Has anyone had there phone screen fixed at this store ? If so have you noticed a silver dot on the white top part of the phone where the camera is? My mom randomly had this dot appear on her phone after getting it fixed and we just want to pin point what it could possibly be. Otherwise great and fast service !!

As others have commented, customer service is not good here. Staff are inattentive and had trouble getting a hold of the staff to assist with a battery replacement which was done eventually.

Depending on who helps you it can quickly go from good to a complete nightmare. Came back to this store to purchase a new phone only to be told in a very rude manner that everything I was told 2h ago in this very same store was incorrect. She answered every question I asked with the least amount of information possible (I won’t even go into the judgement call she made) I just walked out. Apple looses a long standing iPhone customer.

Not a fan of this store. The checkin person just chatted with another staff so I waited a while until another guy who was wandering around to reach me and try to answer my question. This guy was pretty courteous but unfortunately he was not able to answer all my questions. Anyway, I still appreciated his help so I gave two stars in this post, adding one extra star especially for him than what I wanted to rate this store originally. after all, I waited some time longer and hardly find a person to help so I just left, not buying the product I was going there for. I'm usually not a picky guy and usually only write surprisingly good experience to stores. But this time, I'd rather spend some time to share my today's experience, hopefully, it could catch some attention and the customer experience could be improved sooner later.

Not an Apple Fanboy, and I wasn't the customer today. Was with my longtime friend who is both in addition to a shareholder. He got a new phone, "... At no cost to you, sir." Pretty quick, competent service, and a beautiful store for the transaction. You've got to admit, Apple is a very good customer-centric Enterprise. Good for them! Bellevue Square is also pretty snazzy. Enjoyed the encounter from start to finish.

Apple's price match policy caps at 10% of the retail price of the item, so they won't price match a current generation Apple product on sale and in stock at a local retailer (I know they don't price match Amazon, Costco, etc., but this was Best Buy). I walked in with the intention of buying some hardware and accessories, but walked out with nothing. 1/5 stars.

Great Experience! Went here to purchase my first ever Ipad, required for school. Everyone was fast, friendly and helpful. They gave me a student discount I didnt even know existed and showed me how to setup/use it. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about... My longest wait was about 5 seconds. Great job guys!

This is the best Apple store in Seattle by far. The geniuses are smart and they don’t play games. If something is wrong with your phone they just fix it or give you a new one, granted you have apple care and that is what is warranted of course. They are patient and always helpful.

Bought a Macbook Pro Touchbar 2016, had nothing but problems. Keyboard doesn't work properly and double types all the time. Went in for repair once and they blew out dust from the keyboard and said it's fixed. Few days later problem comes back. Now the issue happens on several keys and wastes so much time each day. Should not have to deal with keyboard issues on a laptop that cost about $3.5k USD.

After installing a screen protector on my “brand new” iPhone XR “from the box”, an Apple employee named Kevin accidentally dropped the phone and it bounced off a few times here and there on the table. I just couldn’t believe what I had seen! I told him to be careful with your customers’ belongings. Meaning treat people’s possessions with respect. But instead of apologizing and to my surprise, I heard something he said I wouldn’t believe. I don’t quite remember the “exact wordings”, but the meaning was: “Big deal! As I handled numerous of phones from people every day.” Then he just walked off. What a terrible experience! This is even worse than a brand new Apple product of mine dropped. The level of hurt is equally a slap on my face!

Considering how popular iPhone is (and the money Apple makes), you would think they would have more stores to compensate for their low-quality phones (e.g., battery issues, touch screen issues...etc). Surprised that I was not given the attention I scheduled for. I had scheduled an appointment days prior to my visit and confirmed my visit 1 hour before it was scheduled to have my iphone 7 inspected and possibly resolved. It was amazing to witness that their process can be improved because I had checked in twice and had showed up early to see if they can take care of my situation. I waited patiently until viewing 4 customers after me get taken care of and I still managed to wait 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I was done with this after driving out of my way 45 miles to be exact and to be given this type of service was really sad. Apple sells their items for so much and having to have work done to it appears to be quite a task. This will not happen again because I will not be visiting a apple store again. Why schedule an appointment only to be dismissed or ignored. To finish my visit that went terrible, I then receive a text stating that I they are soon ready for me after I had left and on the road because I have other committed obligations and could not wait any further. I was willing to leave the phone to them. I understand that they can be busy but there should be a better method to help customers in need.

I have difficulty open a website on iPhone and the guy in the store asked me to check with the website builders... then I did google search then fix the problem myself. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at an Apple store. I had scheduled an appointment with them for a cracked iPhone screen. I show up and they tell me my appointment cannot be found. Most likely cancelled by them. I show them the confirmation of the appointment and the staff is like sorry we can’t help you. This is completely ridiculous and utter waste of my time. I had to come 30 min from my home to this place and these folks completely wasted my time, and all that without a sense of apology or trying to solve the issue. Never coming back here. Apples customer service used to be a thing, and now it’s worst among most large electronic companies. They have been jacking up prices and steadily declining their customer experience.

