all of my photos and memories, and turned quickly to help another customer. I wish he would have sat down with me and explored other options to restore my phone. And to top it off, my phone is still glitchy. I spent over 3 hours waiting to have this fixed, and all he did was make it worse. If I could give some advise to Apple it would be to make sure that the representative takes their time when helping customers, because I feel that he jumped straight to resetting my phone without exploring other options, and never offered to help after he made a mistake. I know it gets busy, but I am consistently disappointed. This is the second time an Apple representative has mislead me and ignored my concerns about saving photos. It makes me lose faith in Apple and the people that they hire to help with these overly expensive, constantly glitchy devices.

Dakota Wade

Fancy upscale and fast service. But I did take the pictures with a galaxy s8 because they are the better phone

Dave Boylan

Pretentious and smug.

shauna fowler

Best Apple store experience so far. My macbook pro was experiencing what I thought were RAM issues so I took it in to see what was wrong with it. I didn't have an appointment and just walked right in. They said it was about a 45 minute wait, but I definitely only waited 10-15 minutes tops. After running some surface level diagnostics nothing seemed to be the problem, so they offered to keep it for the day and run more extensive diagnostics on it. I got a call later a few hours later stating the logic board was at fault and would be very costly to replace in store ($800 ish dollars) instead they offered to have it shipped to their repair site where it would only be a flat $280 dollar fee to fix everything wrong with it. They overnighted it there and everything. Overall I received excellent service that kept me informed of all options and costs along the way.

Mollie Lund

This is an excellent Apple store, my boyfriend and I have been in the store multiple times this past week to try and get his computer fixed. The computer has been fixed successfully and today we went into the store to pick up the Mac and we brought our 7 week old golden retriever puppy and she was adored completely by all staff members. It is so amazing to have a dog friendly store at Bayshore, Apple especially. Apple was even generous to offer Piper a treat at their store. Piper loved all of the attention and the workers were incredibly helpful. We truly appreciate this store and all of the friendly faces! Piper would be happy to be the face of this Apple store! ;)

Jon Storm

Spilled coffee on my macbook air yesterday. Immediately flipped upside down and manually powered off. Called apple hardware hotline to figure out what my options were knowing that it was my fault, and liquid damage was not covered under any kind of warranty. I asked the phone support person if I was better off going to a 3rd party repair shop to try to have the water removed or go to the apple store. He told me I needed to go to the genius bar and that they could help me out and try to clean the water out. Get to the apple store and I talk to a woman at the genius bar, told her I spilled coffee directly on the computer and asked her what our options were. She said we will take a look, came back within 5 minutes and told us there was water inside (I told you there was?) and that it was either $750 for complete repair or I could spend $1000~ for a brand new one... Why did I waste my time coming here? UPDATE: Took to UBREAKIFIX in Milwaukee, said there was next to no water inside the computer, cleaned and testing all the parts and couldn't find anything that wasn't working properly. Normally they said they would charge a cleaning fee and then charge for any parts they would have to replace however since there was hardly anything to clean inside the computer they did it for free. Thanks to them for being honest and evaluating the extent of the damage.

Frank Schaefer

Embrace the Apple store experience don’t get freaked out by it!?

Robert Whitney

Confused Bayshore with Mayfair store. Couldn't accommodate Genius Bar appointment at Mayfair with availabilities at Bayshore Genius Bar. Wasted trip!

Sean Smith

I recently had to replace my iPhone and made an appointment on site around 11 AM. I expected a wait time of 45 minutes but was pleasantly surprised to wait only 10 minutes. I received excellent service using Apple Care to replace my phone. While I had to answer several questions about how the phone became damaged, the entire process only lasted about 30 minutes and I walked out with a new phone. Overall, the staff was very professional and my experience was great. Apple knows how to take care of customers!

Greg Evans

Great Customer Service And Experience

gmfarfol .

