Met Craig and Louis at the KMG shop the other day for the strangest of reasons.... I needed a Laptop , it needed to be inexpensive, fairly powerful, and ready to go. Craig helped me find what I needed and the used Dell Latitude laptop Craig sold me fit the bill, all I needed, and even followed through on a faulty battery discovered later in the evening. All in all, honest, helpful, handy, good team to work with .

I thoroughly enjoyed this little place. I had ordered a 6 pin pci to sata cord for my new hard drive on amazon and they sent me the male end instead of female. I needed it in a pinch for work and this piece is harder to find than one would think. Not only did they have it but they also has an audio splitter i needed (another rare in-store item) and the price was VERY agreeable for a small local business. They could honestly do with upping their prices to make a higher profit but still stay below shipping cost. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recommend to the whole Inwood, Martinsburg area.

Craig and Alex at KMG computers are amazing!!!! I took my phone in today after dropping it in a pool of water... Thinking I had lost it forever and it was a lost cause. The logic board, charger port, and battery were fried. I have years of memories and pictures of my kids that I would loose forever. Craig was more than willing to find any way he could to get my phone to charge enough to at least do whatever he could to save my precious memories.....I return, the same day, a couple of hours later and to my surpise, Alex had fixed my entire phone, good as new, I never lost a thing! And it only cost $85.... More than well worth it to save my memories and have practically a brand new phone. This isn't the first time myself and some of my friends have used their services. We always get our phone back the same day, in a couple of hours usually, good as new and for a very decent price to pay! Love these guys!!!! Amazing!!!!!!
