One of the fans in my Acer Predator Helios 300 died and they fixed it super fast and at an affordable price. I did have to take it back the next day because the ribbon cord from the keyboard to the motherboard had come loose while they were doing repairs. They fixed that as well at no extra charge, just a bit annoying they didnt catch that mistake before telling me it was ready. Overall a good experience.

I've also watched them do things for free for folks - like the guy whose phone wouldn't charge because the port was stuffed with pocket lint. They cleaned it out in a couple of minutes and didn't charge him at all. That's the kind of place this is!

Well the couldn't fix the charge port without messing up the screen. And when they ended up replacing my phone free of charge, the worker wiped my SD card literally seconds after I told him it's my personal SD card that still had pictures on it. So it was great they replaced my phone, but the workers need to pay attention to what they're doing before they just wipe people's phones.

The prices are affordable and they have Banjo so what more could you ask for. The owner is pretty cool too, but they have Banjo so he takes a back seat.