This place rocks! I went in on Saturday with a Iphone problem. It was solved easily by the guy with the jutting jaw--didn't get his name. It was a simple update push. Didn't lose any of my things on my phone!! Came in Monday early as store was opening. Got right in to fix my MacBook Pro. Keith was fabulous! Took a while to download the update to my "vintage" machine, but it worked and I didn't lose anything on my laptop either. Wow! So happy! Thanks guys!

Joel Puleo

Busy time but expert services

Ken C

Exceptional service! They were able to help me trade in an old iPhone for the latest model, and they answered questions about my service and payment options better than my cell provider. I was pleasantly surprised and recommend this store for anyone needing help with their iPhone.

jasmin mcdaniel

Food was cold but the remake was better

Motley Zen

Impossible to get a technical question answered. Most of the people working there seem to be out of work actors with bad hygiene.

Stephen Bradford

They would not fix the battery in my iPhone 6, which Apple has admitted was faulty and led to the iPhone 6 running slowly and essentially making it non operational, because I had a phone replaced through insurance. This will be my last iPhone.

Maurie Saffarrans

APPLE STORE PEOPLE WERE GREAT TO ME AND FAST AND THOROUGH AND SMILING AND PATIENT. TERRIFIC!

Keith Stachowiak

Surprisingly easy to get an appointment at the genius bar. Have had only good experiences here.

Patricia Delmenhorst

I love our local apple store a d our genius was patient, kind and knowledgeable to a 75+ senior.

B P

Friendly staff and fast service.

Villard Foodtown

Horrible experience both of the managers are very rude. I was told by apple care to go into the store to switch out my phone, the managers was rude and would not help at all. Her name was Kat.

William Ritt

I recently bought an iPhone 8+ with Apple's silicone case for $40. The case ripped within a week and after waiting in Bayshore's Apple store for an hour, the service rep told me I was SOL because it wasn't the appropriate type of defect. Instead he told me to buy the leather case instead because it wasn't cheap like the silicone version...

Rob Llo

Very nice people

Allen Murphy

Overpriced as usual, for equipment that doesn't quite deliver the goods. Yawn.

Jeff Miller

Probably one of the best Apple stores on Earth! Friendly staff, superb help at the Genius Bar, and the guarantee of feeling like you are family when you are there.

dmitriy rusovskiy

Great place to shop

Kelly Starnes

Very excellent service. The staff was very helpful in working with me to fix my phone.

Kev south

In and out fast. They have a huge selection of apple products. Great staff

Jeff JAMES

I had a great experience at the store not once but twice. On both occasions my IPad and IPod were replaced because of a problem, all within 20 minutes. I will always stick with a company who takes care of their customers...

Eric Freymuth

I had the pleasure of working with some of the greatest people the other night when I had to update my 11 plus year old MacBook Pro that needed a software upgrade. Since the machine had already been wiped clean and there was nothing to save on the Mac, they were able to help me after a long day of work and have me out the door before 9 p.m.! They have great staff and wonderful customer service! Thanks again you guys, five stars!!

Mark Z

Disgustingly clueless customer service reps. Nasty attitudes, disingenuous service. Bad management at this Apple store. Considering a new iPad, never mind. Never thought Apple could stomp so low. RIP Steve, really feel sorry for you.

Ron Herron

Great customer service everyone was very nice

Andrew Prom

Apple phones suck

Asher Steinberg

The employees were well timed, I was approached five minutes before my appointment to get my info, and met with a very helpful "genius" right on time.

Chris Rautmann

Made an appointment to replace the damaged screen on my son’s iPhone. During the pre-repair diagnostic check, it was discovered that the battery had been previously replaced, and I disclosed it had been done by Batteries Plus. They continued the process, and told us to come back in 90 minutes to pick up the phone after the repair. Upon our return, they told us they could not complete the repair because there was a third-party battery in the phone. This was something that they knew before they started the repair process. Extremely disappointed in the incompetent genius bar staff at this location.

raymond allen

Too long to be seen by anyone,

Dave DeBruine

If you go home make sure you make an appointment ahead of time otherwise you’ll wait a long time. They’re pretty good at getting you in close to your appointment although I think it was 10 or 15 minutes after our appointment time before we were working with the technician.

