This Office Depot store in Sequim is great for customer service after buying the product, unlike other stores that have little support or any knowledgable staff after the purchase. The store's tech, Grant, was consistently helpful about a new desktop computer I bought there. It had been awhile since I got a new PC, so there were challenges to transfer the data from my old one. I am not familiar with this OS , and he was very patient with my questions. The other staff members have also been very thorough on matching their online price to buy my supplies in store, and assisting in their rewards program. He's a real asset to Office Depot.

Is not a UPS drop off location. Was told it has not been one for a year. Girl at the counter stated they have asked corporate to change it on line but they haven't. Doubt anyone really followed up on it. Not their problem attitude.

Very poor customer service. They told me that "all HDMI cords are the same." Apparently, they are not. Some have internet built into the cable, a fact that they would know by checking my existing cable, but I had no way of knowing. It just required a little more time and being a little more careful, and they could have saved me an extra trip back to the store.

With Staples in Laramie having closed, this is the closest office supply store to me. And I find it generally rewarding. It meets my expectations for now, but could use some merchandising clean-up (shelves a mess, products not stocked, etc.). The staff are generally very helpful. Location is somewhat odd, but once you learn how to get there, you will never forget. Recommended!

Worst experience I've had in awhile. Even though I was only there to drop off packages for eBay the two "lovebirds" talking behind the counter weren't even respectful enough to acknowledge me and the fact I was dropping off packages. The one woman there eventually looked at me then turned around and went back to what she was doing like I wasn't even there! I think I'll be looking for another place to ship my packages through and judging by some of the other reviews on here I'd say this has been a problem for awhile. Office Depot is a poorly ran business and I would encourage those who read this review to look elsewhere for somewhere to drop your packages and do general business with.

Luke who helped me was very knowledgeable he actually listened to what i had too say and answered all my questions very professionally. I use their print and copy center quite often, and they have been consistently amazing. The print quality is better than Walmart Photos. I usually choose in store pick up, and they've always been on time. If I need something faster than "same day," I order online and call, and if they can squeeze me in, they are really awesome about it. Staff is generally super friendly, but store-wide customer service can be kind of slow moving if they are busy. But on a plus note, they offer customer service unlike many of their competitors.

It's okay. Easy to navigate, good layout, and reasonable prices. Terrible service though, between 6p - 7p I was the only customer in the store. There was one cashier and two associates just talking to each other. I was greeted by the cahsier but not the other two. Failed to do the most basic things, greet me. I'd understand if it was busy, but I was the only customer in the store for 10-20 minutes

I went to purchase a computer and there was no one available for help so I had to ask the cashier to call someone and she was very pleasant and informed me that as soon as they stop talking on their communication device, she would call for an assistance. I waited for almost 10 minutes when someone finally shows up. The only problem is that another customer had walked up by then and what did the employee at Office Depot do? Went to help him instead of me who was there first. What a waste of my time, never going there again. Is it because I'm an minority or because I just came from the gym and didn't look like I could afford to purchase anything?

I hate coming to this office Depot. I never have a good experience here. It should never take over a half an hour to try to mail a package. Today when I was visiting I stood in line for almost 10 minutes waiting to be helped. Then when I finally was helped the lady who is helping me was extremely rude and made me go find a box myself as she saw me struggling to pick the right size. When I came back to the counter for the third time she ended up helping somebody else and then proceeded to walk away with another employee, leaving the other lady at the desk to help me. This other lady was so busy working on another project she basically ignored me for a very long period of time. She had me enter in all of my mailing information which was fine but when I was finished I said okay I'm done and proceeded to stand there and wait 5 minutes and I finally had to say I need to go. Again I never have a good experience visiting this Office Depot.

Disappointed! Went in looking for a new computer bag and was discouraged from buying for 2 reasons: several of the items were missing price tags, and when I checked the price at the register I realized they were $20 higher than Amazon. I'd rather shop local but $20 on a $56 items is significant. I would have looked past the inconvenience of having to walk up for a price check.

