Do not waste your time & money on this place! I took a phone in to be fixed and paid $135. I was told it would take 7 days. Well...14 days later it still was not ready:(. And when I called yet again to see if it could be picked up...they told me it could not be fixed. And when i went to pick up the phone and get a refund...they said I have to go to the original location to get my money & I would still have to pay a $40 fee for them opening up my phone. There has to be better repair businesses out there! God knows I will never be back to them! Worst experience ever! If I could give them a zero star...I would!

The new screen works great on my Note 9. However, I was "upsold" on buying an Invishield screen protector which I took them up on. I have had them in the past and it's a good product, and I assumed I was getting a pro install as they are kind of a pain to put on. Whoever did the install is obviously not very good at them, as it was returned to me with dust specs in 5 places under the protector. Had a fussy 3 year old with me, so it wasn't even worth bringing up and asking for it to be redone but definitely a wasted $40 and I wouldn't recommend that service to anybody else.

I took my phone in to have the battery and charging port replaced. I left with a phone that is unable to make a noise. The problem is that in the process of replacing my charging port, they also broke whatever gives your phone the ability to produce sound. I took my phone back to have them try to fix it twice and they were unable to do so. They did offer a partial refund of my original visit but would not fix the problem they caused in the first place. So essentially, they gave me 50 dollars to ruin my phone for me. Now I have a phone that cannot play videos or any other kind of sound out loud. I can’t hear alarms, text notifications, or phone calls come through at all anymore. It’s very frustrating that they do not have to fix what they broke. One of the employees said, “yeah man, sometimes you come in for a battery problem and leave with a volume problem. Just part of it.” Would not recommend going to CPR in the mall unless you want your phone to be in worse shape once you leave.

Absolutely horrendous service. I paid them $90 for a alcohol rinse to remove extremely minor water damage. That did nothing. They diagnosed my problem as a broken LCD. Waited 2 weeks for the part to come in, turns out that wasn't the problem and they had misdiagnosed it. They then decided it was the motherboard, so I had to wait another two weeks for that part to come in. Except when they called me to say the screen was working they also said the keyboard was now broken. I told them it was working when I dropped it off so if it's not working now chances are it's something they did and I didn't want to have to pay for it. They informed me I could either pay for the keyboard (that they probably broke but weren't admitting to) or come pick up the computer without them finishing the repair. Finally after all this when I picked up the computer, the screen was now loose and they told me it was due to the part that they ordered not fitting well and there was nothing they could do about it. Overall they had my computer for a month, the quality of service was atrocious and they charged me $400. Never go here!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS Background: I had basic microsoldering work done on my iPhone 6s Plus Avoid for these four reasons: 1. Lack of concern for customer: - I asked them to assemble phone when returned and it was returned with screws randomly rolling around on the mat I gave them and completely disassembled. Now my screws are unorganized. If I had reassembled them in the wrong place, I could have damaged my phone. They were organized when I dropped it off. - Told them phone was needed in 3 business days (more than enough time). Received phone in 8 business days. 2. Lack of communication - I told them to do three repair tasks and only two things were done - Never received a phone call - I left a voicemail that went ignored - It took them 8 minutes to figure out who I was and what the job was for when I arrived to pick it up 3. Your schedule is clearly none of their concern - I was told twice that it was done but when I went to pick it up they didn’t even know who I was and my phone was still in pieces. - The amount of days it took to perform a 30 minute solder job was ridiculous 4. I was made to feel as if they didn’t need my business - They made it a point to tell me three times that they don’t normally take jobs of that type which was highly unnecessary - There was an overall lethargy that made it obvious they didn’t care about customer service Sending it to a reputable mail in repair service would have been quicker and cheaper. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Fanelli Boys / CPR at the Huntington Mall.

I will never go to any other repair store for new phone purchases or repairs, because he even switched all my info. for Boost for me in store without asking. What more could I ask for? An awesome case, and I got that,too! My experience with K.Sieg and CPR was top of the line, professional, and friendly! I would highly recommend to anyone!

My experience started on Feb 7th approximately at 430pm at the downtown Huntington location. I wanted internet service and or unlimited data, Chris set me up with a unlimited phone, text, and data plan. He educated me to let the downloads and updates go thru its process and I would be sailing. I stood on the corner of Sheetz in the west end for 3 hrs for a simple messenger download. I figured that I wasnt getting internet service, I was just hitting hotspots. So I went back to the store next day, Friday Feb 8th in the a.m and the associate stated that I had internet but I explained that im hitting the stores hotspot and not the tower by that time one of his colleagues came in and stated that my phone is not supporting 3G or 4G reasoning for my phone not working, to come back on Saturday and the problem could be fixxed. So now on Feb 9th I come in at store at 12n and was there til after 430pm. Chris worked diligently to get my phone to ping to the tower but was unsuccessful, he did every download known to man and was running these trouble shooting formulas with Boost Customer Care on other line. Nevertheless I spent $187 , plus the time and effort I put in to get to your establishment. Buses , cabs , walking, standing in cold rain. Unbelievable, you dont know the pain and suffering that your business has caused me. Its not the associates that tried to assist me, ...Nobody drives off the lot with 3 wheels, so why me...you got me