Linda Evans

I think I like the store better than the one in Madison

Chris Kasik

Spent $1000 and they ran out of bags...had to carry items around mall...ran out of bags? Seriously!

Marilyn Jude

Did not visit apple bee at bayshore last time I was there service was very very bad it was all fish you can eat. Had to wait too long for fish. Found another place to go on Friday for fish fryer all you can eat.

Matthew Levatich

Puzzling lack of attention. Been coming to this apple store since it opened in something like 2005. Walked in. Was not greeted at all. Finally asked and got on some list to be helped with a purchase. Came in ready to buy a $1500 laptop. Leaving after 25 min empty handled. People standing around looking earnest. No one actually ready to support customers. Very disappointed in what apple has ‘evolved’ to. Note. It’s not particularly busy here at 3pm on a Wednesday.

Scott Sager

Purchased accessories - had a very average experience.

Marissa

This was my first apple store experience and i was so relieved i thought i was gonna be disappointed but i was the complete opposite .. My phone had been on a boot loop + had software issues and the person i was helped by really got to the root of the boot loop but couldnt save my phone from the software issues but gave me a new phone and waved the fee !!! I was so relieved living an hour away i did NOT wanna have to keep driving back up here.. i was in and out in 45 minutes ( he restored all of my old apps and pictures ) i really wish i wasnt so worried about my phone and rememebered his name ..

James Muchow

Completely inaccurate wait times, thanks for the parking ticket

Rich Kudronowicz

often packed, staff seemed trained well enough for trouble shooting.

Tweet Tweet79

It is a very clean place and Is usually pretty full of people but there are enough employees that there could be 100 people and you would still not have to wait for service

Simon Gonzales

Awesome experience

ss 1213

Despite getting two glitchy iPhone 5's from the store (which is honestly partly my fault for waiting 400 years to upgrade my phone), Jordan was willing to work with me to set up my second, and then refund me when it proved unreliable. He was very kind both times I interacted with him and I would go back to him with further questions if needed.

Andrew Eckwielen

It was awesome! Everyone was really friendly and very nice! I was there to get my phone screen replaced and the Genius who helped me was very nice and knowledgable. I was very fortunate for them to be able to replace it and fix it during my visit. It took about an hour and a half but it was well worth the $130 and the time I waited to fix it. I was very satisfied! Thanks guys!

Kevin Joestgen

Went here to get a fix completed on my work phone, employee (Joe) treated it as a personal cellphone and told me I would be charged for the phone fix. Never looked into the corporate side of things and told me I was to be charged. Incredibly dissatisfied and it's the reason why I don't like Apple products. Do not recommend their services, products or anything.

Hey, you guys just hung up on me while I was waiting on hold for 10+ minutes. What’s up with that?

I am very disappointed in this apple store. Went in to see if they could fix mu Ipad 2 which I worked on with my neighbor, and the guy i spoke to said they don't service any of they products third parties worked on.I replaced broken screen and digitizer and the antenna. now the antenna doesn't work properly. OK, got it,I should of brought it in,I didn't. My mistake. But when I asked if any one else fixes them (aftermarket) or if i could sell it for parts, the rude monkey said "ask your neighbor". That was his answer for everything. Wish I got his name, but the monkey wears glasses, filthy beard and a woll hat. How professional! I will definitely buy Galaxy tab now, in addition. Goodbye apple, hello android. Apple is spiraling down fast as it should.

With the exception of one visit of which was near the time for the store to close its doors for the day, I consistently have had good experiences at the Apple Store in Bayshore. The staff are always friendly and genuine and seem very sincere in wanting to be helpful. Those employed there appear to interact well with each other, thus creating a pleasant environment. I have always felt respected by whomever was helping me even if I feared the question I had may come off rooted in technical ignorance. I have never felt rushed or insignificant, even though the majority of my visits were to have a question(s) asked and not to make a purchase.

