The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The lady at the counter was extremely rude. When I went to pick my phone up the screen wasn't secured to the phone properly and now the S pen no longer work. I will never use your services again.

Had a screen replaced on a I phone 6 and 2 weeks later it started cracking again, when I took it in I found out parts and labor for 6 months doesn't include cracked screens... So how do you prove they are negligent?? Very shady, $249. For a screen, unbelievable.

While i’m sure it was a difficult fix as my phone was completely fried, upon return of my phone my batter seems to charge slower, my front camera no longer works, and my touch id also does not work. I’m very unhappy about it with the price paid to fix my phone only to get it back with more problems.

I paid 280 dollars for a new one. Then I woke up the very next morning and it was shattered! I didn't even touch it. Their parts are defected! I was devastated! I am not rich by any means. I saved up for months to get a new screen. And they refused to even look at my phone. Please don't go here. They will take advantage of you, and they have zero remorse for their actions. They are not an honorable business.

They fixed my iPod touch about 4 or 5 years ago and it still works great. The volume buttons no longer work but that's the fault of my ex sister in law who never took care of it (hense why it needed fixing) the replaced screen still works incredibly and no cracks or scratches.

Went in and had an iphone X repaired. The employees done a wonderful job all of them were very kind a courteous. I was very happy with the service and I love the lifetime warranty on my screen so I can leave the store with confidence know that whatever happens on their end I will be covered... not many places offer a warranty like that!

Avoid this place at all costs. My son took his phone in to get the mic replaced because he couldn't hear audio on certain apps (snapchat, youtube, etc). The phone worked. Could make and receive calls, texts, etc. They replaced the mic in the phone but the phone now does not work. It would constantly search for the network but never connect. They claimed the internal antenna must be damaged and wanted to charge another $35 to fix it. Later that day the phone wouldn't even turn on. He took the phone back to them and they took the phone apart and tried to fix their screw up. They now claim the motherboard is damage and non repairable. They refunded him half of the cost they charged to fix the mic. So he paid $35 for them to destroy his phone and turn it into a $700 paper weight. Pitiful when you take in an operating phone to fix a small problem and receive back a brick. BEWARE if you decide to use this place. I'm sure there's better options.

I've went to this place a million times to get my phones fixed over the years, and never has it been this terrible. For one, the customer service is horrible, they're rude. For two, the past couple times I've came in THEY broke my phone and I had to re-pay to have them fix it, even though it was their mistake. It's ridiculous! I will never refer another friend, or go back there myself. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!

It would've been a 5 star review if the wait time in line hasn't been so excessive. The service was overall great. Very kind employees, clean establishment, quick repair time.. My daughter shattered her iPhone 8 plus on a rollercoaster ride, and in less than 2 hours they had it completely repaired and looking brand new again. I will say the price for that is just a little steep at $140 before tax, but it all comes down to weighing the value of your phone and figuring out if your better off having it repaired or replacing it all together. In my case it was worth it to pay the fee to have it repaired. Plus the look on my daughter's face when I handed her her phone was priceless. Definitely recommend.

This place is a joke. I have gotten two screens repaired here on my IPhone and both times they have messed my phone up. I thought it was a mistake the first time, but after them messing my phone up for a second time, I will never go back. I even took it back after I realized my coloring was messed up and they just said it must be my phone, even though it wasn’t like this before I brought it to them. Go anywhere else besides here!

I contacted local CPR about an urgent repair request for my iPhone 4S. I dropped and broke glass screen. They found parts for the repair and had me back up and running in an hour and a half. I am disabled and need phone to stay in contact with family and doctors. Great service and very friendly and helpful staff. Took a business card so i can recommend to family and friends.

Problems with my contact list...it disappeared completely. AT&T only made everything worse trying to retrieve contacts list by turning it into a Read Only file. Couldn't edit anything or even delete the file & start over. Took phone out to this CPR place & the young woman at the counter obviously didn't want to be interrupted from the party in the back room. Wouldn't let either myself or my wife get more than 2 sentences into explanation of problem before she said "Oh, we don't work on things like that." & turned to walk away. When my wife said "Wait minute you didn't even hear what we'd like done if possible.", woman shrugged again & "like I already said we don't work on any software problems." So we asked who they might recommend she just put her hands up & said nope can't help you but it's not us! They definitely have totally worthless staff...don't want to know what kind of repair services are like!!!

they use very cheap material. i was there to pick up my phone and not even an hour later, my phone cracks again IN A LIFE PROOF CASE. they are over price for cheap material. i do not recomend going there for broken screens. they charged me $130 for my screen to get fixed, and they fixed it with terrible material. should've just did it myself.

