Do not go to this store to get a replacement screen for cellphone. I went there to get my Note 4 screen replaced which took 1 hour to get done. I went to go and pick it back up and my phone was about to die so I plugged it in to my truck charger it wouldn't recognize the charger so I went back to where I was staying and tried a wall charger. It would turn on and turn right back off. I took it back to them and told me in a hateful way that it wasn't there fault. So they took it back and told me to come back in a few hrs, I went and picked it back up and they told me the charging port on my phone wasn't plugged back up when they took it apart. I went a bought a brand new otter box and while I was driving down the road I noticed my screen was cracked. I never dropped my phone or anything. I called them back and they were rude and said they don't cover it. Im warning you do not go there to get a cell phone screen fixed

Really cheap geeks are great. They are knowledgable and quick. They are also very willing to explain things the customer without making them feel like a moron for not knowing. The prices are very reasonable and the turnaround time on repair work has always been exceptional. Sometimes repairs can quickly be completed while waitin gin the shop. On the wholeit is a great experience and I would definitely reccomend them to anyone in need of computer repair. The only drawback is their parking lot, which is rather tight and hard to navigate in and out of during high volume traffic times.

They replaced my Motorola phone screen cheaper than I could get an individual to do it. The phone works fine and I was completely satisfied with their repair. I found their staff to be professional and attentive to my needs.

These guys are awesome in every way. They do great repairs in a timely manner. They bend over backwards to make the customer feel important and that goes for every single person there. And they are cheapest place to get cell phones repaired. Will certainly return there again. The only downside, which can't be helped is parking is really tight. And they are barefoot friendly which is paramount to me.

Recently brought my phone in to get it repaired. Would not charge kept flicking between charging and not charging regardless of wether it was plugged in or not. First person I spoke with quoted me for a new battery and charging port. Roughly a hundred bucks, no big deal. After 4 days i had heard nothing back so I called to check on it. They had not even touched my phone, so the represenative began asking me what was wrong with it all over again. I told him about the first guy and he told me that the technician i was speaking about had no idea what he was doing and the quoted price was actually a few hundred short. Needless to say I went and picked up my phone, and took it to fanelli boys ( in the mall), my issue was solved within three hours and was still less than the original quoted price.

Like a lot of small businesses I depend almost too much on my computers in my day-to-day operations. When something recently went wrong with my primary machine I asked and was referred to the "Really Cheap Geeks". I have nothing but high praise for these guys. I don't speak geek ... so after a few small miscommunications I was back up and running really very fast. They built me what I need for my software to run efficiently and for a very reasonable price. The new desktop is wonderful and the full recovery from my old machine (a lap top) was a very pleasant surprise. Who knew? :) As an added bonus they rebuilt the laptop to a better machine. I now have a reliable back-up computer that I can take from my work space to wherever I need to be running all the software I was before the meltdown. Thank you Geeks

Everything they sell her can he bought on amazon for literally half the price they are selling things for , a small markup is understandable and expected but doubling it is ridiculous, the parts they use are of ely cheap quality, and screens on phone they replace have absolutely no strength to them, I advise anybody to just pay 50$ more to there phone provider to have the insurance replace there device it will save you in the long run, the only thing i would trust these people to do is install virus protection on a laptop, i even that, i used o respect this company a few yers ago they ran better but now there just ridiculous

Surprised to see anything negative against this business as noted in other reviews. We have been taking our Macs here for a variety of issues over the course of 4 years and also purchased an iPhone from them in the past. We are always impressed with the value and quality of service. All employees are polite and knowledgeable. I don't think their prices can be beat in the Mid Ohio Valley. They always get and return our electronics as quickly as possible, and we are really grateful to have this level of quality in tech service in our area.

I have dealt with Really Cheap Geeks on two occasions, and I do not have have enough good things to say about them. Today's experience saved me from buying a whole new CPU cooler or motherboard...when I discovered I only needed a fan. Really Cheap Geeks had just the size fan I needed at a good price, and I heartily recommend them to be your first stop before visiting an online retailer or a larger computer parts store elsewhere. The gentleman I spoke with demonstrated excellent customer service skills, even after I was rudely short with him on the phone prior to visiting the shop (although, I will say that I started my conversation when it was my turn at the counter by saying "I owe someone an apology..."). My experience with the people today has ensured I will check with them first in the future.

He and his geeks are knowledgeable and pleasant, and Dan, the manager, is very fair. We have purchased and upgraded many of our family's computers. The reconditioned equipment has always been extremely reasonable and they have always fixed any issues that arose at no cost.

So I brought my phone to get the camera fixed. When I got my phone back(camera fixed) the Touch ID stopped working. I was going on vacation the following morning, so I couldn’t bring my phone back immediately. I brought it back the day I got back. They start the conversation by say we aren’t at fault because we fixed the camera and so many days have pasted. My response is that I called and told you guys I was going on vacation. In the store “Ben” said “, he would do what he could.” So he fiddled around in my phone for about 30 minutes before handing it back to me shrugging,” there’s nothing I can do.” It’s true what they say,”cheap isn’t always good and good isn’t always cheap.” Lesson learned so how I have a phone with passwords saved with my Touch ID that I will never be able to access again. Thanks for all your great service guys.

