Ok so first, they don’t tell you about how much it’s going to cost for parts and labor. If you own a Mac or any apple device I would recommend going anywhere else, cause you guaranteed to pay at least $100 as they charge that to work on Apple devices. Second, they won’t look to find the best price for a replacement part. You can go to two different stores and get two different prices for the same part. The problem with this is that you have no sure way to know if the part is going work. Third the staff at the South ridge location is complete rude. I talked to one of the staff members about why the difference in price and apparently it’s because they use a different supplier from the other store at the Town Center. Now why do they use two different ones? I can’t tell you because they wouldn’t give me an answer. If you’re looking to fix any device just look up the steps and do it yourself. They are going to up charge you and the price they charge is going to be close to the cost of new computer. Will never use this service again.

Dropped off my computer on a Saturday or Sunday. Was told that the tech would look at it the next day and call me to tell me what it might cost to fix. 3 days later I finally called and was told that they would be getting to it soon. 2 days later, they finally called and asked for BIOS password. I gave them 3 because I wasn't sure which one it was. They never called me back so I called them about 3-4 days later. The guy said that those passwords didn't work. I repeated them to make sure that he wrote them down right. I said to please call me if they don't work and I will come and get my computer. No call back, once again. Couple days later (has been two weeks now since dropped off)I finally dropped by and just picked my computer up. There were two guys there and I told them I was there to pick up my computer. They said sorry, we didn't have a password to use to get into it. The passwords I gave them were written on a piece of paper on top of the computer. I took it home, and realized they didn't give me the cord back. So next day I went back and got the cord. Went home, tried the first password I gave him and what do ya know, that was the password they had written on top and it was right. So I am assuming that either it was never even attempted or one person wrote it down and the next person assumed the first person tried it and that it didn't work. Who knows. But it would be nice if someone there could have called and let me know something. I finally took my computer to Quinn Computers in South Charleston. Called me back by 3pm the next day and said it was fixed and I could come and get it. Great service and will not go back to Fanelli Boys.

We took our phone to get a new battery to this location! The guy working in there was very flirty and added a phone screen to be fixed without permission! We needed an iPhone8 battery which we paid for up front he tells us about 40 minutes. We come back within the 40 minutes where he said “oh well we don’t have the battery’s in stock.” Well one why didn’t you just check before making us pay and telling a time frame! Then he said “ come back tomorrow we will have get the screens in around 12. We go back the phone still isn’t ready they never placed the order so once again we get told “ come back tomorrow! We will have a screen we will have someone go get it from another store!” So we do this rodeo again! Once again we go in and are told “ yeah so we only got one battery and it’s defective! One I knew that was a lie once again the representative was super flirty! He once again assured me the phone will be fixed by Saturday or Monday by 12 at the last day! Well come Monday I call before wasting a trip over to there and oh once again “ the phone isn’t ready! the battery was never ordered! I asked for a supervisor and was denied! I never got a call from the supervisor which was supposed tobe in around 1-4. we call back at 4 to check phone status I was told no battery still nothing! We demanded our phone by 6 when we got off he got the phone with a new battery and a free $40 screen proctor after they practically stole $200 from us to fix the damn thing this took almost a week with being told lie after lie and denied a supervisor!

He told me what He thought was going on and a little later he called my boyfriends phone told me what the problem was. 30min later my phone was fixed. I would recommend these guys to anyone! I've been to this location a few times, and they're usually okay. The last time I went, there was a new guy. Phone couldn't be fixed he said, and that it was the motherboard. I went online to see if others had the same issue that I'm having, and their problems were able to get fixed. When I attempted to fix my phone one last time... I noticed that a lot of the screws to my phone were missing!!!! The screws to secure the screen to the back as well as the screws near my digitizer. Not only that, but the guy seemed to not know what he was doing.

Stopped in to look at a new phone and could not decide between two. I was informed by the salesman, John B. that I could bring it back for a refund if I decided I did not want it. I thought about it over the weekend and then checked the Boost Mobile website that had many more options. I called them and they instructed me to return the phone to the Boost Store if I wanted to purchase the model they had listed. I went to the store. Trevor the Assistant Manager, laughed and said he was not refunding the purchase and when I continued my compliant he said it isn't going to happen. I informed that in West Virginia all purchases can be returned by law within 72 hours and that if did not refund my money I would file a compliant with the State Attorney General. He replied with a F You! you aren't getting a refund and laughed about it. I filed my compliant with the state and then called Boost Mobile and they have started their own investigation and have assured me I will get my full refund. NEVER buy a phone from these people. If you want a boost phone, go online.