Very poor customer service. Bought an iPhone that lasted little over a year brought it in and had to pay $350 for a refurbished phone that they claim is a “new unused phone” but was not even in a regular iPhone box. Customer service and the store manager was not better to deal with. Definitely won’t recommend visiting this store and most definitely will be switching to another phone that can last more than 1 year. Very disappointed in the Apple experience at this store. 1 Star is too high by the way.

90% of the place was devoted to iPhones. I already have a phone, was looking for a computer. But I guess that's not Apple's thing anymore. The salespeople were nice, but again, pretty much all they knew was the phone. I asked questions about computers and it was the deer in the headlights look. I guess for computers, I can cross Apple off my list!

The store employees are all young & don't know what they're doing, plus the place is packed & you have to wait a long time to even see anyone. The person who was assigned to help me said what I wasn't in stock, and that I needed to order online. When I tried to place my order, she kept clicking buttons I didn't want her to click. Then she got frustrated & just closed the browser halfway through. Rather than sign me out, she just closed the browser. I got frustrated and left without anything getting accomplished. I realized she left me signed in after I left, and when I called the store to ask them to check if I was still logged in, I gave a very detailed description of who I was working with, the manager who tried to help, and the exact location of where the laptop I used was. I called & they were no help. So, not only did I have to change my apple password, I had to change my PayPal password. I'm just crossing my fingers that nobody else in the store randomly opens the browser, see I'm logged in, and tries to buy something.

Sadly, I can not give this establishment a 5 star review. If apple would be interested in doing a major overhaul of any of their stores, they should begin with the Bellevue Square store. We have purchased thousands of dollars of product and recently purchased a lap top for one of our kids. This lap top has broken down 3 times in 2.5 years. We went in to get a replacement today and were told that they have to send it out one more time to their service department, but that it would be looked at by a higher tiered repair guys that are really good at what they do. I tried to talk to a manger, who spent the hour long visit there avoiding me, while he stood over the floor and did not help out any of his staff, or the multiple customers in there. Unfortunate experience overall and looks like it will be another 3-4 days before we get the computer back and I hope it comes back in time. I dont expect much. Service : one star Mangement: zero stars Overall products: 2 -3 stars. Attitude SUB PAR, would recommend a -2 star if that is an option

I had charging issue with my Iphone X. I went to genius bar asking for the estimate on replacing the lightning port. That genius technician told me that they wont do the charging port replacement but rather replace the entire motherboard for just 550$ plus tax? Am I an Idiot or what? phone is not even worth 550$ after 1.5 year After a couple of days, I went to a third party store, they replaced my lightning port for 60$ and its been working fantastic again.

I went to purchase a phone and I received very good service and help. The store was crowded so I expected I would have to wait since I didn’t have an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when I was approached by a salesperson coordinator within a few minutes. I waited 5 minutes until a salesperson became available to help me. I had a lot of questions and each question was answered patiently and knowledgeably. My overall experience was very good! P.S. just to note, I am a 60+ year old woman.

Big store with ample display, Devices other than iphone must be considered for display. Staff can be more organized for faster checkout option. Since store is always busy difficult to get representative. I had to go through 3-4 staff member for relevant device purchase. Decent choice of accessories. I went in to buy a present for a family member of mine, so we ended up buying a MacBook Air for her. At first we noticed that people were standing, and not doing anything but talking. I had to go up to someone and that’s fine, I’m pretty confident on talking to strangers since I work in hospitality. We asked about the headphones they give and it was only for college students. It’s okay, I didn’t ask any questions after that. The guy just said “okay so they are bringing the stuff out.” But you can tell he urban slapped a smile on his face, but deep down he didn’t want to help us, possibly because of appearance and we weren’t well dressed like others, or didn’t look wealthy enough to afford it, who knows. Anyways this guy brought it out and we paid with separate cards since we were splitting it, and he wasn’t happy about it. What is the issue, i work as a server i split bills all the time, it’s not hard at all. Anyways we paid and then he didn’t give me a bag for either of my items. So I’m gonna walk out into the mall with my stuff out in the open, and who knows if someone will steal them. So I asked for a bag and he brought just one for the computer, and I had to ask again for another for one bag because I bought Apple TV as well. If you don’t like your job, then don’t do it. Just because we aren’t in our best attire doesn’t mean you have to ignore. One of the guys working was talking to his coworker and I was looking around, and he saw me but didn’t say anything. So we passed by and as soon as someone walked in he immediately greeted them. Honestly people it’s better just to order your stuff online and pick it up because it’ll make it much faster for you but I’m sure it’ll make them happier because then they won’t deal with you as much. I’m never going back again. I’d rather drive to another Apple store then deal with this again today.