Currently in the middle of arguing with them over my wife's cell phone. Took it to them for a repair to screen. Initially the new screen they put in was defective. Took it back to them today. They fixed screen but unlocked my wife's phone without her ok, changed her wallpaper, removed her sim card (which there was no reason to do) and put in someone else's sim card. We did not figure this out until her cell phone company was already closed. Sent a message to company on facebook, was told they would be more than happy to return the old sim card (which we won't use due to how easy that is to hack) but there would be no refund of any sort due to me having to fix THEIR screw up. I used to send a lot of business their way through my work. That ends today. Edit: went to business to ask for them for sim card today. They denied that they made an error (after admitting it last night) and regardless of what I tried to say he just kept insisting it was not anything on their end. He did not even double check with me in store. He finally ended up leaning over counter to scream in my face to get out of his store like a toddler throws a fit.

Do not go here.... I took my tablet there to get fixed and they had it for 2 months. They keep telling me they were waiting for the screen to come from china. Then when they did fix it they told me it would be 90.00 to pick it up, when i call again b4 i go they tell me its 150.00, so i go to pick it up and they raised the price again to 200.00. This is no way to treat the people that keep u in a job....

My last visit to really cheap geeks was not the best service I had with them. I called two days in advance to order my husband's phone screen and when I called in two days to see if it had arrived like. They said it would they had not yet ordered it which put me waiting e days more than intended. They promised to fix the screen in his phone for just the cost of the screen and when I dropped the phone off they told me it would be 45 minutes and we ended up waiting 2hrs for them to finish it then even then the back of my husband's screen was not sealed properly.

They're known for their shady business tactics in the area, pretty much ripping people off at every corner with anything like virus removals to screen repairs. Half of the time you come in here with something needing fixed it'll come out more screwed up than it was originally. They'll offer you completely nothing for anything you bring in practically expecting it for free. There's a much more reliable computer repair store up the road near Los Agaves. I'm expecting to receive a snide remark from the owner on here. Fire away!

I had a battery replacement done on an iPhone 6plus. We got the phone back with an issue in the corner of the screen and didn’t think anything of it. Took it back the next day and they said it needed a new screen now when there was nothing wrong with it the day before. Agree to pay for the new screen and they took my phone apart and brought it back in pieces. Screamed and swore at me multiple times saying this isn’t the phone that was brought in here yesterday and I was trying to steal from them. So not only did they take me for my money, and a perfectly good iPhone before I took it in there (other than having to charge it twice a day) they screamed at me, cussed at me, and called my mother and I names that no one should ever be called. I will NEVER go back here and NEVER recommend them to anyone. I will also be filing a claim with the better business bureau in hopes to save other people from this problem.

My boyfriend went in awhile ago because the screen on his iPhone was shattered and they changed it in just a few hours for a good price. There ended up being some issues with the touch. They had to change the screen a few different times but the last time that we went in and explained what happened the owner went ahead and swapped out my boyfriend's phone with a newer version. We ended up buying a laptop and a tablet as well. They all work beautifully and I'm so happy with my items as well as the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE we received. I highly recommend checking this place out before u go anywhere else.

Horrible customer service!!!! I would never recommend to anyone to take their belongings to these people. I brought my laptop in to them with a few problems, everything seemed to go fine they called the next day said it was all fixed and working great... unfortunately it was not... one of the issues was still occurring so i brought it back and when it came to their " No Fix - No Fee " Guarantee they became hostile and tryed to haggle with me and only refund part of the cost they charged to "FIX" my computer... i persisted to get all of my money back and for them to uphold there " guarantee ". finally after twenty minutes of auguring and getting called a Mother F**ker by the manager i did manage to get my money back... like i said i would never recommend anyone going to this shop... Unless that is you want to be disrespected and called names!

I had a battery replacement done on an iPhone 6plus. We got the phone back with an issue in the corner of the screen and didn’t think anything of it. Took it back the next day and they said it needed a new screen now when there was nothing wrong with it the day before. Agree to pay for the new screen and they took my phone apart and brought it back in pieces. Screamed and swore at me multiple times saying this isn’t the phone that was brought in here yesterday and I was trying to steal from them. So not only did they take me for my money, and a perfectly good iPhone before I took it in there (other than having to charge it twice a day) they screamed at me, cussed at me, and called my mother and I names that no one should ever be called. I will NEVER go back here and NEVER recommend them to anyone. I will also be filing a claim with the better business bureau in hopes to save other people from this problem.

My boyfriend went in awhile ago because the screen on his iPhone was shattered and they changed it in just a few hours for a good price. There ended up being some issues with the touch. They had to change the screen a few different times but the last time that we went in and explained what happened the owner went ahead and swapped out my boyfriend's phone with a newer version. We ended up buying a laptop and a tablet as well. They all work beautifully and I'm so happy with my items as well as the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE we received. I highly recommend checking this place out before u go anywhere else.
