Well started out 20.00 to look at my PC said he could not find nothing wrong with it and then changed the price to 40.00 to get it back took it home still will not work would not advise him to anyone

I was having trouble hooking my new router up Sunday and the owner of Computer medics came to the rescue. He came out to my house and figured out the problem. Not only did he fix it I had a laptop that needed some work and he took it with him to fix it as well. He was professional and reasonably priced. I will use them for all my electronic needs.

re: Greg Hicks What he said was not true, we had to repair the fan & heat seek on the motherboard and it was working fine when it left here, if you look on your service ticket you will see why it was a little more in price. We never said anything about finding nothing wrong.. All you have to do is bring it back if there is something wrong not just leave a bad review..

I bought a netbook on 2/19. I just tried to return it as it throws errors and is extremely slow. The gent behind the register advised me that the store only does store credit for returns despite the fact that the return policy is not posted anywhere in the store nor on the receipt. He made some comments about my attitude and when I told him I'd contact the BBB and my bank to dispute the charges, he said he didn't care. I have visited the store on 4 occasions and only twice was there anyone there during business hours. I won't be spending any more $ there

Just called because my little one likes to destroy his tablets, so far 3 of them are in the drawer of shame. I bought fairly cheap tablets as he is under 10 yrs old. I did not get the man's name, but his honesty was something you don't get too much anymore. He advised me that the repair would likely cost as much as a replacement tablet. I priced the parts and even if they got the parts well below cost it still would be as much as replacing the tablets themselves. Thank you so much for your honesty and for saving me a trip up Rt. 60. I look forward to coming to you when I need repair on my more expensive devices.