I had sent in my Macbook Pro to be repaired here, and had no problems at all with the drop-off, the specialist that went over my problem and what they'd do to resolve it was great. But recently I needed to call in with a question in regards to my repair. When I called, nobody is answering the phone - the phone line just continually rings. That was yesterday. Today I tried again and this time - someone did pick up eventually (as I heard the background noise of the store) but then they hung up on me a few seconds after picking up the phone. I thought maybe that was a mistake, so I called again and this time, the line just ended suddenly while it was still ringing... Someone, in that store, is purposely hanging up the phone instead of answering it. I haven't even spoken to anyone from the store once, so it's not because of anything I had done (not that this'd be a good excuse anyway). I'll chalk it up to being an issue with this particular store, and not a reflection of Apple as a whole but nonetheless - it's an absolutely disgusting practice and completely ruins any good experience I had in-store.

I had an appointment at the time the store opened Sunday morning and was one of the many customers applauded as we walked into the store. Our family owns over 25 apple products (phones, ipads, ipods, iphones, apple tv,, etc). Given my background as a customer, I would think that Apple would have replaced my apple watch after it went black in the 13 month of ownership. It just stopped working. I was told I had to send it in and pay $300 for it to be fixed or replaced. I paid $600+ for a watch that I thought would last at least 3 years. The apple employee was unable to do anything but tell me that was my only choice. I left two email messages for customer service and never received a response. Unfortunately, when my friends ask me what I thought about my watch, I let them know my experience. The applause that I thought was nice really didn't meet my experience of customer appreciation.

Bought a Macbook Pro Touchbar 2016, had nothing but problems. Keyboard doesn't work properly and double types all the time. Went in for repair once and they blew out dust from the keyboard and said it's fixed. Few days later problem comes back. Now the issue happens on several keys and wastes so much time each day. Should not have to deal with keyboard issues on a laptop that cost about $3.5k USD.

After installing a screen protector on my “brand new” iPhone XR “from the box”, an Apple employee named Kevin accidentally dropped the phone and it bounced off a few times here and there on the table. I just couldn’t believe what I had seen! I told him to be careful with your customers’ belongings. Meaning treat people’s possessions with respect. But instead of apologizing and to my surprise, I heard something he said I wouldn’t believe. I don’t quite remember the “exact wordings”, but the meaning was: “Big deal! As I handled numerous of phones from people every day.” Then he just walked off. What a terrible experience! This is even worse than a brand new Apple product of mine dropped. The level of hurt is equally a slap on my face!

Surprised that I was not given the attention I scheduled for. I had scheduled an appointment days prior to my visit and confirmed my visit 1 hour before it was scheduled to have my iphone 7 inspected and possibly resolved. It was amazing to witness that their process can be improved because I had checked in twice and had showed up early to see if they can take care of my situation. I waited patiently until viewing 4 customers after me get taken care of and I still managed to wait 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I was done with this after driving out of my way 45 miles to be exact and to be given this type of service was really sad. Apple sells their items for so much and having to have work done to it appears to be quite a task. This will not happen again because I will not be visiting a apple store again. Why schedule an appointment only to be dismissed or ignored. To finish my visit that went terrible, I then receive a text stating that I they are soon ready for me after I had left and on the road because I have other committed obligations and could not wait any further. I was willing to leave the phone to them. I understand that they can be busy but there should be a better method to help customers in need.

Everytime I purchase something from the store, they just throw the product at you and make you to pickup. Also troubleshooting is worst and strongly they discourage from taking in for warranty repair....No courtesy of providing you a bag or cover etc to carry out your purchase...latest experience with Apple Watch... I have to force the individual to get me a carry bag to carry that long brick package. Something seriously wrong with the store or management, Apple cannot be this bad at this location.

The guy works here knows NOTHING! I am shocked and surprised. I wondering does Apple have training programs for these guys standing in the store??? I have difficulty open a website on iPhone and the guy in the store asked me to check with the website builders... then I did google search then fix the problem myself. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at an Apple store. I had scheduled an appointment with them for a cracked iPhone screen. I show up and they tell me my appointment cannot be found. Most likely cancelled by them. I show them the confirmation of the appointment and the staff is like sorry we can’t help you. This is completely ridiculous and utter waste of my time. I had to come 30 min from my home to this place and these folks completely wasted my time, and all that without a sense of apology or trying to solve the issue. Never coming back here. Very poor customer service. Bought an iPhone that lasted little over a year brought it in and had to pay $350 for a refurbished phone that they claim is a “new unused phone” but was not even in a regular iPhone box. Customer service and the store manager was not better to deal with. Definitely won’t recommend visiting this store and most definitely will be switching to another phone that can last more than 1 year. Very disappointed in the Apple experience at this store. 1 Star is too high by the way.

