I had a virus and/or a Trojan on my computer that needed to be fixed. I took it to ACS and asked for priority service. They did the work in a few hours and I was back picking up my computer the same day! What service! You can't ask for more than that. Very friendly service and a great company. I've been coming here for years to get my computers repaired or replaced.

I'd give this place -5 stars if possible. Took my laptop in and they said it had a virus and needed to redo my hard drive. Brought it home and it still didn't work. So took it back and had to replace the hard drive with a new one. It still didn't work but they kept charging me. I tried to call SEVERAL times and they always said Ken was not there. When he was he was always busy he would call back but, those calls never came. I went down there are they were not open on time. The guy showed up 30 minutes late w/o even an apology. So after over a month of dealing with this sub par business and wasting hundreds of dollars I still did not have a working laptop. Do yourself a favor and look for another place to take your business. One that honors the warranty and is professional.

In my experience, Advantage was unprofessional. I paid Advantage $75 for a diagnosis/insurance estimate for a malfunctioning laptop. Advantage diagnosed the problem as hard drive failure, and quoted $60 for a replacement hard drive. When I asked to purchase the quoted hard drive, Advantage (Ken) said they couldn't order that drive size. I asked "so why did you quote that price in the estimate." Ken told me "well, the tech is young, and ..." I should have walked away at that point. Instead, I paid Advantage for a more expensive hard drive, to be delivered in 2 days. It wasn't. Advantage failed to return several calls regarding hard drive shipping status. Finally (the next week) I told them to deliver the hard drive or give me my money back. Got my money back. I'd be very reluctant to use Advantage in the future.

I brought a cell phone into MCR to have the screen replaced. It took 3 weeks to get the phone fixed. Granted it mostly took this long due to the fact that they received 2 defective replacement screens, and had to get help from another local business to get a good replacement screen. However, I had to call them 4 or 5 times to finally get an answer as to why it was taking so long. I was told multiple times that someone would call me back, but that never happened. I had to keep calling them back. It gave me the impression that they were avoiding me. When I was finally informed that the phone was fixed, they said they would be there until 7pm. I showed up at 6:50pm and the store was already locked up and no one was there. In my opinion the customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Needed an IPhone 6 glass screen replaced (scratched) in order to resell the phone on eBay. This place was professional, and replaced the phone screen in under 20 minutes while I waited. Check the new place at the Mall , those guys don't deserve no one business , They all look like Amateurs , and they pretend to know what they doing but reality is far from them , if you don't know what u doing don't say you broke it we fix it , A good slogan will be" you broke it we charge you for fixing it but all we will do is just hold it for couple days and say oops sorry we can't now cough that $35 " , and to show you that hey are just couple of kids , the owner will be answering to this Comments all mad and pretending that it's a fake or made up comments .

if you smell something funny, get out!! I think they try to take advantage of people. I am not the type of person to get on google reviews and leave bad reviews but my experience here was so awful that I feel compelled to write this. I had two bad experiences with this place. DONT TRUST THEM! Ken seemed nice but my experience was awful. I had an Asus laptop that the charger was not being recognized so my computer was not charging. I took it in and right away Ken said it was power jack socket. He determined it was loose when he wiggled a pen inside of it. Fair enough. 160 dollar repair. The laptop charged just fine for about a month and a half and then it started to go in and out of charging when it was plugged in. I take back in for them to look at it. They said it charged right up and that they didn't see a problem with the charger. I knew they were LYING, they never looked at my laptop. When I went in to get it, I asked if I could plug it right in the wall. Less than a minute the computer was showing the symptoms that I described to them. I was pissed. They never even looked at. So I throw a hissy fit and they said they would take it apart and look at it. 2 days later they called and said the soldering job was perfect and that it was the motherboard and they would do the job for 350 dollars...so that would be a total of $510 in repairs for a $700 dollar laptop...you gotta to be kidding me. Some technicians, they assumed the easy right and blamed the power jack without actually knowing the problem and wasting my time. and I do believe they never took my laptop apart, I am kicking my butt for not asking to see it apart or have them take a picture. my first time at their store, I bought a iPhone 5c Screen. Ken made the comment along the lines of " doing repair yourself? Better be careful a lot of people break the connector when attaching the screen." and he mentioned there was no refunds....well I attached the screen carefully but it didn't work. I assumed it wasn't the screen but it was me...but after my second experience I am starting to wonder if they sold me a screen with a broken connector on purpose.... I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

They seemed nice at first until they held my computer for 4 months and when I called into to check my feedback was "we have not ordered the part yet" When I did finally get it back the issue was not fixed and I was ripped off. I don't plan on coming back here, but if you are recently left in the same position as me; I would not hesitate to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Im definitely not the first, probably won't be the last.

