The best Dyson buying experience. I have gone to other places and websites to buy Dyson products before and by far this is the best venue. Guillermo the manager and his staff waffaa were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They know their products better than online support and other different Brand name home product stores. A very nice experience on a crowded holiday season. I highly recommend the Tyson’s Dyson store.

They have the units available for you to use on different types of debris and surfaces. the staff are very knowledgeable and answer all of your questions in great detail. In fact they have units themselves and they can speak from experience on how they use it and how practical the units are.

While shopping at Tysons Corner in mid-November, I was surprised to see a Dyson store. Having never been in one, I wanted to take a look. The store is well laid out and rather fun - you get to test drive all of the Dyson products before purchase, including vacuums, fans, and even hair products. Everyone at the store is super friendly and ready to help. I wound up purchasing a travel bag for the Dyson hair dryer. I went home and being preoccupied with the holidays, I never even took it out of the shopping bag. Fast forward - almost a month since purchase, I'm starting to organize things and realize that the box is empty! The travel bag was missing from the box. I called the store and the store manager was THE BEST. He assured me he’d take care of the situation, going above and beyond. This has been one of the best customer service experiences EVER, even better than Amazon! I know I will always visit this store for all my Dyson purchases in the future! Thank you Guillermo and team for your great customer service experience!

I live an hour away from this store but really wanted a dyson humidifier so I called to see if they had one in store to purchase before driving an hour to the store to buy it and the lady I spoke to said they did and that it was on sale. I drove an hour to the store and they didn’t have it available and said they had sold their last one days ago... friendly people but she should have checked to ensure they had one in the store instead of just telling me they did so I could’ve saved myself the hour drive for nothing

Very nice place and a good customer service experience. I had a Dyson vacuum cleaner V6 and went there to get some updates on newer generation. Waffaa was super helpful and provided me with excellent overview of new products, prices, deals and extra accessories.
