The staff there are technically very incapable. I have a window 7 upgraded to window 10, it crashed, I asked them to restore the system since I have a lot of programs and data. They could not restore, instead, they trashed and reinstall a new windows.

A very busy store. Slightly more helpful than the Apple store nearby, but this is not the place for those of us who need serious guidance or hand holding. Know what you want before you come in to buy it.

Excellent service, knowledgeable people. Their attitude is customer oriented and they genuinely try to resolve your problem. The managers and tech people are not afraid to use their initiatives. They really are excellent representatives for Microsoft. And they eat apple for lunch :-)

Walked in just to check out a computer I was interested in and the employees were very helpful and friendly. I didn't feel overly pressured to buy anything and I was comfortable to walk up and ask further questions.

I won't recommend the store very poor customer service i was transferred to 3 different employees and right next to me 3 more were playing on there phones while the store was full with people and while i was asking them for help the person that was suppose to help me was constantly doing something else while he was helping me so to say and he didn't even know how to plug in my device and they almost broke the back of my Microsoft surface by slamming it i will never go there and i don't recommend poor customer service and technical skills all the time they were call microsoft call microsoft

Poor costumer service, disorganized, I had an appointment at 6 pm, arrived at 5:30 . they said you are early and you have to wait until 6 pm in not a friendly way. I waited until 6 and nobody came back to me until I asked again for help. My surface pro 3 had issues with the kickstand as it was not closing. They refused to fix it or replace the devise despite it was under warranty. They said it is a cosmetic issue??? I resolved the issue with Microsoft support online who was great and my devise got replaced as it should be. Would not come to this store any more. Hope Microsoft would work on improving customer service in their stores to match the quality of their new devices.

Picked up an Xbox One S there. Nice little selection of Surface Laptops and other Microsoft gear. The store was much smaller than I anticipated, at least when compared to the Apple store in the same mall. This was the first time I ever visited a Microsoft and Apple stores. Honestly, I wasnt exactly wowed by the atmosphere there but it was still cool to be in one.

Terrible customer service. I was there checking out one of the gaming laptops they have. I was genuinely looking to purchase one but nobody approached me in the 20 minutes I was there. My guess is that they assumed I would not buy anything because of my age. Went online to make my purchase where the live chat agents are more efficient than the people on the store. Sad indeed...

Very poor customer service by a very poorly trained manager. I called up the store to enquire about the trade in offer for note 10+ and was given the trade in value of $650 for my iPhone. I booked my appointment for the trade in based on the value they provided to me on my phone. Upon arrival I was greeted with a very rude and uncooperative store manager(Yash). I won’t be going to any Microsoft stores going forward. Apple’s customer service by far is the best compared to these noobs. They should take a tip or 2 from apple to learn how to treat customers.

The Microsoft store had a good selection of computers, however when i asked if they had the latest version of the laptop i was looking for they only had last years model which was unfortunate. prices were all msrp and there was no real sale. I'd recommend going if you need something explained to you, or if you live in the area and like being able to go into stores to return anything.

I can see why everyone is saying customer service is not that great here. I went there and looked around wanting to buy something and i see the workers there just standing in a circle talking to each other and not greeting anyone that walks in. I finally found what i was looking for and then i had to approach then to get service. I guess they don't have supervisor??? But either way as i was getting checked out they don't handle your items with care either. Im happy they finally have a store near me but they need to step up there customer service otherwise ill just keep going to the tysons store.

Called ahead to try out Oculus Rift. Was told to come on down. A 45-minute trip later, I’m told that it’s in storage and not available for demos as it would take too long to setup. Tried the holo lens instead - which I wanted to like - but found it unintuitive and cumbersome, and anyway no replacement for the Rift demo I travelled to try. Overall a waste of time and attention.

My family has purchased many computers from this store over the past few years and continue to be impressed with the products. excellellent service and support. Excellent tech support staff, in particular EJ had helped unpack questions about Microsoft personal and corporate accounts logins and Office 365. Real expertise. Would come again for help or check out new gadgets. While the store is one of the smallest, it's well laid out.

Microsoft Word has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't know why our society is stuck with using Microsoft Office. Apple is 100 times easier, and their salespeople and tech people are competent. I have been transferred at least seven times. Nobody knows what they're doing. It's demoralizing.

Excellent expertise and helpful staff. I came in with a computer that needed to be updated to Windows 10. EJ helped me and demonstrated such competence that I came back with two more computers in another appointment. He expertly loaded the software, checked to make sure all the drivers were working [Something I would not know to do with a download] and then turned me over to Fathtiye who helped me get the best deal on Office 365, one that saved me hundreds of dollars! I cannot tell you how pleasant and helpful the staff was. I watched them assisting other customers and we all felt the service was supreme.

THEY SUCK! For my 11th birthday last year, I asked a staff for the Minecraft XBOX One S, They said no they just ran out and they also told me to go to another store. Then I asked another staff and they said they had 11 of them! They are liars!!!!!! DONT GO THERE

Visited this store on Thursday, December 27, 2018. 6-8 or more employees all standing shoulder-to-shoulder at a single taket, talking & carrying on like employees at the company happy hour, all the while ignoring customers as an inconvenience. The only employee talking with customers confessed to being new & unable to answer my questions when I finally got a moment of her time. She asked a more senior colleague for assistance & the answer to my question (about the price of upgrading Microsoft Office) was that I should look for a customer service phone number on the website. So unless you're buying online & picking up at the store & have no product questions, ofI suggest buying from Best Buy & working with the Microsoft rep there. By the way, I have giving negative reviews but this can't be overlooked.

I went because I had a broken screen, the lady helped me really said upfront that they don't fix to go somewhere else and see if they fix it. I wish they would have said that in the beginning save me a trip, instead she took my info and said someone will send me a quote on a new computer, I'm still waiting it's been 3 weeks.

Great experience. I appreciate my sales rep and business manager for the knowledgeable customer service and quick seamless point of sale process. I also liked I was able to use my rewards credit card with Samsung Pay for double points. The Surface Book 2 is every bit of the speed, performance, functionality, style, capacity, and design I needed. Why pay for a laptop when you can get a more powerful Surface Book 2 that also converts into 4 other devices into one for less. The i7 core processor and better graphics cards is worth the extra money.

My boyfriend and I came here yesterday (July 20) due to an issue he was having with his SurfacePro charger. We were immediately greeted and the greeter helped us make an appointment for just one hour later. When we came back for our appointment, Shivarn (I think this is his name - nametag was cut off!) told us he'd be helping us, got us waters, and dove in to fix the issue. He was kind, professional and helpful! He was able to tell us what the problem was (broken charger) and then checked out my boyfriends SurfacePro to make sure everything on the computer was working OK. He reminded him about updating his computer, recommended getting a screen protector at some point and just had general great advice about the device! It wasn't pushy or sales-y it was just super helpful! Definitely recommend requesting your next appointment with Shivarn. Thanks so much!

Good service. Staff was pleasant but while I was sitting there they seemed to be more interested in getting the sale than understanding the user's need. I came to replace my laptop after it was consistently bluescreening. Felt like the manager didn't want me to replace, but I got what I wanted in the end anyways. Overall it was a good experience, but I think they should emphasize more on the customer's needs and wants than pushing a sale.