After having my iPhone for 2 years, I dropped it and the screen shattered, I took it to Advantage Computer and 2 hours later I had a phone that was as good as new and at a reasonable price - better than a kiosk at the mall. Friendly service and a good price - what more can you ask for.

I've talked to the owner several times. I always leave this store feeling great. They fixed my computer that geek squad told me to throw away in less than a week. Great turn around and super affordable. If something is expensive there expect it to be more expensive anywhere else or suffer in quality of service. The people there will tell it to you straight. The owner has always been really blunt but very nice to me. When they fixed my MacBook they explained all the issues and what they were going to do to fix it. At the time I went it was $50 to hand over the computer so they can figure out what needs fixing. Then when you come back they let you know what the cost of fixing it would be and add the 50 towards the cost of repair if you decide to repair it with them. Which you should. Also bought a pixel 2 from them recently and it's perfect. Highly recommend going here.

so far so good. I dropped off my old laptop Saturday afternoon and it as diagnosed ~mid-day Monday. The news wasn't good (bad motherboad) but that's a moot point. I got a fair deal on a replacement laptop and re-imaging my HD onto the new laptop.

I went into this shop because my computer crashed and I needed a data recovery on a bad hard drive. After 2 weeks I finally get a call that they managed to save 99% of my data and, even though there was a long wait, I was ecstatic. I paid my $300 bill for the data recovery and immediately rush home to set the computer back up. I booted up the computer to see he'd only restored a single folder with nothing but useless junk it in that wasn't worth the 2 weeks much wait much less any money. I called back to get a refund because I was told almost all of my data was recovered when the reality was less than 1% of it was. I spent the next 2 months playing phone tag and either never getting called back or getting "Oh, Ken just left". I got a minor refund but certainly not enough for me to consider the matter settled. Avoid this place as I even had another customer who was leaving the same time I was go out of their way to tell me this place's service sucks.

I had my son's iPhone screen replaced about a week ago, and the home button started to fail. I brought it in to have it looked at, Cameron was very helpful and introduced me to Garrett who is the repair technician. I left the phone to have it looked at and about 15 minutes later Garrett called and confirmed that in fact the home button had failed. He had already replaced it. No hassles, no issues, nothing except excellent customer service. I find it very refreshing to do business with a local small business and not a large company where the customer is nothing more than a number. It's been a couple of years but I had a poor experience. After waiting a week or 2 for my laptop to be fixed, I was told it was ready. When I went to pick it up, the cost of repair was higher than the limit we agreed upon initially. The owner insisted I pay his high fee or wait my turn again for him to "put it back into it's original state". In other words, rather than admit his mistake and charge what we agreed upon, he would rather punish me with a longer wait to "re-break" it. In his mind I was holding him hostage by insisting he honor the repair cost limit. I paid it because I needed the computer.

Dropped off a Dell laptop to have a hinge "looked at". Was called over two days later with a message to call back. Called the store and was told the worker who had called was on break and would call back in 20 minutes. I called again 90 minutes later and was told he "was just about to call". Was told it would cost over $200 to fix the top. I understand parts are expensive but was not willing to pay this much. I told them not to make the repair and went to pick up the computer. I was shown that repairs are automatically charge one hour ($55) even though no repairs were ever made. Website says "free consultation" which I am not sure what this means. I was told very matter of factly that they "do not offer free estimates" and that they have the best "diagnostic charge" in town. I certainly hope this is not the case. If I had been told that I would be charged $55 whether or not the computer was going to be fixed I would not have dropped it off. The computer was given to me in worse condition than I dropped it off due to them unscrewing and breaking off pieces of the hinge. This place is shady and best and crooks at worst. I should have paid attention to other posters...

This was the second time I cracked my iPhone 5s screen but my first time here. The first time I got it fixed at a kiosk at fair oaks mall. I can honestly say they were faster better and cheaper. They were very friendly and super fast! They kept the plastic film on my screen and tested out everything on my phone to make sure it worked and everything was perfect. Reasonable price. I would recommend getting your phone fixed here over those kiosks any day!