Website says they work on Kindles. However , when I went there today I was told they do not work on Kindles. The guy at the counter said even if the worked on them they would charge more than a new Kindle. One of the Kindles I took was a 385.00 Kindle and the other one was 285.00. All they need are new charging ports! I tried to rate zero stars but I guess you have to give them one star just for existing, otherwise you can't post a review.

This place is a joke. They replaced my grandfathers iPhone screen and it stopped working a few days later. Took it back and they said it wasn’t their fault and had to pay to have it looked at. They said their screens are OEM and they aren’t. We took this same phone to another place and they confirmed it was a cheap 15$ aftermarket screen. Beware.

Had problems with my I phone. Battery bar was not working correctly. Took it in and a young man by the name of Maxwell he completed some tests ( free of charge ) and diagnosed the problem had me repaired in under one hour. I might add he was very knowledgeable and professional also did not try and sell me unnecessary items. GREAT JOB !!!!!!!!!

Just had my phone fixed at the Charleston town center. Apple said that my phone was not able to be fix yet the Fanelli Brothers were able to get it working like new. They also gave me a discount on the screen and on the water damage. This is a really good store to deal with and I will definitely be telling my friends to go there, if they haven't yet.

I brought a Tablet into the store that's battery was swelling. The tablet works perfect with the swollen battery, plays videos, sound, turns on and off, ect. However after they charged me a $40. NON REFUNDABLE FEE. to take it apart and diagnose the problem, they failed to fix it after having the tablet there for 3 weeks. They ordered "two" new batteries but the tablet wouldn't even turn on with the replacement batteries. The representative in the store said that the swollen battery must have "fried" something within the tablet. I asked "if that is true, why does it still work perfect with the old, swollen battery?". The man just repeated himself with. "I'm not sure. Sometimes it happens and the old battery must've fried something inside the device" the entire time, he is giving me this 'there is nothing else we can do' look. I'm not an expert in these things but if the junk battery still works within the device, shouldn't a brand new one? It obviously isn't fried because the moment they placed the old battery back inside the Tablet too return it to me, it works NO PROBLEM. They had my Tablet for three weeks with no success and a "it must have fried something" which is a straight GUESS. The one nice thing I can say is the customer service representative who originally took my Tablet and spoke with me was very nice gentlemen.

They said their screens are OEM and they aren’t. We took this same phone to another place and they confirmed it was a cheap 15$ aftermarket screen. Beware.

Had problems with my I phone. Battery bar was not working correctly. Took it in and a young man by the name of Maxwell he completed some tests ( free of charge ) and diagnosed the problem had me repaired in under one hour. I might add he was very knowledgeable and professional also did not try and sell me unnecessary items. GREAT JOB !!!!!!!!!

Just had my phone fixed at the Charleston town center. Apple said that my phone was not able to be fix yet the Fanelli Brothers were able to get it working like new. They also gave me a discount on the screen and on the water damage. This is a really good store to deal with and I will definitely be telling my friends to go there, if they haven't yet.

I brought a Tablet into the store that's battery was swelling. The tablet works perfect with the swollen battery, plays videos, sound, turns on and off, ect. However after they charged me a $40. NON REFUNDABLE FEE. to take it apart and diagnose the problem, they failed to fix it after having the tablet there for 3 weeks. They ordered "two" new batteries but the tablet wouldn't even turn on with the replacement batteries. The representative in the store said that the swollen battery must have "fried" something within the tablet. I asked "if that is true, why does it still work perfect with the old, swollen battery?". The man just repeated himself with. "I'm not sure. Sometimes it happens and the old battery must've fried something inside the device" the entire time, he is giving me this 'there is nothing else we can do' look. I'm not an expert in these things but if the junk battery still works within the device, shouldn't a brand new one? It obviously isn't fried because the moment they placed the old battery back inside the Tablet too return it to me, it works NO PROBLEM. They had my Tablet for three weeks with no success and a "it must have fried something" which is a straight GUESS. The one nice thing I can say is the customer service representative who originally took my Tablet and spoke with me was very nice gentlemen.
