In terms of service: good In terms of quickness: bad I will say that they did fix my device with a decent amount of precision, but seeing that they took nearly 3-3 1/2 weeks to fix it because they pretty much said they forgot about me giving them my device, I'm only giving them 3/5

I sent my phone in to get a scren repair it was looking like it was bleeding inc screen was cracked they fixed it sure but i recently turned my phone on low and behold my screen looks lime tbe inc spewed out my screen so now i paid $120 to get a iphone 6s pluse scewn fixed when i could get thw parts and the screen cor only $20 ok then i sent my pc in i told them tge problem with it before i walked in still had to pay for ths diagnostic fee $40 i let them have it for 5-6 days before i called them just to find thw problwm with it therw like ya theirs like aoda or somwthing on tbw mothwrboard. About a month later still have heard nothing but during this time i let them have my pc my steam profile and my blizzard prfile was hacked like after a week of them having my pc ok that's fishy i had to get my profile back and also change my password and profile on both so i was fed up my steam is worth up to more that $1000 with games i was fed up i walked in Fanelli Boys to get my computer back the girl had the worst attitude with me shes asking all these personal questions about my pc im just saying i know its not done i want my computer back i was explaining to her i explained even its an alieanware alpha i7 r2 im sure not someone random is just going to walk in their fully describing my computer but whatever shes like name last name email after i gave her my information she's like i need to contact the technition for what just give me my computer back you havent worked on it at all i can fix this problem myself faster shes like i gotta wait for the technition to reply fine whatever. 15-20min later while im waiting shes like you know how busy we are right im just like ok give me my pc back still not only that having to wait 15-20min just to hear back from the tec just to get "my" unfixed untouched pc back jesus but thats not all i finally get my computer back and got home opened it to make sure non of my components are stolen to my power cord was not in my pc box WTF how are you not going to give me all my parts back after i specifically said im coming to get my pc from you guys ok. Ok so just to waist more of my time had to go back and get it best buy ckuld dk better and thats sad. Im reporting this company Fanelli Boys CPR Cell Phone Repair Morgantown WV suncrest towncenter to the better bisness buro its not right their just making a quick buck for a small fix just for you to come back a week later im done this buisness needs to be closed or people who will accually do their job.

Drove all the way from Carmichaels, pa to Suncrest towne center fully prepared to spend $70.00 to get my phone fixed that I just bought used off a girl... WiFi didn’t work properly and all the buttons were smashed in... Phil and the guys had me signed in phone apart and showed me that whoever changed the screen never plugged the WiFi plug back in or screwed the frame back in, they didn’t charge me a dime because of the last persons negligence! You guys are awesome and you have my business for life!

Fanelli Boys at Meadowbrook Mall location took advantage of a female customer (veteran, single, divorced mom) frustrated with getting the run-around from local cell phone carrier sales reps. They were recommended by Sprint and Verizon reps to extract data from my damaged S7. I had switched from Sprint to US Cellular and was needing to switch from US Cellular within 15 days since I discovered the coverage is poor at my home. I had a Moto z2 force I wanted to keep (from US Cellular). I had just been to Verizon at the same mall and was told my Moto Z2 force would not work on their network, which I later found out was a lie. That rep said he could order me another moto z2 force at double the price. I had been to kind US Cellular reps who understood the coverage issues I had. Their only solutions were offering expensive options such as a booster, monthly internet wifi plans and no guarantee I'd have service where I could potentially travel. I thought I may have to go back to Sprint. The Galaxy S9+ was supposed to work on Sprint. I looked the guy at Fanelli right in the eye and told him I was trusting him that this cell phone without a box or charger would work. He stated clearly if I had a problem I could bring the phone back. He claimed the phone wasn't even refurbished, it was basically new. He DID NOT mention I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee. If he would have, I would not have made this purchase. 20% is a lot of money to take from a woman that was trusting a repair guy to be up front and reputable. I was tired of being lied to and having cell phone reps trying to squeeze money from me. Sprint mall store guys stayed past close helping other customers then finally got to me. I learned the S9+ may work on their network, but not my Moto z2. I was back to not having a solution and having a $722 phone not hooked up to a cell phone network to see if it would work properly. I called Fanelli Boys the next day explaining I would return the phone. I had noticed then there was a restocking fee on the receipt. The same guy that sold me the phone told me that he would have to get manager approval. They were about to close and I explained I would be there the next day and I did not want to repay their restocking fee. It should not cost me $144.44 to return an item to it's spot under a glass case that was sold to me without a box or it's charger with a promise I could return the item with no hassle. $144.44 is the price I paid to trust Fanelli Bros. I can't imagine trusting them with data or fixing any device I will ever own.

Tried to charge me $78 for a charging port BEFORE shipping, labor, etc. and then told me I needed to just get my whole computer fixed because the port would just fry up again down the road. Sounded a little fishy but what do I know? I took it to Premier Computer Services for a diagnosis. They had my charging port OVERNIGHTED, and my computer ready to go in 2 days for $60 including everything. They also said I should never have another problem again, because all I was missing was a tiny screw that was keeping my port in place. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed with Fanelli Boys. I hope they work out these issues.