TL;DR Made my phone worse, only refunded part of my money. I took my Moto Z in for a battery replacement. Before I took the phone in my old battery would hold an 85% charge (and had done so for over a month). They had to order a battery, so I waited to take it in. When I got it back, it refused to charge and once the little charge the new battery had was gone, I could only use it when plugged up. I took it back and they blamed a defective replacement battery and said they could order another one and try it. It didn't fix the problem, so they tried a few other things, but nothing fixed the NEW problem. So, when I asked the manager if he could do anything for me, he made up some excuse about how my phone just naturally got worse. For over a month, I had a consistent issue and the hour and a half it was at CPR, the problem just became a lot worse on its own, must be a huge coincidence! After asking if he could at least refund the battery cost, he agreed, after adding on a restocking fee of course. Now that I have my phone back and a replacement phone on order, I'm noticing that my screen is having issues too and that was NEVER an issue before I took it to CPR. Bottom line: If you have an iPhone or Samsung Galaxy, they might be able to help. But, if you have any other number of lesser known Androids, they might mess something up.

After that they'll try to get other people to break your phone so you'll go there and pay 245$ for them to fix your phone. They also shot my damn duck. I saw it with my own eyes. This is all true by the way.

This place is a rip off. Took my phone in the first of October to have the screen replaced. They made me pay up front, which is kinda odd. So, he tells me about the warranty and says it will be about an hour. So, I come back and he tells me they can't do the warranty because there was water damage. The thing has never been near water. So, I left. Three weeks later there is a bunch of lines on the screen. I take it up there, and he said the screen was cracked. No it wasn't. So, I filed a complaint with the FTC. Also, the attorney general. I'd advise everyone to do the same.

I left it with them paying the steep 55 dollar labor fee, and returned an hour later to a still broken phone. They told me they took my phone apart and the part was wrong even though I got the exact thing they told me to get upon my first visit there.They then told me that they were not going to refund me the money. Even though they did absolutely nothing. I doubt they even took my phone apart considering there was still dirt in the cracks where they should have taken it apart at, and I very rarely take my phone out of it's case. 55 dollars for an hours worth of them doing nothing, but be rude to their customers is highway robbery. I don't recommend that store at all. There is another cell phone repair store in the Charleston Mall with much nicer workers that are very helpful and upfront with you.

I am truly very pleased and so glad I took my new Google Pixel 2 cell phone in. I inadvertently lost a lose SIM card in the phone's SIM slot with no way to get it out. I was informed they would need to remove the screen, and that was scary. A couple of hours later, they called and said my cell phone was ready. It was very much still intact and could not tell the screen had ever been removed. Showed coworkers and they were amazed. They said it look great and couldn't tell it had been worked. THUMBS UP !!!!!! Oh, and it was quite inexpensive!!!!

This place is horrible. I only gave them one star because Google wouldn't let me review without giving them at least one. I paid $75.00 to have a battery switched in my Moto Z. I received a call from the repairman advising that there was a possibility they could break the screen and that if the did so, it wouldn't be covered. The repairman said he had worked on those phones before without any issues. Of course, he broke the screen when he changed the battery. At first they wanted to charge me over $170 for a new screen. When I told him that I didn't think they should profit from the mistake, they offered to sell me the screen for $148.00, which according to him was their cost. I went out of service during this call and didn't get back in service until after they were closed. I ordered a screen from Amazon for $130.00. I took the screen in and the manager told me they had ordered a screen. I told him that I did not tell them to. He took my screen and put it on the phone. I picked the phone up and everything seemed fine. I plugged the phone into the charger and it came on. However, later that day I realized the on/off and volume buttons no longer worked on the phone. When I contacted the store about the issue, they said that the issue was caused by a defective screen and that it wasn't their screen so they wouldn't warranty it. He did not tell me that if there were any issues they wouldn't be covered when I gave him the screen. Now I have over $200 in the phone and it still doesn't work and they won't fix it. BEWARE this place is a SCAM!!!!