Ok.after I talked with the person at my carrier store and he run a diagnostic for 2 hours -he told me my phone is going to be replaced. He ask me to pay a fee but I could drive to Milwaukee and get the replacement there. So from Green Bay I called and try to ask someone if this is true.but we speak with the machine .so two hours later we arrived with my two kids and my wife.and the teck told us the phone is perfect. So do I really have to drive 5 hours for that .and the phone is not working anyway.so apple got so cheap to even fix a few months old phones .why I pay so much for a phone ???!!! So who will fix my phone? Obviously not an Apple Store in Milwaukee.super disappointed excperiance from them. Apple going downhill big time with this service .

Pretty much the same as all other Apple Stores inside, but can be difficult to find parking given the location inside the outdoor mall. Not the best location for a popular destination.

We were told to come back at 6:15 to pick up my daughters phone and still had to wait. Didn't leave until 7. Don't give a time if it's not true.

Kudos to Tim at Apple Store Bayshore. I've been rethinking a purchase I recently made and had called Apple Store Bayshore this morning for some advice and assistance about the MacBooks after already calling Mayfair and a store in Illinois. Out of the three stores I called, Tim went above and beyond to go over all of my options and made sure I felt comfortable with the choices. THANK YOU!!!

Helpful service, though they didn't solve my phone issue. I don't blame the individual technician on that though.

Jason Reuwer

I wish I could give 0 stars. I know that sounds dramatic but the "service" that I received from Sam and then his manager Adam was sub par. I met with Sam and I started the conversation off with, "I though a $1000 phone should perform..." Sam interrupts with, "Actually it was $849 when you purchased it." He set us off on a terrible course in our interaction, from that point on I was frustrated and felt that this arrogant technician was doing everything in his small world to be unhelpful. I felt that these two individuals took it upon themselves to make sure that I left feeling frustrated and uncared for.

Bought a iPhone 6 in March in Sweden and had some problems with it ever since. Sent it to Apple in order for them to solve the issues. Got it back after 3 weeks unfixed with the explanation that I've caused the problems myself since my phone had a small crack on the top. They told me that in order for them to fix it, I needed to replace the screen for 300 $... Yesterday I walked by the Apple Store in Bayshore and thought; why not? Told them about my problem and 20 minutes later I had a new phone in my hand. The service technician Keith said that the problems my phone was showing, could not be caused by me. Thanks to the friendly staff and a special thank you to Keith, all of you guys are awesome!

What kind of a store lets people come and drill at midnight? A store that doesn't care about the community in which they operate. People live here at Bayshore - Apple knows that and they let it happen anyhow. They clearly don't care about community.

Possibly the worst Apple store, or maybe just store in general. Read on. There's a few things you expect when you walk into an Apple store: tons of employees, standard Apple pricing, and getting asked a million times if you need help. Well, in this particular case, I did need help. I recently damaged my Mac and needed a quote for the repair cost. I walked to the Genius bar and arrived at the back for along with another customer. Only one employee was at the Genius bar, and already helping another customer. We both waited almost 5 minutes before hearing anything from any employee. It should be noted that many employees (6-8 I'd guess) walked by us without so much as "have you been helped?" or "We'll be with you shortly." The other gentleman even asked me "How hard is it to talk to someone around here?" Finally, two employees came up to us, seeming confused about which one should actually help us. Right as it seemed like one was about to ask me what's going on he said that actually someone else would sign me in... okay? So the gentleman in front of me was assisted first, and shortly after me. Or so I thought. The employee asked "What do you need help with today?" in standard fashion, but, while waving his arm motioning for someone else...weird. About 5 seconds later another employee came up and he dropped our conversation. He and the other employee discussed another customer's issue for about 1-2 minutes, right in front of me, without so much as an "excuse me" or "one moment". Really? Finally, he takes my information down regarding repair on a liquid spill and my contact info. I mention specifically, I am looking for a quote--more on this later. He mentions the wait is roughly 30-45 minutes, and to have a seat. What? The gentleman in front of me was suggested to go have grab a coffee or walk around and come back in 20 minutes. The heck? So I sit down, and the only good part of this -- they get to me in about 15 minutes. Cool. We go to the genius bar where I explain that I have had a liquid spill on the notebook, and want a quote for repair. He scans the device then explains that all liquid related spills are a flat fee. Really? So I waited 30 minutes in total for a 1 sentence answer? Honestly terrible. Makes me rethink buying a Mac if this is the service level associated with a premium device. My wife currently uses a PC bought at a Windows store, the customer service experience is night and day. /EndRant. Thanks for listening.