This place was absolutely horrible! It took them 3 days to fix my phone that was only supposed to take an hour and a half. On day one I only received one phone call from them to tell me they were not done with it and they would need 2 more hours. So i waited the 2 hours to pick it up to have them tell me "oh didn't you get our message, your screen was broke in the process of fixing your phone we are waiting for a replacement glass from our Huntington store it won't be ready until 6pm". They never called me they emailed that information to me and i wasn't able to look at it until later that day! Mind you I had to be at work at 7pm so I wouldnt be able to pick it up. So I tell them that's fine (even though I drove up there to get it) I will come back the next day. I call the next day to make sure it was done and they say it's still not done they are waiting for a replacement screen from hours away that the Huntington store sent the wrong glass for another series. So when I finally get my phone it is still not working properly. I went to have it fixed because it stopped charging they said it would be the battery and they would change it out. Well they failed to tell me that they also changed the charging port and it is no longer a fast charging phone. I have tried 3 different cords and fast chargers and none work. We called to tell them it still didn't work and they said the only they could do was tell us to try a wireless charger. And it still doesn't work! So it takes my phone 8 hours to charge to 80% without playing with it. I am highly upset with these people and do not recommend them to anyone. I will be spreading the word.

For phones they maybe ok but for console they suck not only could they not fix an hdmi port that work but didnt have sounds. They broke the power button and will not fix it. And tried to lie and say it was already broken. But the guy before him said that they put one hdmi in and the ps4 would come on, then black screen about 30seconds later. So they would try to put another hdmi port in.

Absolutely horrendous service. I paid them $90 for a alcohol rinse to remove extremely minor water damage. That did nothing. They diagnosed my problem as a broken LCD. Waited 2 weeks for the part to come in, turns out that wasn't the problem and they had misdiagnosed it. They then decided it was the motherboard, so I had to wait another two weeks for that part to come in. Except when they called me to say the screen was working they also said the keyboard was now broken. I told them it was working when I dropped it off so if it's not working now chances are it's something they did and I didn't want to have to pay for it. They informed me I could either pay for the keyboard (that they probably broke but weren't admitting to) or come pick up the computer without them finishing the repair. Finally after all this when I picked up the computer, the screen was now loose and they told me it was due to the part that they ordered not fitting well and there was nothing they could do about it. Overall they had my computer for a month, the quality of service was atrocious and they charged me $400. Never go here!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS Background: I had basic microsoldering work done on my iPhone 6s Plus Avoid for these four reasons: 1. Lack of concern for customer: - I asked them to assemble phone when returned and it was returned with screws randomly rolling around on the mat I gave them and completely disassembled. Now my screws are unorganized. If I had reassembled them in the wrong place, I could have damaged my phone. They were organized when I dropped it off. - Told them phone was needed in 3 business days (more than enough time). Received phone in 8 business days. 2. Lack of communication - I told them to do three repair tasks and only two things were done - Never received a phone call - I left a voicemail that went ignored - It took them 8 minutes to figure out who I was and what the job was for when I arrived to pick it up 3. Your schedule is clearly none of their concern - I was told twice that it was done but when I went to pick it up they didn’t even know who I was and my phone was still in pieces. - The amount of days it took to perform a 30 minute solder job was ridiculous 4. I was made to feel as if they didn’t need my business - They made it a point to tell me three times that they don’t normally take jobs of that type which was highly unnecessary - There was an overall lethargy that made it obvious they didn’t care about customer service Sending it to a reputable mail in repair service would have been quicker and cheaper. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Fanelli Boys / CPR at the Huntington Mall.

After many failed attempts at other phone repairs stores K.Sieg fixed my screen without messing anything else up, which apparently is hard to find in this area! I will never go to any other repair store for new phone purchases or repairs, because he even switched all my info. for Boost for me in store without asking. What more could I ask for? An awesome case, and I got that,too! My experience with K.Sieg and CPR was top of the line, professional, and friendly! I would highly recommend to anyone!

My experience started on Feb 7th approximately at 430pm at the downtown Huntington location. I wanted internet service and or unlimited data, Chris set me up with a unlimited phone, text, and data plan. He educated me to let the downloads and updates go thru its process and I would be sailing. I stood on the corner of Sheetz in the west end for 3 hrs for a simple messenger download. I figured that I wasnt getting internet service, I was just hitting hotspots. So I went back to the store next day, Friday Feb 8th in the a.m and the associate stated that I had internet but I explained that im hitting the stores hotspot and not the tower by that time one of his colleagues came in and stated that my phone is not supporting 3G or 4G reasoning for my phone not working, to come back on Saturday and the problem could be fixxed. So now on Feb 9th I come in at store at 12n and was there til after 430pm. Chris worked diligently to get my phone to ping to the tower but was unsuccessful, he did every download known to man and was running these trouble shooting formulas with Boost Customer Care on other line. Nevertheless I spent $187 , plus the time and effort I put in to get to your establishment. Buses , cabs , walking, standing in cold rain. Unbelievable, you dont know the pain and suffering that your business has caused me. Its not the associates that tried to assist me, ...Nobody drives off the lot with 3 wheels, so why me...you got me

This place was absolutely horrible! It took them 3 days to fix my phone that was only supposed to take an hour and a half. On day one I only received one phone call from them to tell me they were not done with it and they would need 2 more hours. So i waited the 2 hours to pick it up to have them tell me "oh didn't you get our message, your screen was broke in the process of fixing your phone we are waiting for a replacement glass from our Huntington store it won't be ready until 6pm". They never called me they emailed that information to me and i wasn't able to look at it until later that day! Mind you I had to be at work at 7pm so I wouldnt be able to pick it up. So I tell them that's fine (even though I drove up there to get it) I will come back the next day.
