A few years ago I built my own PC and I did love it though some of the components I had to skimp on because I couldn't afford everything I wanted at the time. Fast forward to November 2017 I bought a pre-built Tower from Computer Upgrade King off of Amazon and it came in a Corsair Spec Alpha red and black case. It also came with an MSI Pro carbon gaming rgb motherboard a intel 600p 512gb nvme M.2 Drive and a 4 terabyte SSD hybrid Drive with a GTX 1080, 32 GB of team group Vulcan memory a 500 watt PSU, an i7 7700k Kaby Lake psu with corsair watercooler. I was first hesitant to buy a PC online but when I read the specs and went through everything back then for me to buy all those components in to install it probably would have cost as much if not more plus all the headache of installing software. Though I did get rid of my 1080 GPU for a 1060 GPU since I only game at 1080 I got some money back which did cut down on the price some. But overall this thing has been amazing. I absolutely love my computer, it's my other baby (besides my daughter) the only thing I would like to update is the PSU with a modular one as I do not like the colored cables showing though I'm able to hide them behind the motherboard so you can't see them. But this computer just performs so well I love gaming on it I can't say enough about how good this thing is. I don't have to worry about anything, everything was installed correctly. I don't ever have any errors or blue screens of death. It just performs outstanding and it's over a year-and-a-half old now. I wanted a computer I wouldn't have to update for a looong time and this is it. The drives are big enough I put the operating system and other essential programs on the m.2 Drive and all my games and pictures and videos and everything I download goes on my 4 terabyte hybrid SSD. $3,000 is pretty high for a tower alone. But a year-and-a-half later and not having to worry about updating anything at all is awesome. That's what I was looking for and that's what I got. The only thing I might update a couple years down the road is a better GPU and get a higher resolution monitor but I'm loving my cheap 29in ultrawide right now. So if you're looking for a company who builds great computers with quality components that you don't have to worry about 4+ years down the road, this company is it. I love you guys thank you.

CROOKS! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I purchased an MSI Apache Pro from them for $1200. The computer has both a HD and SSD but within a week, the SSD malfunctioned. They sent me a new drive, I had it installed, and 3 days later, the whole system crashes again. This time I called them to see what they could do since it was a brand new purchase... they said I needed to send it back to them and they would replace the bad drive again, and restore the system. They then informed me that this would take a month to complete. I sent it back to them as they instructed, they "fixed" it, I got it back, and it worked great for two months. (I had only used it for streaming Netflix so far because I wanted to be sure it was functioning before I started my editing work) Then, crash again! This time the HD.. This is ridiculous! They advertised this laptop to be 100% new, and then they upgraded on top of that.... obviously that was a lie. The 4th time I contacted them, I was told that repairs are no longer covered... so realistically, they took my $1200, sold me a faulty product, and then refused to stand behind the work they did on the product.Considering it never worked correctly I asked for a refund.. again, they do not feel they need to offer that. The repair shop here in LA said the upgrades were done incorrectly from the start, and that any reputable company would have continued to fix it until it was working. I guess these guys are just more interested in stealing from people. DO NOT LET THEM STEAL FROM YOU! I am also filing a complaint with the better business bureau. They have now offered to repair the computer again.. I will keep this updated on the progress.

These guys are the best.I messed up on my order I first ordered my computer and wanted to upgrade and they were very helpful in working with me to straighten everything out to my satisfaction. Even though this took a little doing. then they turned around and built the computer in one day and had it shipped out the next. above and beyond..Upon arrival there was a problem with the computer in the end we found out a cable had come loose. They took the time to walk me through possible fixes before my having to send the computer back. They were patient and professional with me. I had to send the computer back which was unfortunate but upon arrival they fixed the computer the same day they received it and shipped it out the following. There have been a few unavoidable bumps in the road. They have handled everything with grace and ease. My next computer will be another computer upgrade King computer. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. The computer itself is a beautiful thing. From its design to its function it's top-of-the-line at an affordable price. Couldn't be happier with the final result.