Arrogance is going to bite them in the butt! We spend hours on the phone to fix a defect with their products. They agree to replace, we go here after calling and driving 160 miles and made to wait 2 1/2 hours. Upon that they expected us to wait and 1 1/2 hours due to they say they will fix and not replace. They said you wait to get your oil change....arrogant and rude. Yeah a car place has you wait 20 minutes not a total of 4 hours of fathers day to fix their defect. Sad, used to be a great company...their arrogance will make them another company of the past....it will take them down as everyone I know is dropping them for the crappy service. Came here to buy a new phone (switching from Samsung) and was frustrated with the service... was waiting in a line 20 minutes which I found later was for the ones who ordered online and there is no sign for it... a guy there just said go to another line and thats it, they dont care about new customers. On another line someone gloomy, I asked her 3 times to explain something, she was like a robot looking at me... Only giving 2 stars cause someone called Aazaan did a great job (if everyone does the job as he then definetly 5 stars), otherwise even not 1... he explained everything in a really good way... The store employees are all young & don't know what they're doing, plus the place is packed & you have to wait a long time to even see anyone. The person who was assigned to help me said what I wasn't in stock, and that I needed to order online. When I tried to place my order, she kept clicking buttons I didn't want her to click. Then she got frustrated & just closed the browser halfway through. Rather than sign me out, she just closed the browser. I got frustrated and left without anything getting accomplished. I realized she left me signed in after I left, and when I called the store to ask them to check if I was still logged in, I gave a very detailed description of who I was working with, the manager who tried to help, and the exact location of where the laptop I used was. I called & they were no help. So, not only did I have to change my apple password, I had to change my PayPal password. I'm just crossing my fingers that nobody else in the store randomly opens the browser, see I'm logged in, and tries to buy something.

Sadly, I can not give this establishment a 5 star review. If apple would be interested in doing a major overhaul of any of their stores, they should begin with the Bellevue Square store. We have purchased thousands of dollars of product and recently purchased a lap top for one of our kids. This lap top has broken down 3 times in 2.5 years. We went in to get a replacement today and were told that they have to send it out one more time to their service department, but that it would be looked at by a higher tiered repair guys that are really good at what they do. I tried to talk to a manger, who spent the hour long visit there avoiding me, while he stood over the floor and did not help out any of his staff, or the multiple customers in there. Unfortunate experience overall and looks like it will be another 3-4 days before we get the computer back and I hope it comes back in time. I dont expect much. Service : one star Mangement: zero stars Overall products: 2 -3 stars. Attitude SUB PAR, would recommend a -2 star if that is an option

I had charging issue with my Iphone X. I went to genius bar asking for the estimate on replacing the lightning port. That genius technician told me that they wont do the charging port replacement but rather replace the entire motherboard for just 550$ plus tax? Am I an Idiot or what? phone is not even worth 550$ after 1.5 year After a couple of days, I went to a third party store, they replaced my lightning port for 60$ and its been working fantastic again.

I went to purchase a phone and I received very good service and help. The store was crowded so I expected I would have to wait since I didn’t have an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when I was approached by a salesperson coordinator within a few minutes. I waited 5 minutes until a salesperson became available to help me. I had a lot of questions and each question was answered patiently and knowledgeably. My overall experience was very good! P.S. just to note, I am a 60+ year old woman.

I went in to buy a present for a family member of mine, so we ended up buying a MacBook Air for her. At first we noticed that people were standing, and not doing anything but talking. I had to go up to someone and that’s fine, I’m pretty confident on talking to strangers since I work in hospitality. We asked about the headphones they give and it was only for college students. It’s okay, I didn’t ask any questions after that. The guy just said “okay so they are bringing the stuff out.” But you can tell he urban slapped a smile on his face, but deep down he didn’t want to help us, possibly because of appearance and we weren’t well dressed like others, or didn’t look wealthy enough to afford it, who knows. Anyways this guy brought it out and we paid with separate cards since we were splitting it, and he wasn’t happy about it. What is the issue, i work as a server i split bills all the time, it’s not hard at all. Anyways we paid and then he didn’t give me a bag for either of my items. So I’m gonna walk out into the mall with my stuff out in the open, and who knows if someone will steal them. So I asked for a bag and he brought just one for the computer, and I had to ask again for another for one bag because I bought Apple TV as well. If you don’t like your job, then don’t do it. Just because we aren’t in our best attire doesn’t mean you have to ignore. One of the guys working was talking to his coworker and I was looking around, and he saw me but didn’t say anything. So we passed by and as soon as someone walked in he immediately greeted them. Honestly people it’s better just to order your stuff online and pick it up because it’ll make it much faster for you but I’m sure it’ll make them happier because then they won’t deal with you as much. I’m never going back again. I’d rather drive to another Apple store then deal with this again today.

Service is awful. I really wish I could rate this store as zero. I made an appointment for 4:45, came in 15 min early to get checked in. They didn’t meet with me until 5:15. Then it took 45 minutes for them to reset my computer. Now it has to go back to the depot. Let me also mention that I just had them repair my computer, got it back less than 10 days ago and it froze. Now none of the keys work, I have no idea why (which is why I brought it in). I don’t even see what the point of making an appointment was if I was gonna have to wait 30 minutes anyways. There are more than enough employees working there, they just don’t seem to care about how much work they get done.

Despite being an Apple fan, I've had too many experiences that have only confused me here or it took way too long to get any service. This place is too busy for anyone who wants a quick answer and the different answers are so inconsistent that it's hard to walk away satisfied. I was also told I would get follow up the last time I came there and it didn't happen. Apple's good at leveraging the fact that consumers forget (eventually) despite the fact I've contributed at least $15,000 to the company in the past 5 years or so.

