I ask the lady to sell me a tank that they keep the coils for.That was after going up there and they never seem to have the type of coil that I needed .So I told her to sell me a tank that they keep the coils ALL THE TIME . It was hard to get angry when their so nice. Other than that, I like em. Just pay attention thats all.

So we dropped my phone off on Monday and they said they would call us the next day (Tuesday) to tell us what they did with my phone and to come pick it up. That next day (Tuesday) it was 5:45 and they still haven't called so we called them and the said they haven't got to working on my phone. Then they said the would call tomroww (wensday) well the called at about 5:57 pm on Wensday saying oh sorry we still haven't got to it we'll call tomorrow. Very unpleased that they keep telling me they'll call and tell me to come pick it up and they never do.

There are better options and they don't really carry much in way of parts go online and order what you need because they won't have it, or go to Best Buy and hope they do.

ignore all the 5 star reviews they were posted, they were probably submitted by staff who work there or equivalent ok their products are ok but their employment sucks, i went in to ask if they were hiring in October 2015 and they said we might be hiring in the new year, so i go in January 2016 and they said "the warehouse was to cold to work in and they will probably not be hiring till March." and all questions about work are answered in a beat around the bush sort of way. they wont give any suggestions for what products to get for upgrades. update- they are seriously outdated using information that's at least 5 years old, especially the big guy not customer friendly at all he's always sitting on his phone(you go to a store like this expecting the employees to be up to date) the only person i would even consider talking to is the owner.

Good stuff, good deals. But don't be a fool and not know what you want. Buying a computer isn't like going to the grocery store. Know the screen size, ram, and processor that you're looking for. They'll hook you up. The staff was helpful and friendly. I've gone to them for repairs and to buy a refurb laptop. They hooked it up and it came preloaded with the most common programs and applications. Ask about getting office suite installed too.

I broke the screen on my laptop, which I use to complete my entire online schooling. Took it in to these guys and with in ten minutes they had it fixed and working perfectly. Super friendly guys. Rob was awesome to deal with. Will definitely use them again, just, hopefully not because I broke the screen again!

Took another computer there and as in the past they were SPOT ON! Very reasonable prices and easy to work with. Again they did what the Big Box stores claimed could not be done. I work from home where I rely very heavily on IT components. They recognize this and react accordingly. I will go back there next time I need IT work done. They were able to achieve what the BIG BOX stores said was impossible. I needed XP pro to work on a computer that stopped working. You get to talk to the owner @ the store and he Genuinely cares and has the correct skill set to make what others in the business described as impossible. They BIG BOX stores only wanted to sell me a new Computer. These guys fixed my old one I'm a real customer...
