Based on all the rave reviews, I must be the only to feel like the whole $50 fixit biz is a bait & hook tacktic. I'm quite sure selling you a brand-new Dell is more lucrative than fixing your old one, because this is very much a salesroom with slick salesmen, so be prepared for it.

I will never go to any other computer shop in Roanoke. Brambleton computer should be your first choice for all things in computing.

Keith and his staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They diagnosed the issues I was having with my computer the day I brought it in to them and finished the repairs and service the very next day. I received great customer service, quality repair service, and it was affordable. They lived up to their slogan of, "No one else can do it for our quality and price." Just as a business alone this place is far above others in sales and service.Each one is a real pro at running the business end and customer service is above the rest , every single time you go there. As a computer repair business the same applies.They know there jobs when it comes to repairs and don't keep you hanging.They get you a cost estimate for parts and labor and it is never more than 5% if they run into repair difficulty along the line. I purchase a remanned laptop which I have had over a year and it operates flawlessly.I got a bad virus on it and what they charged to rid the computer of it was not even close to what others would charge.It now has antivirus I purchased from them which was a really great price. Yes sir , they got my business for sure.Hope you try them.They aren't like others, if they don't do it you don't pay for it. Oh yea , they don't keep it either. I am a college student and my laptop is an essential supply in my education. When a problem struck the only computer service that was recommended by a few that I could find was Brambleton computer. The drop off and update on how things were going worked out just fine, but when I had to continually call to check on it, I started to get upset. When one day turned into three, I was mad. It would have been fine if someone called and updated me, but I was in the dark the entire time. When I picked it up one accessory (which had broken) was missing, and I had to ask what the situation was rather than just being told. Using it now, I notice that the part that was replaced is essentially unusable in a way,as the USB port is back too far to put anything in it, and if someone is put in it the part doesn't work. They fixed the major problem, but the speed of doing so and the customer service along the way was less than mediocre. Overall not very satisfied, and probably won't return.

I took my MacBook to get cleaned because I was having malware pop ups and i have never had it cleaned since I purchased it back in 2013. Also, when I was on google my search engine kept switching over to Bing on its own. I was quoted 50$ for a "few hours" so I dropped it off at 3pm and it was not ready until the next day around 2pm. They handed me my laptop and charged me without explaining what they did, if they found anything or removed any threats on my computer. I still noticed my search engine kept changing on its own so I took it to my IT dept at school and they literally took 30-45mins to realize that my laptop was infected with 33 malware threats and removed them for free. I called them back and said I would get a call back within a few minutes I am guessing from a manager and never received a call back. This place was a joke and a waste of money. They literally took my MacBook for about 24hrs and did absolutely nothing but wipe my screen of smudges. I do not recommend at all.

Took MacBook Pro A1706 here July 2019 because screen had vertical lines and keyboard stopped working. My son said he could tolerate the screen with vertical lines. They charged about 450 for new keyboard / palm rest. My son got it back and delayed telling me about the touchbar being loose and the manual power button not working after the repair. I took it back and they put double side tape on the touch bar. My ex picked it up and when my son was with me again, I noticed touchbar was raised slightly higher than keyboard (think tech took a shortcut). Ugh. So I took it back again asking them to send it to Apple to make it right as I lost faith in their tech(s) and disputed the charges. They eventually made it right.