I called apple service line after my phone stopped charging and would not turn on after the battery replacement I got about a month ago. Rep told me he set up an appointment for me at 9am as soon as the store opened to get my phone serviced. But when I showed up at the store, appointment was never made for me, the employees were utterly helpless and not willing to help. Some even had condescending tone in their voice telling me that's not how it works. I had to sign up as walk in and been waiting well over an hour and still no help. I called apple line again to had them investigate why this happened, but that did nothing for my end. I also summoned store manager to explain what is going on, but he also did absolutely nothing. This store is filled with incompetent manager and employees.

Service was fast ~2 hours, but the phone I got back got scratches on the screen. Called them up yesterday(09/20) to confirm the availability of the new iPhone. Got a confirmation that they would have it today(09/21). Reached the store and the person in the store tells me, Oh! Secondly, I asked specifically, if I can reserve it and I was told that you will have to be at the store to buy a phone. The person at the store tells me, You must have called the customer care! Why tell us that you would be opening the store at 8 AM if you are not even going to have the stock! I thought that so many bad reviews might be because of the product, but apparently, IT IS AWFUL SERVICE that you get at the store. Took me 5 minutes to even get them to apologize for their mistake and wasting my time.

Went in to return an iPad. Was told they couldn't do it because the oder also included another item which hasn't been shipped. I was suggested to call 1800 apple number to request a return label instead of going to the Apple Store. Then I went to buy a usb-c to usb-a cable. Was given a usb instead, and then was told that the apple store doesn't carry this type of connector, and suggested me to go to BestBuy. I found the usb-c to usb-a cable two minute later on the wall shelf.

I waited for 4 hours to complete there first 2 steps and then was told that I should come next time as their engineers have enough work for the day and will not take long time next time as I already completed 2 steps. When I asked to buy something he was unable to do it as he wasn’t authorized to do it, yet he was helping people with their devices. They also aren’t very knowledgeable about their devices. They had to google the info on the devices. All around Apple is not worth the money. Windows and Microsoft are more user friendly and more common universally.

I had a terrible experience at this Apple store. I wanted to combine my business phone and my personal phone to a new iPhone Xs. I was reassured it was possible and proceeded to buy a new phone, set it up, and was told all I needed to do was go to AT&T and Verizon to complete the “eSim” set up. AT&T said we can’t do that yet, go to Verizon. Verizon said we can’t do that yet, go see AT&T. So back to the Apple store where they said, oh… sorry about that, the carriers are not ready yet, so your best bet is to wait and keep bugging your carriers. Of course this wasn’t mentioned until after I spent 1/2 hour setting up the phone, another hour running back and forth from AT&T/Verizon then another 1/2 hour at Apple, not to mention the $1400+ I spent on the third phone I get to carry around. APPLE MISREPRESENTED THEIR PRODUCT to me.

No respect for customers. We arranged an on-line appointment with them to fix a broken laptop at 11:00 AM. We got there, and they told us, "we're busy, wait for five more hours." No way, we asked for an appointment. A few months, later, my iPhone's battery broke. We contacted them, and they told us to drop by anytime we wanted for a new battery. Got there, and they told us the battery will be here in a few months. The staff was sarcastic and just went onto the next customer. All the other staff weren't even doing anything. That was it. This store's service is absolutely horrible, it only relies on the name of it's company. Go get yourself a Samsung Galaxy. This store's service is so much worse than all the other stores.

Service is awful. I really wish I could rate this store as zero. I made an appointment for 4:45, came in 15 min early to get checked in. They didn’t meet with me until 5:15. Then it took 45 minutes for them to reset my computer. Now it has to go back to the depot. Let me also mention that I just had them repair my computer, got it back less than 10 days ago and it froze. Now none of the keys work, I have no idea why (which is why I brought it in). I don’t even see what the point of making an appointment was if I was gonna have to wait 30 minutes anyways. There are more than enough employees working there, they just don’t seem to care about how much work they get done.

Went in to get my home button fix and was told that I would receive a text when my phone is ready for pick up. It took about 2 hours for them to get my phone fixed and I’m very happy with the fast and easy service this store provides

Despite being an Apple fan, I've had too many experiences that have only confused me here or it took way too long to get any service. This place is too busy for anyone who wants a quick answer and the different answers are so inconsistent that it's hard to walk away satisfied. I was also told I would get follow up the last time I came there and it didn't happen. Apple's good at leveraging the fact that consumers forget (eventually) despite the fact I've contributed at least $15,000 to the company in the past 5 years or so.

I called apple service line after my phone stopped charging and would not turn on after the battery replacement I got about a month ago. Rep told me he set up an appointment for me at 9am as soon as the store opened to get my phone serviced. But when I showed up at the store, appointment was never made for me, the employees were utterly helpless and not willing to help. Some even had condescending tone in their voice telling me that's not how it works. I had to sign up as walk in and been waiting well over an hour and still no help. I called apple line again to had them investigate why this happened, but that did nothing for my end. I also summoned store manager to explain what is going on, but he also did absolutely nothing. This store is filled with incompetent manager and employees.