Great people, very nice and helpful. But I had got my screen fixed a week and a half ago and ever since then the battery has been dying so fast. I was thinking maybe they made something loose or something but my phone never died this quick and has taken so long to charge until I got my screen fixed.

There lifetime warranty on products and workmenship is a JOKE! Took my S7 that i got from AT&T with a OutterBox already installed. 2 weeks later im at Five Guys cleaning it and i dropped it cracked screen. Walked it 2 stores over to get fixed. They said come back in 3 or 4 hours. So I did they brought phone out and I was happy to see it working. I forgot my case in car and asked the guy if I buy a new outterbox and screen protector if he could put it on before I touch it. Because I have no luck. So now 3 mnts later my screen goes out and starts glitxhing bad. I take it to store on Tuesday, guy says we will call you Wednesday when ready. Never received a call. I stopped there after work today (Thursday) and I get a phone put on table in front of me and the guy says there is nothing we can do because there is water damage. And I've explained that I noticed when I took the screen protector off that the screen was peeling off. So my screen stops working, i take case off for first time since he put it and noticed the screen was peeling in the same spot were the "water damage was" but of course not, it dripped threw my sim card tray and over that water paper and got the bottom of it wet. I'll send pix per request . So if your smart you'll go else where...

I let them handle my pc for about 3 weeks have not herd back I had to call to see or hear what the problem was at first I was confused. now I guess my motherboard has something sticky on it but I want to see something about this shop if they fix this problem I’ll definitely fix to 5 stars but otherwise this company may be making small fractures to your devices say I broke my screen they will fix it but damage another problem for you to bring it back soon may be true may not be as soon as my computer is finished I will run my on diagnostics on my system and see things threw.

AT&T tested my iPhone 6 battery and it was nearly dead. I called ahead to the Fanelli boys to replace the battery (with a referral discount from the AT&T store locally). They had one in stock, the price of battery + replacement was doable for my tight budget, AND one of the Fanelli Boys himself helped me figure out why my battery needed replacing so desperately after only two years. They were very helpful with explanations any never tried to sell me anything I did not ask for or truly need. I will return every time I have a tech need!

Locking the screen, or muting calls/activating Facetime when I was on a call. My phone didn't have these issues with the cracked screen. I took it in and they tried to fix it (it was there for 4 hours). I got it back, but by the next day the started doing the same things. The screen locks, and there are times I cant even pick up a call. It looks like I'll have to go back AGAIN.

The staff is quite knowledgeable on how to fix various technological devices. I needed a new top piece for my laptop, and when the wrong part came, they told me they would charge me the price of the wrong, cheaper part rather than the correct part which was more expensive. Once the RIGHT part arrived, my laptop was fixed within that same day. Highly recommend if you need a device fixed.

Had to take in 7 Iphones to have all their batteries replace they did a great jobs and did it quickly given the age of the phones I called in and made sure before hand that they had the batteries to do it. After everything was done and said the price wasn't bad and the customer service was great. These guys from what I've seen, and what I learned from talking to them, they know their stuff. iPhone 6 cracked screen I usually go through apple when I have any repairs that I need done. This time I decided to go to a local store because the nearest Apple Store is an hour away. It took 2 hours for my screen to be replaced, my brightness doesn't adjust properly, and my home button is not working properly. Now I have to go back tomorrow and I am assuming it will take another 1-2 hours. All that for $104 which isn't that cheap considering that Apple would've charged $109 and I would've gotten original parts. I've used Apple for at least 4 repairs, not once have I had an issue and it never took longer than 1 hour. Invoice#1264

A simple screen repair ended with the counter guy handing me my telephone completely disassembled saying that a repair could not be made as the display pins on the logic board were damaged. So, I took my phone to the Apple store in South Hills, hoping maybe they could fix it... the technician there explained that the pins had been damaged when the screen was being removed. I ended up having to purchase a new phone. I then contacted this location, not to demand reimbursement or anything else, I was simply trying to point out their (expensive) mistake.. because I get it, accidents do happen, and I have made mistakes and dealt with rude customers in my profession before, but I was completely blown off by the staff and treated very, very poorly. Fast-forward a year, my “new” phone’s screen had been damaged in a motorcycle accident and I needed it repaired. I was going to give this location and company another chance, especially after the owner, Diana, ensured me that they could repair my phone promptly and correctly. I went in to get it fixed on THREE separate occasions and they did not have any iPhone X screens in stock, even after telling me “oh, we should get a new shipment of them on ____ date. Come by then!” This is not good customer service, and it is most certainly why I will never do business with, nor recommend Fanelli Boys to anyone I know.

If there are less than one star I would choose. I had FORTEGRA insurance it covers 250 dollars for screen and I came to this store because the insurance is accepted in this store. They said two days and the screen will arrive I said ok I had to wait 3 weeks then they said there was mistake in the paper. I had to visit them again no body called me then I emailed them the paper again they said also two days but the screen arrives after one week. I signed the paper and no thing talk about the price after they repair the screen they want me to pay 67.99 because the screen cost 299.99 and the insurance only cover 250 dollars moreover the screen is not the original one all these things I was told after the screen was replaced. They said we let you choose between 299.99 screen and 500 screen<< the original one how it can be with these prices and the screen replace in apple store 279 !!!! The worst experience ever