So I bought a cheapo monitor from this store 2 years ago and it worked well still have it. Fast forward 2 years later I want to get in to gaming pcs and remember the store so I walk in and talk to Devin he told me that they did not really keep built pcs on shelves because each build is different. But then he showed me a used pc they bought from a customer told me the specs on it. the pc did not have a price so he called his boss and gave me a great price on it.he booted it up for me explained that it was very upgraded-able. I bought the pc and will be back for upgrades great store and very helpful staff.

Straight forward - Right to the point - no sugar coating - BUILT A BEAUTIFUL FORTNITE Gaming computer - total package - You don't want to deal with somebody who's going to dance around - Ken is quick to the point with his answers - he understands what you're asking and it is on us as customers to listen - He made me a GREAT deal and totally nailed exactly what i was looking for - the kids have been speechless since, (except when their headsets are on:) - There are expensive options, there are lower cost options - in computers there is a constant give and take - you do often get what you pay for so recognize that - be transparent with what your needs are and capabilities are and there is no reason to think Ken wouldn't be able to figure something out for you. Computers can take time. Be patient. We all want our thing done RIGHT NOW!! And so does everyone else when they are calling him while he's working on your machine. I was able to spend a good bit of time in and out of the shop yesterday and saw nothing but an owner who was hustling to solve everyone else's problems. I watched a customer get mad at him because they didn't like the answer, but the answer was the truth! He's not going to BS you. If your idea won't work, he will tell you. He doesn't want to sell you stuff only to have you bring it back because he already told you it won't work for what you are doing. If you can't tell i couldn't be happier with my experience and total package computer purchase. I was privy to seeing the customer interaction while working on my issue and the guy is good at what he does and knows his stuff. Just be attentive and listen! Ask your questions if you aren't sure. He proved to me from my experience, the customer experiences i witnessed and the phone calls i heard, that he is willing to be 100% honest in his opinions and recommendations. It always cracked me up when "us customers" who don't know answers to these computer questions would want to bark at the answers!! If we're so tuned in then why are we asking and why are we there?!?!?! These guys have shown me they know their stuff, go ahead and let your guard down a little as a customer and trust them. Yes computer stuff costs money, it does!!! Not a single question i had answered cost me a dime and to be able to have a place you can trust for answers really is priceless. Thank you Ken - so far so good - the PC is flying - I'm bringing another project to you soon!!

I stopped in to the store with two issues. The first being a laptop which had ceased to function properly the second was a question regarding running two monitors. With regard to the monitor it was recommended by the owner that I purchase a video card that would correct my problem a d allow me to run two separate screens. When. I returned home I realized that it was the same configuration as the existing card that came with the computer and I only needed to hook the monitors differently. Problem solved altbough when I tried to return the card in the unopened package I was told that the store did not normally accept returns. I was then told that I can let them test it and potentially return it for 75 percent of what I had paid. With regard to the laptop I had been contacted a few days earlier and told that it would need a new hard drive. The cost would be $200+ and if I wanted my data recovered closer to $300. I said I would pass as the laptop was only $400 new a few years earlier. Just out of curiosity I decided to see what it would cost to buy the hard drive at Best Buy and bought it for $49 dollars. It takes about 5 minutes to replace a hard drive. Litterally two screws. All that being said I am not sure I would question there skill as a computer repair company but it does make me question their integrity.

Great computer repair service. I have used Ken multiple times and he has always been fast and gotten the problems fixed completely the first time. The first time was after a horrible experience with Best Buy. It took Best Buy three weeks to not get the problem fixed. Ken had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Pricing is great. They were nice when I went there, but they scammed my friend with a gaming computer build. I don’t use the word scam lightly, and this was an actual scam. They charged him $400 for a computer that had parts worth less than that. He tried to return it, realizing his mistake, but was told that there was a no-return policy. Do not recommend!