Genie service scratched my phone while replacing battery... MY 6S phone was flawless when I decided to replace a battery on it. Service was fast ~2 hours, but the phone I got back got scratches on the screen. And yes, when I was handed the phone over, it obviously did not have any protection on, and it was dropped by the technician on the table face down, and slid over to me. Upset...

Called them up yesterday(09/20) to confirm the availability of the new iPhone. Got a confirmation that they would have it today(09/21). Reached the store and the person in the store tells me, Oh! We don't have it. You can go to the website and reserve it for tomorrow. Now, I did not call you yesterday for nothing! Secondly, I asked specifically, if I can reserve it and I was told that you will have to be at the store to buy a phone. The person at the store tells me, You must have called the customer care! NO, I DID NOT! I CALLED THE STORE! Got the number from the store info from the website! Why waste time of your customers if you are not going to have the stock. Why tell us that you would be opening the store at 8 AM if you are not even going to have the stock! I thought that so many bad reviews might be because of the product, but apparently, IT IS AWFUL SERVICE that you get at the store. Took me 5 minutes to even get them to apologize for their mistake and wasting my time.

Absolutely best customer service I’ve ever experienced! My Max had taken a fall, I brought it in for a replacement. Turned out to be cover by warranty, and after a hour and change waiting for a screen replacement, when I arrived back to the store to my surprise I was told that instead of replacing the defected/damaged part, I would be getting a brand new Max instead!! Mind blown!! Thank you specially to Javiér and staff.

Went in to return an iPad. Was told they couldn't do it because the oder also included another item which hasn't been shipped. I was suggested to call 1800 apple number to request a return label instead of going to the Apple Store. Then I went to buy a usb-c to usb-a cable. Was given a usb instead, and then was told that the apple store doesn't carry this type of connector, and suggested me to go to BestBuy. I found the usb-c to usb-a cable two minute later on the wall shelf.

She directed me towards Adam who this review is specifically meant for. Adams is a absolutely the biggest asset the store has. He’s friendly, suave and can help you with whatever you need. I’m not one to ever writes reviews but I want to make sure Apple knows how indespensle Adam really is.

I am incredibly frustrated by this store!!! We brought our daughters malfunctioning MacBook Pro in before she was leaving for college to find out if it was best to repair or to buy her a new one. They advised us that they would be able to repair. It was expensive (almost 500 dollars), but still cheaper than getting a new laptop, and they assured us it would be "like new". They did not get the repair done in time for her to take with her to school, but shipped it to her. It still didn't work. In fact the exact same issue was there the minute she tried to use it. Clearly it hadn't been repaired, and also it hadn't been tested. We called the store hoping to get a refund for the repair so that we could go and get her a new laptop (we were out of state in CA). We spent tons of time on the phone and finally spoke to a manager (I believe her name was Kristin). She refused to refund the repair fee, but wanted us to call Apple Care to speak to them about the issue. After 30 minutes on hold, they finally told us that there was no one there that could help us. Several phone calls later, she suggested that if we bring the computer in to prove it is not working she might be willing to give us a refund for the repair work. We told her we would be happy even with store credit as we just want to get her a new computer so she has one for college! We had to get the computer back to Washington state and took it to the Bellevue Square store where they confirmed that it was indeed not working. Instead of giving us a refund for the faulty repair, they insisted on trying to repair it. We are so frustrated!!! My daughter starts classes tomorrow and has no computer, and any verbal agreement to give us a repair refund was not honored. Now we wait (still have not had the issue resolved) to find out if they have repaired it. I only hope that they will be willing to ship it back to her for free...but I highly doubt it based on the other incompetence that surrounded this event. We have purchased countless items from this store--computers, several laptops and 4 I-phones. I do not feel as though I can ever shop here again.

If I could rate this place no stars I would but unfortunately I can’t, dealt with the worst experience of my life here at this location and even went to Erik frank, the manager of this place for help. Help he couldn’t manage to handle so much, patronize me he had no problem. Such a sad individual, not only do I feel bad for his customers, but also his staff and anybody who has to come in contact with him on a personal basis, i will never ever come back here again. I get apppe has flaws, I get customer service isn’t easy. But what Erik did today was just flat out the biggest blatant disrespect I’ve ever faced in my life and the worst experience I’ve ever had at any location. Apple would be smart to replace this manager with someone suitable and deserving of the job. Erik surely is not. Good luck Bellevue. All I can say is I’m so happy this only lasted a day and i do not ever have to comeback here again if I do not choose. Some of the residents unfortunately have no other choice.

