Wanted a phone repaired. Wanted to charge me over $310+ tax to repair small crack in my screen. That's more than the phone costs brand new. Not to mention the parts are only $20 or so. So a $300 repair fee. Thanks but no thanks. I recommend if you got google or YouTube. Save your money. It's not difficult.

I stopped here while another shop in Bridgeport ruined my Touch ID and Home button on my iPhone 6, as I had taken it to replace my shattered screen. The customer service, product knowledge and attention to detail, are by far much better here than the alternative. I showed Dereck my phone, he opened it up and fixed the Touch ID and home button without a problem. Frizzi has earned my business, thank you Dereck and staff!

In fact I just dropped off my Pioneer SX3900 Receiver to have it checked also. If you have new or vintage equipment that needs repaired, this is the place to go! Very satisfied!

I was a tech and even techs need help now and then. I have used internet tech services and have used other electronics repair service companies in the past with mixed results (and a lot of frustration). Then I found Frizzi Customs... Frizzi Customs not only exceeded my expectations on my computer but won me over for all my electronic repair needs. I drove 45 minutes just to go there because I was so impressed with what they did for my fiancés phone months prior (which was recommended as far away as Greensburg, Pa 100 miles away). The owner and Frizzi's techs went the extra mile to make sure that the job was done right the first time and even did extras just to help me prep for my next stage of upgrades. They speak to people with respect... take the time to explain in detail what the process would be, the equipment recommended and spoke at a very educated level (PRO's in their field). I saw them adjust to those that came into their shop with no tech background and did the same for those customers as well. The prices were very reasonable (excellent) and actually I'm certain they could have charged much more for the amount of work that they did to make sure it was right. They even told me if there were any problems to bring it back and they would make sure it was just as I wanted it if need be. I won't go anywhere else. Take the drive and you will be sold too. Thanks to Frizzi Customs, my 3 year old HP laptop is like new again. I had keys that stopped working and even fell off. A new keyboard was installed and is feels more solid now than when it was new. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any business in my life. Told them if they couldn't fix my TV I wanted it back. They couldn't fix it. So they never gave it back. I called them said I wanted it back. They said it was in pieces it would be awhile. Then 2 weeks later I talk to them and they had already recycled it. Well part of it. Then they wouldn't replace it or give me my money back. Biggest scam in the valley. You pay them 40 bucks. They get new parts

Gotta give Woody and rest of staff a big shout out per service this past week. After a day of frustrating online service calls with internet provider and other help resources I phoned FCCnE. When I originally called and explained my issue, there was no guarantee of repair time, but they would do their best to accommodate. Within a few hours after drop off, I received a text explaining laptop was repaired and ready for pick up. Service was/is second to none and price was well worth repair. Glad we have a local business that provides great service, the know how at a good price.