Broke my phone twice, manager lied directly to me! Avoid at all costs! Brought my Pixel 1 in to have the battery replaced and they broke my screen and when I picked up my broken phone they tried to get me to sign a paper releasing them from liability. After 3 days of trying to get in contact with them, a manager called me saying I had to pay for the broken screen saying that he had a liability release paper I signed right in front of him (lie). After he realized I didn't sign one he offered to replace my screen for free. When I picked it up the second time, I could not hear or speak through my phone except through Bluetooth. I will not take it back to have this fixed or any other issue in the future.

Totally disappointed, I brought my iphone because won't turn on and keep restarting I explained that the battery is good and the problem will be in software or hardware ,but he just very surw replace the battery only I paid 90 something but after I leaved same problem happend and came back later on wish he can fixed but he said he cant do anything and repund only fot battery and still charge me for 45 for labor as he said, wasting time and 45 dollar for nothing!!

I doubt they even took my phone apart considering there was still dirt in the cracks where they should have taken it apart at, and I very rarely take my phone out of it's case. 55 dollars for an hours worth of them doing nothing, but be rude to their customers is highway robbery. I don't recommend that store at all. There is another cell phone repair store in the Charleston Mall with much nicer workers that are very helpful and upfront with you.

I am truly very pleased and so glad I took my new Google Pixel 2 cell phone in. I inadvertently lost a lose SIM card in the phone's SIM slot with no way to get it out. I was informed they would need to remove the screen, and that was scary. A couple of hours later, they called and said my cell phone was ready. It was very much still intact and could not tell the screen had ever been removed. Showed coworkers and they were amazed. They said it look great and couldn't tell it had been worked. THUMBS UP !!!!!! Oh, and it was quite inexpensive!!!!

This place is horrible. I only gave them one star because Google wouldn't let me review without giving them at least one. I paid $75.00 to have a battery switched in my Moto Z. I received a call from the repairman advising that there was a possibility they could break the screen and that if the did so, it wouldn't be covered. The repairman said he had worked on those phones before without any issues. Of course, he broke the screen when he changed the battery. At first they wanted to charge me over $170 for a new screen. When I told him that I didn't think they should profit from the mistake, they offered to sell me the screen for $148.00, which according to him was their cost. I went out of service during this call and didn't get back in service until after they were closed. I ordered a screen from Amazon for $130.00. I took the screen in and the manager told me they had ordered a screen. I told him that I did not tell them to. He took my screen and put it on the phone. I picked the phone up and everything seemed fine. I plugged the phone into the charger and it came on. However, later that day I realized the on/off and volume buttons no longer worked on the phone. When I contacted the store about the issue, they said that the issue was caused by a defective screen and that it wasn't their screen so they wouldn't warranty it. He did not tell me that if there were any issues they wouldn't be covered when I gave him the screen. Now I have over $200 in the phone and it still doesn't work and they won't fix it. BEWARE this place is a SCAM!!!!

Broke my phone twice, manager lied directly to me! Avoid at all costs! Brought my Pixel 1 in to have the battery replaced and they broke my screen and when I picked up my broken phone they tried to get me to sign a paper releasing them from liability. After 3 days of trying to get in contact with them, a manager called me saying I had to pay for the broken screen saying that he had a liability release paper I signed right in front of him (lie). After he realized I didn't sign one he offered to replace my screen for free. When I picked it up the second time, I could not hear or speak through my phone except through Bluetooth. I will not take it back to have this fixed or any other issue in the future.

This place has no inventory, offers no discounts ever. Last time I visited this location i bought a car mount, when I got to the car I found 2 of the same mount for the price I paid for the 1. I walked back in to return it and “they don’t take returns”. I will never shop here again.

Totally disappointed, I brought my iphone because won't turn on and keep restarting I explained that the battery is good and the problem will be in software or hardware ,but he just very surw replace the battery only I paid 90 something but after I leaved same problem happend and came back later on wish he can fixed but he said he cant do anything and repund only fot battery and still charge me for 45 for labor as he said, wasting time and 45 dollar for nothing!!