Great customer service but if you're pressed for time don't schedule an appointment. They told me my phone would be ready at 3:15 it's now almost 4 and I've had 4 people tell me my phone was ready but nobody is bringing it out to me, ok they finally brought my phone out and said they couldn't fix it. I have at least two hour drive to get home in traffic. These people are very incompetent! I will never buy another Apple product. It takes me two hours round trip to get to thos store so it's 8 hours of my life completely wasted I will never get back.

my worst lack of customer service pain event ever, worse than Century Link cable pain experience, spent there two hours and still did not get my Iphone fixed. lots of salespeople ready to ring up 500 or 1000 sales but just ONE Geek expert and ONE Macbook expert at their flagship store. Needed a replacement SIM card tray for an iPhone 8. Spent over 20 minutes on the phone to see if they had one in stock, and rep on the phone told me he was unable to check that. Went into the store, to get the only part on a phone you can lose, replaced. Still took 20 minutes. APPLE people, if you listen to these, the Lego store has you beat on service. If you need a replacement lego, you can order it online or go into the store pick it out of a bin and pay for it. 2 minutes tops. Why do you let your organization get away with this?? I can help you get back to basics, let me know if you need a customer service professional help you with your service processes. There is no real reason why the world's most profitable company can't be a customer service leader.

Completely inconsiderate of a customer whose brand new $2300 Mac Pro with a failed SSD. Will lose all of my data. Refused to accommodate us dropping off computer early in spite of an already scheduled appointment. Not to mention the entitled and nasty attitude of the so-called “genius”. Do not go here. Can't buy phone in-store, okay, whatever, so I asked an employee when pickup orders arrive and he said he doesn't know? Then why is he working in the apple store? Later I figured out how pickup worked and ordered a phone for pickup that day since I was still in the downtown area. Pickup didn't work at all but I blame Apple in general not this store in particular (as it seemed to be an online order issue,) so I won't deduct points for that; I just wish that Apple would've emailed me but again, not blaming this store. They quickly resolved my issues and I was able to purchase the new phone which almost made up for the horrible experience.

I heard that the new iPhone came out today so decided to drop in and buy it. When I got there at around 11AM the question was not too long and they registeredy request and asked me to come for collecting between 12.30 to 1. I told them I wanted to trade in my phone and they said it would be no issue and I should get it traded in when I came for collection. There was nothing mentioned on state of phone. When I came at 12.30, there was a long que for collection. I had a flight to catch and had to leave for the airport at 2.30, so I decided to wait. After a 1.30 hr wait, finally my turn came when they told me they could not trade in my phone because it's battery was bloated and the screen had come out. I then want d a lesser spec phone. They told me I would have to wait for another 2 hrs. I have a few issues with the whole experience: 1. They could have easily looked at my trade in phone in the morning and informed me it couldn't be traded in. Alternatively, they could have told me the rules for trade in. Even their website did not mention any rules for trade in. 2. When they call a person at 12.30 to 1, it's not that they don't know how many people to expect. They can simply tell the person to come at 2. 3. Why does a person have to stand in a que to collect the phone. Can't they just message the customer when he is close to the begining of the que. 4. Even after you reach the front of the que, they take20 mins to get the phone for their back office. How can it possibly take20 mins to go in and get a phone. It's not that they have 100s of SKUs.

I walked away without a phone and Apple did not receive my $800.00. Usually your tech people are really good. Went in to go get a MacBook charger with my mum. Many employees not working just walking around or standing there, but no single one of them greeted us while we stood there for at least 30 seconds. They we walked our way to the shelf and I was looking at the 40w, 60w and 85w, and wondering what’s the difference. Again, many staff around the shelf not exactly doing anything, and no one seemed to care. You know when you can feel someone who doesn’t give a *self-censorship* so you just do want to have anything to do with them? I went with my gut and selected the 60w charger and my mum asked a random not-exactly-working staff where to pay. The guy randomly pointed towards another who apparently was busy talking to a customer. My mom walked there and asked the other guy if we could check out here. The other guy looked totally confused, and finally another staff stepped in and said she could take care of us. (My mum didn’t know any staff with a Black machine thing can do that.) Did Apple paid the staff to cat-walk in their store? This is the worst customer services I’ve experienced in years, and I cannot believe it is coming from a international brand like Apple. If you don’t care, then people will eventually stop caring about your products as well.

The new iPhone 11 is coming out today and the line is super crazy. I have been due for phone change for a while now since I have an old iPhone 6, but cannot believe people have been standing in line for so long. They might be in the same boat as me. Anyhow, I don’t know how having 3 cameras is going to improve my quality of life. I just needed a new phone and hence the long wait. I might switch to Android at some point. This Apple hype is driving me crazy.

