If I could give a negative -1 Star I would. Service is awful! Hours are not what is posted, won't return phone calls. Took the lap top in for a cracked screen promised a fix in a week, after 10 days, called and called and called. Made several trips to the shop because they never answer the phone. Had the computer for over a month, every week it was something new, never did fix it ... Stay away, do not use this company.
