Great experience with Carvis who is the store manager. I took my macbook air in that had water damage. They had a refurbished macbook air that was a great price. Carvis swapped my hard drive out. Nothing was lost and was out in under an hour. My new macbook air comes with a year warranty as well. I will come back to this place for all my future repair and service issues.

My teenage daughter dropped and shattered her iPhone. Needless to say, I wasn't too happy. The glass was shattered and half of the display underneath was black. I though it was un-repairable. The folks at Experimac quickly and professionally replaced the damaged parts and now the phone actually looks better than before. The cost was more than fair. I highly recommend them, we will be using them for all our Apple needs.

Excellent service! I traded in an older MacBook (2010) that would shut down randomly (known in that model). Since I kept it up to date and put a new solid state hard drive in, they gladly transferred it to a "new" MacBook that was compatible and in my price range. Once I got it home I noticed Wifi range issues, brought it back and was promptly given another computer. This was due to the screen being replaced and the wifi antennas must be detached, since they're fragile it's common with screen replacements. BUT They have a one year warranty on all their products, so it wasn't an issue on my end. Super knowledge staff and very friendly. Would highly recommend over the mac store if your warranty is up!

Carvis was the technician working when I took my iPhone6plus to get repaired. The glass and lcd were both shattered and broken. He was excellent. He fixed my phone back to brand new status and switched it for me so I didn’t have to make an extra stop at AT&T. Carvis was friendly, efficient, understanding, and professional. I came in with a broken laptop from water damage. I knew I was going to spend some money just didn't think I would get the deal I got. I now have a computer that is better than new (they upgraded the motherboard with a higher processor). I couldn't be more thrilled in the outcome. My computer is running better then ever!

I recently brought my 24 in 2009 iMac to get a replacement on the graphics card. When I left the computer with Experimac, the computer was in the following state: At first the computer wouldn't boot past the white screen, but then I was able to boot it from Safe Mode and the computer was on only with vertical lines showing on the screen. Experimac had the computer for a few days before Foster called me and told me that he replaced the graphics card but it only makes the dong noise and the screen stays black. I came into the store to pick it up and asked if he can show me it boot up. He plugged it in and it wont even turn on, no dong noise either. He suggested he can give me $150 store credit towards an iMac he just got in that is for sale - same make and model as my iMac. Everyone that has basic knowledge of computers knows that if a computer turns on and works and then after bringing it to a computer shop just all of a sudden doesn't even turn on, would think twice before ever trusting this place with their electronics ever again. I can't help but think the company swapped my computer's good parts with non-working parts. The company didn't provide any reason why the computer wouldn't turn on, didn't do any diagnostic, nothing that would otherwise be in their benefit and would help them upsell and keep a customer. It is unfortunate that I cannot prove anything, but the least I can do is warn other potential customers not to put their electronics in the trust of these guys' hands.

So I came through like a day ago with a super cracked iPhone with a screen that didn’t work whatsoever and was greeted by the super friendly staff who said that he would try to do all the work he could to fix my phone. I came back 45 minutes later to a phone that looked and worked like it was brand new. It cost me less than half the money that it would’ve cost me at apple and only took a fraction of The time. If you’re looking for a cheap and fast way to fix your phone or any device expiermac is definitely the way to go I would strongly suggest it over any other tech store in the area and I know when it comes time to fix another phone the first place I show up will be here

Quality experience! I was greeted at the door by Carvis the general manager. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. They replaced an iPhone 6 led screen and the cost was reasonable and the work appeared flawless. Will return if I break another screen!

He went out of his way to make sure I went home with exactly what I needed. He was honest about the state of the computer and made sure to show me data I didn't even know was easily accessible (battery cycles in this case). Whenever I need anything Apple-related in the future, I'll be coming here.

Extremely professional and reliable. I contacted them with an issue with my iPhone 6. They didn't have the part initially; however, their shipment arrived just as they predicted and, when I made it to the store, they resolved my issue in less than 30 minutes! Saves the day... and the night. Carvis is the man! Came in for SSD transfer assistance on an older MBP and he found the RAM PCB was bad, and since I needed a MB ASAP, I ended up purchasing a newer model at a great price! They offer 90 day same as cash financing, taking 1 minute to get approval. If they can fix it, order it, or replace it, they'll do their best. But they've also got the highest quality refurbs on the market! Will be back for future needs!

Had to replace a Mac mini 2009 which had a bad sector and will need a new hard drive. They got us a 2014 Mac Mini which is light years ahead of the old one. Great prices, great service and knowledgeable when so many stores are not. Outstanding with All Things Apple. The ONLY store in the Burgh with pre-owned Apple when you can’t afford new. Call these guys first every time!!

Subpar. The staff are friendly, okay. Screen was replaced Saturday by Sunday it was protruding out of place. Brought it back Tuesday they set it back in at no charge, with a new scratch from the top to bottom of screen. They said it was already there, I made sure to inspect the phone in the car prior to coming in. The materials used are subpar and worth the extra fifty dollars to go to the Apple Store.

Quick and easy purchase. Carvis helped me out and was very straightforward. Needed to replace a PC that some water decided had lived a long enough life. No upselling, no pressure, just straightforward. I was looking for something budget friendly and he was very respectful of this. They had about 6 MacBooks on display, 4 or so iMacs, and a Mac Pro. Small seating area with a TV to relax while you get work done. My son was playing on his tablet and both of the guys working were totally fine with him doing his own thing. I’d give this place a 6 star rating if I could. I’ll definitely make this my first stop when I want to upgrade or replace any of my Apple products.

I came in the other day with a broken iPhone, the guy was honest and told me that it would save me more money by taking it to the Apple Store and it did almost $150 difference. I really appreciated his honesty and he didn't try to sell me or over charge me for something, honesty and great customer service is rare to come by these days.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the guy at the front desk was extremely nice. About 2 months ago I shattered my phone and took it here to get replaced. About 2 weeks after getting it fixed the edges of the screen started to separate from the phone. Then about another week later I began to get white lines all down my screen and there were dead spots on the screen where I could not click anything. I took it back since I had a 90 day warranty. The guy who was going to fix my phone said that it was my fault the screen was acting like this and it was obviously because I had dropped the phone. I have not taken my phone out of the new life proof case since I had gotten the screen replaced and I am positive I never dropped it. He was extremely rude and said he would fix it this one time but never again. Now the lighting on the new screen is really bad. The top left corner is all dark and the brightness changes throughout the screen. Very disappointed with my experience, I will not be returning and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Apple would not even work on my computer because they did not manufacture the model anymore (17inch MacBook Pro). Luckily Experimac gave me a great deal on the part I needed and now it works like new. They are far more affordable than apple and I will definitely be going there the next time I need anything fixed.

I will never take a computer or phone anywhere else. The staff (namely Carvis) explained everything to me in a way I understood, and didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need. And even offered to come to my business if I ever have a problem transferring the old files. Needless to say I upgraded both of my business computers with a year warranty (which is awesome) to more current iMacs. Great experience. Great customer service, thanks again guys!