They told me my phone would be ready at 3:15 it's now almost 4 and I've had 4 people tell me my phone was ready but nobody is bringing it out to me, ok they finally brought my phone out and said they couldn't fix it. I have at least two hour drive to get home in traffic. These people are very incompetent! I will never buy another Apple product. It takes me two hours round trip to get to thos store so it's 8 hours of my life completely wasted I will never get back.

my worst lack of customer service pain event ever, worse than Century Link cable pain experience, spent there two hours and still did not get my Iphone fixed. lots of salespeople ready to ring up 500 or 1000 sales but just ONE Geek expert and ONE Macbook expert at their flagship store. Hey you self-manage yourself and do this or that and let me not use my expertise to fix your expensive iPhone^s. Needed a replacement SIM card tray for an iPhone 8. Spent over 20 minutes on the phone to see if they had one in stock, and rep on the phone told me he was unable to check that. Went into the store, to get the only part on a phone you can lose, replaced. Still took 20 minutes. APPLE people, if you listen to these, the Lego store has you beat on service. If you need a replacement lego, you can order it online or go into the store pick it out of a bin and pay for it. 2 minutes tops. Why do you let your organization get away with this?? I can help you get back to basics, let me know if you need a customer service professional help you with your service processes. There is no real reason why the world's most profitable company can't be a customer service leader.

Completely inconsiderate of a customer whose brand new $2300 Mac Pro with a failed SSD. Will lose all of my data. Refused to accommodate us dropping off computer early in spite of an already scheduled appointment. Not to mention the entitled and nasty attitude of the so-called “genius”. Do not go here. Do not even humor them. There is a reason why thousands of reviews have tanked them down to 2.7/5 stars. I think personally it should be lower.

Can't buy phone in-store, okay, whatever, so I asked an employee when pickup orders arrive and he said he doesn't know? Then why is he working in the apple store? Later I figured out how pickup worked and ordered a phone for pickup that day since I was still in the downtown area. Pickup didn't work at all but I blame Apple in general not this store in particular (as it seemed to be an online order issue,) so I won't deduct points for that; I just wish that Apple would've emailed me but again, not blaming this store. They quickly resolved my issues and I was able to purchase the new phone which almost made up for the horrible experience.

I heard that the new iPhone came out today so decided to drop in and buy it. When I got there at around 11AM the question was not too long and they registeredy request and asked me to come for collecting between 12.30 to 1. I told them I wanted to trade in my phone and they said it would be no issue and I should get it traded in when I came for collection. There was nothing mentioned on state of phone. When I came at 12.30, there was a long que for collection. I had a flight to catch and had to leave for the airport at 2.30, so I decided to wait. After a 1.30 hr wait, finally my turn came when they told me they could not trade in my phone because it's battery was bloated and the screen had come out. I then want d a lesser spec phone. They told me I would have to wait for another 2 hrs. I have a few issues with the whole experience: 1. They could have easily looked at my trade in phone in the morning and informed me it couldn't be traded in. Alternatively, they could have told me the rules for trade in. Even their website did not mention any rules for trade in. 2. When they call a person at 12.30 to 1, it's not that they don't know how many people to expect. They can simply tell the person to come at 2. 3. Why does a person have to stand in a que to collect the phone. Can't they just message the customer when he is close to the begining of the que. 4. Even after you reach the front of the que, they take20 mins to get the phone for their back office. How can it possibly take20 mins to go in and get a phone. It's not that they have 100s of SKUs.

I tried to buy an Iphone 8 Plus tonight and the salesperson could not access my account after an hour of fussing around with different passwords. I walked away without a phone and Apple did not receive my $800.00. Usually your tech people are really good. I really wanted to take great photos for Christmas with the new technology so this was very disappointing.

Very disappointing service! Went there to fix the iPhone issue. They told me to wait hours to be able to talk to the technicians!!! Or schedule it for another day! Get lost amongst the sheep. Massive Apple temple in the bleeding heart of Bellevue Square. Apple faithful worship at multiple alters of identical items, each sold at it's list price. Looking for discounts? Look elsewhere, heathen. Getting service is next to impossible, unless you offer your first born as a sacrifice to a Genius. Many have.

Miserable experience with staff, concluding with store manager, Eric (sp?). End result is 13 year old child now has anything but apple product mindset. Products are awesome, customer service very much lacking, at least at this store.

Went in to go get a MacBook charger with my mum. Many employees not working just walking around or standing there, but no single one of them greeted us while we stood there for at least 30 seconds. They we walked our way to the shelf and I was looking at the 40w, 60w and 85w, and wondering what’s the difference. Again, many staff around the shelf not exactly doing anything, and no one seemed to care. You know when you can feel someone who doesn’t give a *self-censorship* so you just do want to have anything to do with them? I went with my gut and selected the 60w charger and my mum asked a random not-exactly-working staff where to pay. The guy randomly pointed towards another who apparently was busy talking to a customer. My mom walked there and asked the other guy if we could check out here. The other guy looked totally confused, and finally another staff stepped in and said she could take care of us. (My mum didn’t know any staff with a Black machine thing can do that.) Did Apple paid the staff to cat-walk in their store? This is the worst customer services I’ve experienced in years, and I cannot believe it is coming from a international brand like Apple. If you don’t care, then people will eventually stop caring about your products as well.

The new iPhone 11 is coming out today and the line is super crazy. I have been due for phone change for a while now since I have an old iPhone 6, but cannot believe people have been standing in line for so long. They might be in the same boat as me. Anyhow, I don’t know how having 3 cameras is going to improve my quality of life. I just needed a new phone and hence the long wait. I might switch to Android at some point. This Apple hype is driving me crazy.