I took my computer into get it updated and removing all the files not needed. My icons was big asked to have them set back on normal size, that seems to be the only tasked completed. Still has all these unnecessary applications I’m not computer savvy don’t know what is needed or not but I feel like I wasted $125. Kid couldn’t even tell me how to remove Skype from laptop. Very unsatisfied. I asked to speak with tech who repair he magically just left didn’t see no one leave being I was outside for a good while. I was completely unable to figure out why my computer was refusing to power up. I brought it in to Advantage Computer Services and Devin was able to diagnose and fix the issue less than 2 hours after I dropped it off - a small USB header was shorting out the motherboard! I submitted a pc with a failed motherboard and a damaged hard drive. Also I brought in my labtop that had many viruses on it. The PC was replaced with custom designed hardware I requested, and a new hard drive with the recovered data. The lap top was cleansed of viruses even though it required a number of days for the complete job. I am totally pleased and glad to be back in business with everything I need. Finally the pricing was very reasonable for me. I will be back when I need help again.

What a big ripoff! I had water spilled on my laptop. I took it to them because when I called them they claimed to be an honest business. After looking at my computer the guy on the front told me it was going to cost around $700 to repair because the mother board was damaged. So I decided not to have it fixed and instead just buy a new one. To our surprise, when we plugged it in it turned on. Probably all the water dried up and apparently motherboard wasn't damaged at all!!

Advantage Computer Services was able to fix my laptop computer in a reasonable amount of time considering they had to order two different parts. Their price was much lower then what Best Buy quoted me and they were able to get it back to me much faster then what Best Buy said it would take. Absolutely awful experience. Repair on my 15 inch MacBook Pro was lackluster and mediocre at best. Originally quoted $350-$500 then came in to pick it up and the cost was $625 AND 3 days later than the original pickup date. Will never come back. Will never recommend. My girlfriend came here once with a Mac issue Geek Squad wouldn't touch per laziness, they were friendly, reasonably priced, and fixed her computer expeditiously. Guitar Pro is the bane of all Midi composition software, and as such, when I put my fist through the screen of my Dell from frustration, I remembered how cool these dudes were, and came to get it all sorted. As before, they were friendly, quick, and priced well. I'll come to them for any issues I have, and have been recommending them to people since I observed my girlfriends experience nearly a year ago.

I wouldn't recommend them for your repair needs. At least not for cell phone. I gave them an iPhone 5 to fix a broken screen. At first he said it will be ready in 20 min. I waited an hour and he told me they found another problem and they will call me tomorrow. I waited 5 days and called in twice with no info about my phone. I went to pick it up today and a gentleman told me that they couldnt fix it. I had to pick up my phone in pieces because he said I had to wait two more days to get it assembled as it was. I understand if my phone is unfixable but keeping your word and calling to let me know what's going on would have been appreciated. Very disappointed. Just go to the kiosks inside malls to get your phone fixed ... you will get a much better experience.

I have a MacBook that was purchased in 2009. Its been flat out, the best laptop I have ever owned. 10 years after purchase date, and the thing still works like it did fresh out of the box.....until last monday. The screen started glitching, freezing then shutting down. After some research, I found that the most common issue was connectors and internals of the monitor. I took my baby to Manassas Computer Repair. By the evening they had a diagnosis. The screen was done. I got a quote, approved the quote Tuesday afternoon and by Thursday I got the call. Ready for pick up. Its friday now and I have been using the heck out of this laptop and let me tell ya, the dang thing works like it did the day it was taken out of the box. Yey. Thank you Manassas Computer Repair. Outstanding service. Fair price and great turn around. Two Thumbs Up.

My Lenovo laptop was not charging so I took it to them. First they said it us a charging port problem then they said that did not fix it and it is a mother board problem. It would cost $360. I decided not to do it. I was going to India and took it there. I was using a universal charger and the tech in India used a original Lenovo charger and it started working. It costed me about $20. I had to pay $65 to these guys for doing nothing and also make me spend more. I also bought another laptop thinking it was a mother board issue. In total it costed a lot of money. THESE GUYS HAVE NO CLUE... SAVE YOUR MONEY. Edit: The owner says it was a mistake I was charged. I emailed the owner but I have not been refunded...

Excellent service with quick turnaround. I took my Macbook Pro in to get repaired and Ken and the rest of the staff were very polite and helpful and gave a fair price. Highly recommend. Post Edit: I had to take the MacBook Pro back after I encountered an issue with a software upgrade that I was trying to do. Ken and the guys were kind enough to fix it within two days and didn't try to charge me any extra money even though they probably could have. Very honest and helpful group of folks.