If possible, I would give 6 out of 5 stars or 11 out of 10 stars. I have nothing but a great experience dealing with this company. First of all, I love my Gigabyte gaming laptop I bought from them and it was smooth sailing from inquiry to purchase to delivery. But that was over 3 years ago. Just recently. Recently I started having problems with vertical lines on the screen and then it just went black. I contacted Computer Upgrade King saying I know this is beyond the warranty period, but I just want to see if I could get the issue fixed. They asked questions and talked me through some possible fixes I might be able to do myself. After those were unsuccessful, they said I could mail it to them, and they could give me a price on fixing it. After doing so they stayed in communications in a very friendly and professional way explaining each step of the way. Finally, they let me know it was a mount on my display cable and they had fixed it free of charge and were shipping it back to me free of charge. Remember this is outside the warranty, and they could have said it was blah, blah, blah and would cost $329 or something and I would never have known. I would have paid it because it was a $1700 laptop. I think this speaks volumes to their business practices and business ethics. I wish other companies could take lessons on how to do ”Customer Care” Thank you Computer Upgrade Kings!

I have my third RMA in one year period. For the second RMA I had to pay 140$ for the fix which was caused by glue not attaching plastic to the screen. They fixed the laptop plastic near the screen, but then camera and microphone stopped working. I highly do not recommend this company and its products.

They upgraded my new laptop cheaper than I could have done it myself. When my Asus blew a speaker, the customer service at Asus told me to send it in but to take all upgrades out before doing so. Concerned I would not get back the same laptop I called CUK. Their customer service is top tier and offered to take care of the warranty claim with Asus for me. They sent me a shipping label and emails of the progress. Laptop is back and working like new. I can not recommend them enough!

They made not excuses, just wanted to make me happy by fixing the issues i had. Very willing to see the repairs to the end. Great prices great people. Ordered a desktop with a ryzen 7 and a gtx 1080 received the product in record time and got exactly what I asked for. The computer came packed very well there was no damage during shipping and everything checked good when I booted the system up. Very disappointed with the product they sell and customer service they provide. Bought a laptop from them less than 1.5 years ago and have been riddled with issues since day one. Have sent my laptop back to them twice within first year. The computer randomly crashes. First laptop charger died within not even year. They sent a second one that was supposedly 'lying around' and that died within less than 9 months. Now they are not picking up my phone calls and emails are that its not their problem and I have to buy from somewhere else. Never buy anything from them.

I tried CUK. I read the reviews, the vast majority are positive and most of the negative ones are people with lower tech skills creating mostly their own problems. I had them upgrade a GE62VR from msi with a 500gb ssd. The SSD was name brand, "Crucial" the same brand I use in my desktop builds. They aren't using cheap stuff. The laptop came and you could obviously tell it was new. Registered fine with MSI, windows acivated everything was fine. The specs of a similar computer from exotic costs $1700 I paid $1300. I contacted them before buying because I like to know who I am doing business with and they were very nice. I tested their computer knowledge with some questions I knew the answer to and they know what they are doing. Whole lot more personal than the geeks, geniuses or talking to someone off shore. As someone who works in a tech field I am very happy with this company and am glad to support a small company who does great work at better prices! Also, in response to the other poster if your laptop ejects llamas, that's not a bad thing they are expensive. Sell them.

This company has the absolute BEST customer service! They are so fast to respond to every question and are happy to help in any way possible. I bought a custom gaming tower from them and they do a full inspection of the custom tower with their techs before shipping it to you. The tech leaves a check off list to show that he has tested and signs off on it that the computer passed every stress test. They sure know what they are doing and I can't say enough about how awesome this company and their computer products are. If you want the best of the best look no further!!! Don't hesitate to order with this company, I did hours of research and took a risk with this company because there wasn't very many reviews and I am so glad that I did. They are the best! Had nothing but a good experience with this place. I ordered my Asus ROG G751 through them on Amazon, everything was packaged nicely, they gave me a 3 year modified comonent warranty and was delerivered early. The only gripe I have is the storage access panel was left partially open but other then that everything is great. I would totally buy from them again.

Won an auction for a used MSI Leopard Pro gaming laptop on ebay for a good deal. The laptop was even nicer than advertised -- seemed to be brand new. A couple of months later, I also received a free MSI laptop bag and a few other goodies directly from CUK with no prompting from me. Would have been nice to get notice that they shipped it, if only to ensure I could receive it, but the gesture was very much appreciated none-the-less. I would definitely buy from them again.