The best experience I’ve ever had at an Office Depot. Needed to print some pictures last minute for my mom’s funeral on Sunday. The tech, Matt, was very helpful in figuring out what size and options I had for printing the pictures. I guess he picked up on the fact that they were for her funeral based on the images and the folder name on my thumb drive. Anyway, after confirming with me that the picture were what I needed he just said, “these are for a funeral, they’re on me.” This employee’s kindness was an extremely kind moment in an otherwise very sad and hard time for me. Very much appreciated. Made me a customer for life. The cost of this one transaction will mean tons of additional business I’ll send their way in the future.

I called yesterday to see if they had a charger for a specific tablet knowing that I would be passing through Cheyenne on my way to visit my parents. I spoke on the phone with a guy named Braiden who told me they had the charger. When I arrived this morning they called him over and he even said "oh yes I remember you calling yesterday." Once we arrived at the display it was pretty obvious they not only didn't carry the charger but they've never carried it. Glad I called ahead Braiden. I know it must be hard to walk that five steps to look at the display or check inventory on your computer. I can see why they made you a tech expert. So listen Braiden thank you for absolutely nothing. At least your phone manners are decent.

Needed a last minute poster printed for an event. I asked if they could handle this quickly and was told it will take 15 minutes. Unfortunately the girl didn't know how to load paper in the wide format printer and an hour and a half later I was leaving with my poster. The print job was fuzzy and cut unevenly. With so much to prepare to launch my business, I had so many decisions to make with furniture and supplies. I went to Office Depot to purchase desks and office furniture. Richard and Jaren assisted me, and I probably looked at furniture for 40 minutes. They patiently waited and explained all of my options. They even told me how best to purchase and that if any of the sales prices released on Sunday showed lower prices for my purchases, that I could come in and get a refund of the difference! After working in customer service for over ten years, I was blown away by the patience, professionalism, and insight I received. I will definitely recommend them and their employees! Excellent!

The two employees working at the print counter had to search through their computer to find my order. The first employee printed it, just one side. He then realized he had forgotten the second side, tried to print the second side, but did it upside down. The first employee had to call the second employee to figure out how to turn the paper around so it would print correctly. Together they figured out how to print the second page. By this time they had messed up multiple pages so they had to reprint a few more copies (both sides) to complete my order correctly. After almost 40 minutes my order was finally completed. I had to ask for a bag to put them in and a receipt. The receipt was the Office Depot version showing that the print job was "done" but did not show any prices or totals. I was very, very disappointed with the service and performance of this location. The second employee seemed more competent than the first but he had another customer to help. I still do not understand why they did not see my job in the queue to be completed. I'm not sure if this is laziness on the part of the employees or a terrible system put in place by the corporation. Unfortunately this same situation happened to me in February 2013 at this same location. I had ordered a print job that was not completed when I arrived and took over one half hour to print after I arrived. I was annoyed at the time and submitted a similar feedback review. I choose to place this most recent order because I had a coupon and I believe in giving second chances. I am so disappointed in Office Depot, their online ordering process and the Cheyenne employees. I will happily tell everyone I know about my disappointing experiences with Office Depot and encourage my friends to use other companies for their business needs.

On hold for 10 minutes looking for a ink catridge. Lady comes back on the phone and hangs up on me. I call back and get her again. She was rude and ask what I needed again. ON HOLD Again! 5 min later a guy picks up the line and ask what I needed. So again I explain, he finds the cartridge for me. I am not shopping there however. Terrible experience, JUST ON THE PHONE! Attention to detail is key in any business. Because a customer comes in to shop doesn't mean they know what they need or can find it without help. Store isn't as crisp as other Office Depots, however, has a good selection.

Apparently Office Depot thinks it’s ok to screw with USPS mail. Dropped off 3 packages on Wednesday to be mailed. They were dropped off at 11 am. The strawberry blonde haired girl with the horrible attitude didn’t put them in the bin to be picked up until after 4 pm Wednesday, once the mailman had already left. I call on Thursday to find out why my packages haven’t been mailed. I talk to a “manager”, Alexis. She tells me that clearly I can’t tell time and the packages must have been dropped off after 4pm. Wrong. 11 am. I then inform her that it’s a federal crime to mess with USPS mail and she laughs, stating that Office Depot can handle mail dropped off there as they please and “it’ll go out when it goes out”. Some manager huh? She then laughs again. I inform her that I’ll be filing a complaint with Office Depot Corporate, her GM- Jeremiah and USPS.