How am I writing this post? That's right, via my personal computer fixed by Manassas Computer Repair. They were able to fix my gaming computer adding on a new video card and a SSD (I only asked for a 120gb but they upgraded to 240gb no extra charge!) in a short period of time. What separates this company to other computer services I've visited is their wonderful customer service and their honest recommendations, which exceeded my expectations. These people are top notch. I actually didn't have a computer repair done here, but I was looking for a 2.5 external drive case to store my original macbook hard drive in as I was upgrading to a samsung SSD. The two stores I had went to previously didn't have it and one didn't even know what I was talking about when I was asking for a Sata to USB cord or case!!! Not an issue at Advantage Computer Services. They got what I needed right away. They were really helpful. The gentlemen assisting me explained how I may not even need to buy the case because I could reformat my SSD from disk utility in the boot. I wanted the case anyway to store my old HD in it, but I would recommend this place to anyone. I am happy to report my macbook is running yosemite beautifully with its new SSD drive. It's so quiet! If this store didn't exist I might of had to wait until I could find a store back home that could meet my needs.

UPDATE 09.28.17: Got my laptop fixed at UBREAKIFIX for $125. Turns out it wasn't my motherboard at all it was my battery and power button. Didn't lose any data and wasn't charged for a diagnostic even if I decided to get it fixed somewhere else. So either MCR overcharges exponentially or they don't know what they're doing or both. Also would be more than happy to show proof of transaction but can't include pics. I'll be sure to post on Yelp. So I brought my computer in and explained that I had already taken it to different repair shop and had it checked and was told that the motherboard was fried and that it was going to cost $450 to fix which was a little out of my budget. The guy took my laptop out of the bag and plugged it in with my cord and a different cord and pushed buttons and agreed that it was most likely the motherboard. I asked him how much and he said $300-$350 and also every repair comes with the diagnostic included as long as you decide to fix it with them. I said great and that I was going to come back when m freey next paycheck in. I took my laptop with me because I was under the impression that you had to pay upfront (purely because I didn't think to ask) and I come back less than a week later and just drop off my laptop no questions asked. What was to ask? I had already been quoted and agreed with the quote. I filled out the form and left with the reminder that they would call in a couple of days. Which they did. The man on the phone told me that it was going to cost $450 to fix and I explained that that wasn't the price I was quoted to which he said, "yeah, that was just incorrect." But I was at school and had to go-to class and didn't have time to argue. So I said fine I'll just pick up my laptop this weekend. Come by Friday and ask for my laptop and am asked to pay the diagnostic fee of $55. Um, why would I pay a fee that I had no intention of paying in the first place because I was going to get my laptop fixed here because you quoted me a much cheaper price. Especially when I already knew what was wrong with my laptop, they didn't give me any new information. So I explained this and the man told me that if I wanted my laptop I would have to pay the $55. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that he wasn't in and wouldn't be for another hour and that he would tell the manager to call. I said okay and left. I got no call from them and by the time I remembered they were closed. So I called this morning and explained the situation once again. He told me that it was an estimate that I was given and it was incorrect and that I would still have to pay the diagnostic fee if I wanted to get my laptop today and when I asked for a manager he said he'll be back on Monday. Now there are things that I could have done to avoid some of this headache. Gotten people's names, asked for "estimates" in writing, etc. But on the other hand there were things that they could do to help. I felt as if they had no compassion for my situation nor any acknowledgement of their mistakes. I am a college student. I am a graphic design major. I need my computer and classes have started. I thought my laptop would be the least of my worries but now it has become my most stressful. Let my headache be your warning. Take down names, get things in writing, record conversations. Or just choose another company.

