Amazing customer service! Welcoming! Professional staff! I accidentally sat on the cord on my USB, pulled, and broke it; I felt like cutting my own head off if that would have help me get back all my important and critical data on the USB. Enters Promac which recovered all the data from my broken USB and put them on a new one that I provided. Promac is a life saver! Kelvin, I cannot thank you enough! Awesome Customer Service! This repair saved me money, time and a headache. I was working on a project for work when my computer crashed. The project was due within the week and Promac serviced my baby right away. She received a few adjustments requiring more visits which were handled with no hassle from the technician who is the owner. Once service was complete there was still time to spare. I dropped my sick baby off on Monday and she was healthy and ready for discharge on Wednesday! Kelvin was very patient as I was frustrated, confused, panicked and grateful all at the same time. He was also very knowledgeable, committed and communicated with me in a language I could understand. As a not so tech-savvy person, I had no idea how complicated it was to fix my MacBook Pro (15in). Promac was a pleasure and thanks again for saving my a$$. Your service was greatly appreciated. Promac is now my PCP ( Primary Care Physician) for all of my Apple babies/ products from this experience moving forward! A VERY PLEASED PATRON! :-)

5 stars don’t do it justice! Promac blows every big or little name Mac/pc repair shop out of the water! Friendly, helpful, professional, trustworthy & knowledgeable. Kelvin the owner/operator had my best interest in mind. Instead of rushing me through with no option but to spend way too much (like most other repair shops), he gave me my best options the pros v cons to each, the time lines & his opinion on my cracked Apple Watch & what I thought was a dead MacBook Pro. The service was amazing, the prices were truly some of the best. My laptop is saved and I’m honestly shocked at its ability all over again. I have a plan for the watch that likely wont cost me anywhere close to $300–like the quote I got at Apple and the other well know local repair shop. Brought in my Alienware laptop because I was literally pulling my hair out stressing to get it running after just buying it used. Went in that morning to reset my laptop and update it and they made sure I was taken care of within a couple hours. System is running great after downloading a couple games on it over the weekend. 5/5 would recommend! I had problems with my (older) devices but needed extra mileage out of them. They diagnosed my Macbook charging and battery issues over the phone and serviced it same day. My laptop was back in my hands within the 30 minute visit to the store. Wild! Friendliest and most helpful staff I have worked with by far. I have had issues dealing with tech support before and there were none-such issues here! I am always on the go and need my devices at work and extracurricular situations so they get dirty quickly, Promac took a look and cleaned up my devices. I have visited three times now with device problems and Promac always go the extra mile for by far the best price. Got months longer out of my iPhone when I thought I would have to scrap it and buy a new one because of various broken parts including my screen and home/side buttons. As they did with the macbook, they explained the issues they found and went beyond what I had asked for and helped fix issues under the hood they found while servicing my iPhone, all without surprise fees and last-minute issues. I am surprised every time with how far they are willing to go to do the best job. Thank you guys! 5/5!

My son's MacBook was plagued with viruses/spy ware, which he inadvertently downloaded because they looked legitimate. Numerous people tried to clean it up, and we ran Norton -- still no luck. I called ahead because our son is on the autism spectrum, and he was nervous about going by himself. I assume the owner answered. He couldn't have been nicer and reassured me there would be no issue. Once they evaluated the issue, they cleaned it up ... added software to protect it from happening again and even called me to make sure we understood the (reasonable) charges, etc. before they proceeded. Such a positive experience! Thank you!! Just wish we had taken it in sooner. :)

I absolutely love this place! My MacBook Pro Retina just stopped working abruptly and wouldn't power on at all. It was even more frustrating taking it to the Apple store and the Genuis Bar telling me to buy another system! They told me my system was basically worthless! Thank you for Kelvin at Promac! It was awesome that Promac does FREE diagnostics because the general repair was pretty costly for my Macbook Pro Retina. Honest, Professional, Highly Knowledgeable, and Reasonably Priced. I took advantage of the free diagnostics to get a second opinion on the issue I was experiecing with my 2010 Macbook Pro . Another "mac repair" company stated the cost for repair was an amount that would almost exceed the value of my laptop, so a second opinion was definitely needed. I worked directly with the owner, Kelvin, and after a quick diagnostics, the issue was entirely different from what I was stated by the other company. Kelvin was highly knowledgeable in thoroughly diagnosing the real issue and the cost for repair was significantly less than what the other company stated. Kelvin was also very open and honest about what my options were without trying to be a salesman. I will definitely be returning if I have any issues with my Apple products and I highly recommend Promac for your repairs and as your local Apple specialist.

I join the chorus of positive reviews for Kelvin and Joe. I called Kelvin late last Saturday afternoon from my weekend place in the mountains. The internet had stopped working and I had gone over the troubleshooting suggestions,etc without success. We reviewed what I had tried and Kelvin was sorry to have to tell me that I would need to bring it in for diagnostics. I carried the desktop to his shop and he got right on it. A call a few hours later confirmed that I needed a part. He told me a very reasonable price for the part and installation and agreed to having the computer ready for me to take back to the mountains before the next weekend. He kept his promise, and double checked the system before it went out the door. Back to the mountains, plug and play. Not only great service, but accompanied by a smile and more than fair price.

For the record, they also fix Android devices. And they do it well at an attractive price. My tablet's power port (micro-USB) was delivering power intermittently. A replacement connector had to be soldered to a circuit board. Calvin and his crew happily took on the task and did a supurb job. Thanks, Calvin.
