I dropped my iPhone ended up with a broken screen and they fixed it super fast. Their prices are reasonable and since I am a super clumsy person, I reckon I’m gonna be a returning customer. I recommend Cell Tech Express wholeheartedly to everybody.

This place is the worst for prices, customer service, professionalism. Cell Techs prices are double other places. I Had a extra iPhone X, 256, at@t, unlocked, new sealed in factory box, never opened. from a insurance replacement. They had a used one in the case they was asking 925.00. They offered us 375.00. What a joke!! They offered a friend 15.00 bucks for a Asus laptop that had 1 terrabyte hard drive, 16 gb ram, I7 quad core processor, 17 in screen (still sells for 650 on Ebay, not asking price but sold auctions) The reason she was told is it had been upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and all they could do is use it for parts. LMAO WHAT A JOKE!

Mic on wife's phone wasn't working properly. It was found to need cleaning only and the phone was returned working properly. $20 inspection charge covered the cost. There was an opportunity to "find" a repair and add addition charge but they were honest. That earned my future business without hesitation!

Called to see what my iPhone screen would cost to repair. I know I told the guy my correct phone model. When I went to drop it off, was quoted another price(more). Was told that I probably didn’t tell the correct model over the phone(which I know I did) and was told what my phone was( which I know). Bad customer service. Will take it somewhere else. Repaired screen very fast.

I had my phone for 1 week after my repairment before it cracked again and the fall wasn't even harmful. I called to explain the unsatisfactory and they said they can work with me since it hasn't been that long. When I got there I got the opposite and said they couldnt do anything for me. They claimed to use real products, but I can't believe that after having my phone back for under a month behaving like it was never fixed.

Came in to get my laptop fixed for heat issues, ssid they would send it in and fix the problem. Two days later they tell me its fixed, but the heat issued still remained. Took it to another store and it TURNS OUT THEY NEVER EVEN ACTUALLY OPENED THE LAPTOP AT ALL AND JUST CHEATED ME OUT OF 60$.. Will never go here again.

Bought a used MAC from their huntington store. I was very please with my purchase and the customer serviced I received. Was prompt on their knowledge and availability of their product . Had a issue with a battery and they were 9uick to act and got it replaced for me and went as far as transferring it to another location that way it would be closer for me to pik up! Awesome people!

I had my son's iPhone screen replaced a little over a month ago. In a week the screen was popping up in the corner. Plugged it up that night to charge and the next morning the screen was shattered. $145 is what I paid for the repair. So I took it cell phone CPR and the said the screen wasn't properly repaired. I would suggest to not take you device here!