I looked through some of these negative reviews and perception is really different with each individual. When you take a product in to be diagnosed most businesses charge for that service. A few even roll that fee back to you if you have that company do the repair/replace. Ken's Advantage Computers now known as Manassas Repairs does that for you. Some of listed negative reviews( For Advantage Computers) are due to the customer assuming Ken can look at the problem and figure out the issue at no cost. Well, electronics do not work like that. You have to open the product up and take time to figure out the problem or problems. Next up the way Ken speaks. I have been in the shop when customers begin to argue about how Ken speaks. In my experience and by looking at the reviews, this happens when the price changes to fix or repair which is not Ken's fault. More things could have been found out that needed to be fixed or repaired. Prices quoted are subject to change until the finished. Initial quote is an educated guess like in any repair business. When receiving an up price for work to be done, no one is happy but I can assure you Ken looks at all options before discussing with the customer and will recommend the best and least expensive solution to the problem. I have had Ken do builds on my PC for over 10 years and he is always trying to cut costs but maintain quality for me. His work is the only thing that you should care about, not how he looks at you or his speech mannerisms. I have used other computer repair shops before Ken and they were a nightmare. Real up charge for no reason, misdiagnoses, and real mistreatment. And I was shocked to see some negative reviews just bad-mouth ken and had no facts to them. At least if you want to leave a bad review don't talk in generalities. The man has a right to defend himself and his business. Ken's shop is the only place to go if you want knowledge, fairness and expertise.

I have stopped by here twice: The first time was for a CPU upgrade and motherboard to support it. Second time was for a power unit related issue with my mouse and keyboard. Both times I have been given a good explanation on the issue and a quick, cost-effective solution for the problems. I plan on coming back here for any other things that might come with my computer. I have to say, when it comes to computers and building them, it gets really pricey. And it seems that Ken (the owner) knows that. So everytime I build one (built 5 already) he has givin me the best deals anyone could find. Also left a computer for him to look at and he calls and updates you every day....if it even takes him that long. He's got my vote 100% for customer service and I always recommend him to anyone!!

Ken fixed my computer previously and saved all the data. It was done very quickly which was convenient because it crashed during the school semester. TLDR: I would have saved money if I had apple repair my computer. It would have been replaced properly if I had apple repair my computer (the part wouldn't have rattled around in my computer). The part would have been properly warrantied if I had apple repair my computer. In the future, I'll just go to Apple. I had them replace a part on my computer 8 months ago. The part was replaced poorly. Ever since I got it back I can hear it rattling in the laptop. The part eventually went bad (Not their fault). I called them to see if anything could be done (as the part has a 1 year warranty). Every time I speak on the phone to them, I feel like they are peeved, and they are trying to rush me off (I think the only person I've spoken to is Ken). I offered to read the part serial number over the phone, but he insisted I come in. I go in, he's not there (which is fine), and so they take some information from my computer for me to give to the person I spoke too. What information do they take? The part serial number I had offered to them over the phone. I didn't get a call back for more than 3 days, so finally I called back. It ends up being that they can't help me without removing my battery and leaving me without a computer for 7 to 14 days. That's reasonable, but what's annoying is that all could have been handled over the phone. If I had been listened to instead of rushed off, this could have been handled faster and easier over the phone.

I have to say I'm disappointed. I went here to get my computer's wifi fixed, as it had trouble recovering the signal once interrupted. I went to this shop because it had been recommended to me by a family member who had his computer fixed there and had been happy. When I first brought my computer here I explained the wifi recovery problem to one of the employees (I think it was Ken) and he said they would check it out and have it fixed in a few days. He seemed a little curt with me but I didn't think much of it at the time. I got a call back a few days later that my computer was fixed and ready for pickup and I gladly went there to get it. They said it was conflicting programs that caused the problem and that they'd turned one of them off and that they'd ran the computer all day long to make sure that it was fixed. I tried it out after I got back from work and within an hour my wifi was out again. I called them back and left a voicemail with Victoria saying that the wifi problem was still happening. I brought it back to the store the next day and got to speak to Devin, who personally worked on my computer. I re-explained my problem to him and he had not been told that the wifi issue was a wifi recovery issue. Devin listened closely to my explanation of the problem and carefully answered all of my questions and worked on my computer for about an hour while I went shopping around the area. When I got back he explained what he did and that he also tried to recreate a signal loss to test how it recovered. He had reinstalled the drivers and ran his own set of drivers/program as well. He said to call if the problem persists but that he thought it was fixed. I got it back home and it lost the wifi again in two hours so I called the store again. Ken picked up the phone and I asked to speak to Devin but he said he'd gone out. I told Ken that my computer still had the wifi recovery problem and he was very short with me and said I'd have to come back in and buy a dongle from him and have them turn off my adapter. I had already paid $85 for this service and I am not paying more to this shop. Overall I feel that the technician Devin who worked on my computer was very professional, courteous and thorough. But the owner Ken was rude and didn't properly convey my problem to Devin. I won't be coming back.