Had a wonderful experience at this Apple store. Went to get an iPod looked at. Had to wait about 45 minutes before Johnny our repair tech could assist us. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He ran all the tests and documented the ipod issues. He also answered other product questions while we waited for the diagnostics testing to be completed. It appeared the ipod was fine and Johnny said please return if it acts up again and because we purchased Apple care we would exchange for a replacement. Needless to say we returned 5 hours later and exchanged for a replacement and the exchange took less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend the Bayshore Apple store!!

Great service.

Linda Larson

Had an appointment there. Waited much longer than the time that was specified. What I finally did get to talk to a staff person they were very knowledgeable and helped out completely.

Meg Harrison

The sales person was very cocky and quick, short explanations of how iPhone 10 works. Ultimately had to get a tech support person walk me through setting up my phone. Very unsatisfied with the service.

Nicholas Putz

the best apple store in the area. mayfair store smells like urine and sewage.

Alexandria Caban

This is the second apple store have called and they just don't seem to know how to answer their phones. Ugh, is there any apple store I can call without having to be on hold for like 30 to 45 minutes. When they finally answered the phone, the Rep was EXTREMELY RUDE. WONT BE COMING HERE FOR ANYTHING OR CALLING FOR ANYTHING ELSE

Elizabeth Van Koningsveld

They have always been a kind staff. Helpful as they can be!

Alexander Humphery

One of the best

My new MBP 13 inch was making a small click noise when closing lid and when I asked them about it, all they said was they don't know. Even a 3 year old kid can say that, you don't need technicians and all those fancy stores to say "idk".

Chrystal Bower

My husband and I both pre-ordered our iPhone Xs on October 27th and showed up just before our check-in window on Friday, November 3. The technician outside the Apple Store was extremely organized and we were able to get inside the store within 10 minutes of our check in time. Jason was the technician inside the Apple store that helped us, and he was amazing! Excellent personality, excellent customer service, and could not have been a better experience! We were in and out of the store within a total of 30-45 minutes between picking up our phones and staying inside the store to make sure the set up was seamless.Thank you, Jason.

They canceled my appointment after 6mins of me not checking in instead of the normal 10. They were trying to charge me an extra $150 for a service I had gotten a quote on before and customer service was rude and kept hanging up on me.

David Anus

Busy location but classy service for us gents

Marcus Sanford

Made appointment. Completely ignored by Genius.

Nick Fallucca

Impossible to talk to a real person when calling. Not the most helpful when there.

ZACHARY NELSON

Ive already been waiting a half an hour after the scheduled appointment time and they still havent come to me so i got bored and decided to write a review

Janice Slim

NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED me..although 3 representatives looked directly at me as I waved for assistance, while using the computer. All 3 reps who acknowledged me, were NOT assisting anyone... However when service was rendered, by technician Sam..he walked off while phone was updating...to "help" other customers...how ironic I'm ignored while others are serviced. The feeling and experience was truly uncomfortable....

Called into the Apple Store in Bayshore and received amazing service and prompt quick service as well. Although I am a computer technician myself, the Tech I spoke to really spoke in the sense that I didn't have the same understand he did and was very descriptive and great on the phone. Gave me all the options to get my brother MacBook Air fixed and was very honest about the pricing and what would make sense, whether it was to getting a new MacBook or spending money to repair it. I would definitely go back and purchase another computer there in the future.
