Based on a friend's recommendation, I began working with Paul a couple of years ago. He does a superb job: he has restored my PC to health when problems have arisen, he has set up a maintenance routine to keep things working optimally, he explains things clearly to a tech-dumbo like me, he is genuinely interested in delivering good service and value (which he does indeed). Oh, forgot to mention a very important point: he comes to my home to work with the computer-critter & me. So, unlike many computer services, I do not have to leave my PC somewhere for any period of time - Paul comes here and gets things done efficiently. I am entirely pleased with Paul's expertise and service. I recommend him highly to others.
