I went to fanelli boys to have my phone screen repaired and everything seemed to be okay until I got home and noticed my phone was " glitching " and not working properly .I messaged them and was told " it could just be static electricity and if it did not subside to JUST BRING IT IN " So I brought it in and a few days later to have the screen replaced again that they replaced and they were " out of screens " I sent them another message out of frustration and the owner asked me " did I call before bringing it in " I told him I didn't call because I was told " just bring it and we will take care of it " The owner then told me " just bring it did not imply to simply just bring it or guarantee that they had the part in stock .I was then told I could take it to the " mall location " I told them that the mall location was not convenient for me that I would just wait .I was then told by the owner " they would take care of the screen but in the future they did not want my business " I have been patient with a broken phone and called the mall to see if they had the part in stock that I needed and was told " yes " So I travelled to the mall on a Wednesday day when the mall is dead and I arrive at the kiosk and no one was there .The guy shows up about 15 minutes later and said he was picking something up ( no problem ) I ask about having the screen repaired and he tells me it will be 3 hours as he has to change another screen

The warranty and additional products offered (without being pushy) appear much more valuable than the carrier insurance option that I have been paying. Nice thing about using CPR is almost immediate turnaround and no need to back up all the data, lose contact info, etc., as happens with carrier insurance replacement policy when you send your phone in. I went in because my MacBook Pro hard drive failed. Instead of just taking it and doing the work on it, they gave me a website to go to and get a completely new computer for only $100 more than it would take to fix in the shop, meaning they get nothing. I gained a lot of respect for them. They’ll be the people I always go to if I have a problem in the future. They really want to help you.

He should’ve told the other customers that he was helping me and would wait on them when he was finished with me, not make me sit there and wait (over an hour) while he waiting on someone who was connecting a phone, and also selling other customers cell phone cases. Initially I was happy with my service. They repaired my screen. Pick it up and realize my camera is also broke, another $150. So I’m in for nearly $300 at this point. Still cheaper than a new iPhone. So after a few more days the screen becomes distorted so I call and they tell me to bring it back in, under warranty, great! I take it in and there’s no one else there. Samuel, the only guy working there, says “ quick fix. I can do it in 15 minutes”. So I’m waiting and a woman comes in to ask about purchasing a phone, he spends the next 45 minutes waiting on this woman and then two other people while I’m waiting on my 15 minutes fix. I guess if you have people purchasing things it’s a higher priority than other customers who were there first waiting on warranty work. I was there way over an hour for a “15 minute job”. I would’ve recommended them to begin with but not now. Poor customer service!

I brought my iPhone to the CPR Huntington, WV to simply change a broken screen. After the technicians “fixed” it, the phone began to die rapidly. I brought in the phone again and they recommended replacing the battery. After they “fixed” it for a second time, the phone is now a brick; it doesn’t even turn on! Now, they are holding my iPhone hostage for almost 2 weeks and trying to charge me $150.00 even though they are the ones who broke my phone! I was told that the manager will contact me, but there is still no update or feedback from them. Please either fix the iPhone, provide a new phone or compensation for damaging my property. This is unacceptable professionalism and customer service.

Excellent service! Thanks for fixing my husband's Oneplus 5t phone he broke the screen on. It's his since I bought the Oneplus 6t McLaren edition. Thanks for being understanding and patient too when you called him to let us know the repair was completed as I was at the hospital a couple hrs away in labor! Hopefully he doesn't drop and break my McLaren but if so, I will definitely take it to you guys for repair. If I hadn't disassembled my 3t in pieces and broke the screen too, I'd bring it in for repairs too.

Thanks for being understanding and patient too when you called him to let us know the repair was completed as I was at the hospital a couple hrs away in labor! Hopefully he doesn't drop and break my McLaren but if so, I will definitely take it to you guys for repair. Run Away! NOW! These guys are a sham. They held my MacPro for a month....and did nothing....THEN....When parts (arrived) I was charged 3 times the cost, and they were incorrectly installed. After troubling and difficult conversations, I got my computer back, NOT repaired, and my money back. They had told me there was someone on staff that was certified to work on my Apple MacPro.....there was no such person. And the person that worked on it knew less than me. Eventually, I bought the needed parts myself, direct from a manufacturer, and saved several hundred dollars. CPR is a sham operation, which probably can replace a Brocken Screen on your cell phone, but anything other than that, totally inept, unqualified, WAaaayyy overpriced, and misleading. Run Away from these guys....now.

Run away, run very very far away. If you are getting your cell phone screen fixed, fine. But if you are trying to get your computer fixed....these guys are the worst. Slow, unreliable, overpriced. I needed 4 RAM cards for my MacPro.....took these guys 2 months, with one failed attempt to get 4 little easy to get, easy to install cards. They gave me errant advice, and tried to bill me $180 for one $40 Ram Card. Run very far away from these guys. YES....they gave me a partial refund....but not for the $2000 contract I lost while my computer was sitting in there work shop with nothing begin done to fix it. It was the simplest fix possible....replaceing RAM cards....and they dragged it into a two month stupid a thon. I ended up doing it myself, because the Cards they ordered were defective. And doing it myself took 5 days and cost me $200 for 4 RAM Cards. These guys are really a half assed joke. Run Away.....Run Very Far Away.

Everyone is super nice, especially Terry. But as a business, they lack in communication and organization. My laptop was there for about 3 full weeks and I never received a phone call/Vmail. No initial phone call or follow ups. I called about 3 various times for status updates before they finally said they could not back up my HDD. I know it wasn't going to be an easy fix so I wasn't rushing them but I at least wanted to know what was going on. Once I went to pick up my laptop they said a charger was not dropped off. But after 30 mins of searching, they found the right one since the first one they handed us was the wrong charger. 2 stars on experience not necessarily their services.
