I had to have the screen on my Samsung phone replace. It was replaced with a Samsung part. The price quoted is the price I paid. The work was done in the timeframe they provided me and James was very helpful answering questions regarding the memory cards in our families cell phones. If I have another phone or computer issues I will definitely be going back.

My new seven iPhone developed a smudge on the camera lens. The At t store said I would have to send away my phone and I told them it really wasn't an option because I was leaving to go on vacation and I needed my phone. So they sent me across the mall to the Fanelli boys .. I thought they were telling me to go get pizza LOL. But I walked in and talked to James Kessler who is the store manager and he told me yes it was a problem with the camera and I asked what the cost of that would be and he said it would be around $140 which also included waterproofing it for 3 feet for three minutes. That's more waterproofing than my regular iPhone had on it with this really cool technique of nano ionization. I thought it would be sent away he said no he could do it in an hour. I was absolutely floored I left for a little bit came back and the cost was not as expensive as what we thought for did not need another part he thought I might need...ended up only owing $110. If I went through Apple without a warranty it would've been several hundred and it was only within an hour here! I love this Service and I am trying to tell everybody I know about how wonderful they are and the customer service was beyond fantastic. They have a customer now for life for they really did care about me and my my phone!

I had previously come into the store to get a new camera put into my phone , it was extremely cost-effective and very fast then when I went on vacation, the camera that was put into the phone was bad and needed a new motor it was slower so my pictures were blurry which was a bummer. However when I came back Steven M. did an excellent job of replacing that camera at a very fast pace he was not the original technician for that gentleman had been let go. My camera on my phone is now working perfectly thank you very much !!!

I recently was referred to this company when I had problems with my cell phone not charging-- I never realized how addicted I was to my cell and the thoughts of not having the availablility to connect with the outside world was frightening- but I dropped my phone off and in under an hour it was fixed for less than 100$ and a whole lot less than a new phone it was awesome haven't had any further problems but I can't say enough good things

My Experience with CPR, in short, was the worse experience with a company I've had in my life. The whole situation began with needing a replacement battery for my Google Pixel 2. I paid for one in full on 01/19/19 it arrived a half a week later. It had turned out the wrong battery had been ordered and a new one would be in soon. Now to this point really my experience with CPR hadn't been that bad: accidents do happen. A great time later now 02/12/2019 the correct battery finally arrived. In the process of them installing the new battery, they BROKE my phone. The details of which were never explained to me, but the screen would not display any images. I was told that a new screen would arrive Thursday. This could not have come at a worse time for me. I have been dealing with several major life issues and I also do a lot of my work from my phone all of which I was unable to do. So I called the store Wednesday to see what the managers would say and see if I would be compensated for my massive time and life inconvenience working with them had caused. I spoke with STEPHEN MCNEIL who acted nothing like a manager of any business anywhere. He spent the entire phone call with me correcting my grammar and implying that replacing the screen that was broken was doing me a favor and that he felt that he shouldn't do anything else and even offered to just leave me with no battery and refund it and also leave me with a broken screen. This is coming from the so-called manager. That behavior at the business I work for would have you fired by the end of the working day but it seems to be the norm there. Left with little choice and apparently having to be grateful that they even offered to fix it, to begin with, I returned and spoke with a second manager BENJAMIN HALL who at the very least spoke to me respectfully and at least offered some empathy for the situation I was put in. I had the screen replaced and the new battery left in because my work and personal life needed to take precedence, but this has been by far the worse business dealing with a company I've ever been a part of. They took way to long for the original work, they damaged my phone, offered nothing in terms of compensation ( I was looking for the battery to be refunded either completely or at cost) and disrespected me in such a way I didn't think business today tolerated. I will never return and will go out of my way to tell everyone in my business dealings about the perfect example of how to poorly manage a business like CPR.

Got my screen repaired here and then not even 3 months later it cracks from a tiny fall inside my house. Tiny as in dropped maybe 4 inches from floor. Sorry, but a fall from the short of distance shouldn’t result in an tired spiderweb break of a phone. Something tells me the screens they repair with are really crappy quality! Also, cherry on the cake is being laughed at on the phone by and employee. I’m glad he found it so funny to laugh at my expense.

IPhone 6 Plus had issues with the touch screen but otherwise worked fine. Dropped it off 10:30 a.m on may-30-17 and they said it would be done that afternoon. Called at 4:30 and they said they would need to send it out to have it fixed, and would take 7 days, so I said no thanks and told them I'd pick it up in an hour. When I got to the store there was a different guy there who had a beard, and he handed me the phone and the screen was completely black and grey, the phone was completely unusable, and I told him it wasn't like that when I dropped it off, he got an attitude and slapped the desk as he got up out of his chair, making it seem like it was a huge deal that I was upset about my phone being destroyed, so me and him got in a huge argument, both of us cussing at each other, he called me a M-F'er, and kept calling me "kid" (I'm a 28 year old man), and I told him flat out, that I'm not taking the phone in this condition, so he called the other guy that was there that morning, and that guy was a lot more calm, and professional, but still told me the same thing, that my phones touch problem is "fixed" but I have to have it sent out to have it micro-soldered, or I could donate it to them for parts! Or my third option was to take it as-is, even though it was unusable, and if i do take it as-is, they said that I owed them $30 for looking at it!!!! So basically leaving me no other option than to have it sent out, and now that it's been 7 days, I called them and they said that they told me it would be 10-14 days... Now, with all that being said, I want everyone to know how much trouble I've had with this place, and this is the first time I've ever used them, and unfortunately it will also be the last. I'm not saying that I was the most polite, or professional person either, because I was rude also, but only because they wanted me to pay them for making my phone worst.. Buyer Beware.

Before I had my phone taken in here the screen was green and not functioning at all. I had the screen battery and home button replaced on my iPhone. My home button only works half the time, screen lags and the whole phone gets warm after twenty minutes from I’m guessing the battery. I messaged Apple and they had said it is not a shop supported by them. Great service but horrible parts.
