The Iguys, Bill and Brian are terrific! They are all you could hope for in an Apple product repair shop: friendly, oh-so knowledgeable, quick to get the job done, return phone calls promptly, and honest with fair pricing. Bill took the time to explain everything to me including some software tips. Great hours also …. feels good to know they are there when you need them! In a word (or three) SUPER RELIABLE GUYS! DSM

CHIP AND OLLIE

I had them replace a cracked phone screen and everything seemed good until the screen fell out a month later and broke again, except worse this time. They have no warranties so they won't replace their mistake. I paid for service with no service rendered. Iguys owe me a new phone.

Take note all, the iGuys have moved. The business is NOT in North Conway and one of my pictures shows the previous venue. However, iGuys are now in Conway, NH, technically on Pleasant Street at number 24, but their suite is behind the building and clearly marked. Greenwood Avenue intersects Pleasant Street, their venue is directly on the opposite side of this intersection, but the entrance is BEHIND the building. See my new images of the exterior facade of the building. By the way, I am ramping up for a new projects. The only people that I would trust are Brian and Bill who comprise the iGuys. My goals is to upgrade my traditional platter drive to a full TB SSD. So upon completion, I will no longer need to buy a $5000 iMac Pro! Also, it's only a six minute walk from my house, so I'm thrilled to have the iGuys in my neighborhood! If you don't trust the iGuys, then you'll not trust anyone. In my opinion, Brian and Bill do a better job than Apple and I consider myself a tough consumer! Since I am a photographer, I'll post a shot later. However, I want to describe the service that I received yesterday and previously. I have operated in the Mac platform for years and I AM NOT a neophyte. I run BootCamp, but suddenly the Mac side of my hard drive would boot to a black screen, but events were occurring. I tried all my resources and considered Apple Care in Portland. However, I checked with iGuy's Tech Shop first. I received an immediate email response. Brian explained that they would be closed for Thanksgiving, but were open all day. He also suggested that I arrive at opening, 10 AM. He checked hard drive sectors and was able to reinstall system software directly over previous system software, so few files were lost. The entire process took four hours. Yes, much of the time is waiting for hardware analysis and the time to reinstall software. However, the total charge was only $50.00! I am SO GLAD that I didn't travel to Portland. This is a professional business with outstanding skills and reasonable pricing. If you have issues with ANY Mac product, see the iGuy's. I have a recent experience (week of August 1, 2018) that is noteworthy regarding replacement of a Fusion Drive in a 2014 iMac. Bill and Brian carry 1 TB SSDs in stock. My Fusion Drive was acting strangely and I do not currently have the funds to spring for an iMac Pro, starting at 5K. So, the next best option at a fraction of the cost of a new iMac Pro was replacement of the Fusion HD with a fully solid state drive. Also, that would afford me the SSD from the Fusion configuration. Granted, with many visitor, busy has been brisk and Brian was working alone on Monday. I dropped the iMac off late Monday morning and Brian anticipated a quick turnaround. The installation was completed and thoroughly tested by Thursday. Brian and Bill ALWAY test equipment thoroughly prior to releasing it. And, they stand behind their work. Could I have completed the installation? I could, but I have not done this specific work previously. In that case, I defer to the experts. Why? Because they've done many of these swaps and can complete the task more efficient and with greater care. Such was the case with my order and I am extraordinarily pleased by their competence, honesty, and attention to task. Be smart and consider the benefits. By the way, and I noted this previously, Brian and Bill are NO LONGER in North Conway; they are located in Conway off of Pleasant Street.

Just had a great experience with these guys. Patient, helpful, kind, hard-working and efficient -- They took an ancient Mac and converted it into a new, smooth, fast machine in one day! There was some data lost in the transfer (no fault of theirs), but they felt bad, so gave me a huge discount. I can't recommend them highly enough -- absolutely great experience.

Bill was able to take my iphone, which had sustained some damage, and replace the screen and battery. He encountered obstacles along the way, but was able to successfully restore the phone. It took more time than he initially anticipated and was very fair about the price. I couldn't have been more pleased!

These guys are terrific. I first brought my iphone to Brian and he put a new battery into my phone and it works perfectly. I also learned how to preserve my battery for a longer life. Then I gave my mac to Brian and he did all the diagnostics and then added some programs to it. My computer is working better than when I first bought it and I would highly recommend iguys tech. They are really terrific.

Very bad customer service I asked for receipt for parts of my Mac book pro which one they changed new and the guy was only interested to take money from me I asked again for that and he said he does keep records of their customers for years but didn’t provide me bill or receipt of that work so that means something sketchy about works

Just had my daughters laptop repaired by IGuys Tech Brian and Bill were very professional and easy to communicate with in regards to our issue. They diagnosed and came up with a few different options for us to choose from. All of which were fair and reasonable in price. Turnaround time for the option we chose was less the 48hrs. This was critical as she had school work that need to be turned in by the weekend on her laptop As I am in Connecticut and dealing with this problem on the phone they could have easily taken advantage of the situation. I highly recommend them and should the need arise, we will definitely use them again

I'm super busy at work so IT guys set me up with a loner. In and out of the office in 10 minutes. They dropped off my recently turned brick iPhone 7 with UPS and started my claim with AppleCare. When I came back to pick up my refurbished IPhone it was ready to go with all my pics and contacts uploaded. I had a loner phone for almost 3 weeks. Not sure why it was so long but all that service cost me $65. Money well spent in my book. They've also replaced a broke screen on last phone which was an iPhone6 for $125. Both experiences were excellent. True profesionals here.

Knowledgeable and very generous. Highly recommended. I forgot my Mac charger on the way up to leafpeeping. I called iGuys but they had just closed. Bill felt bad, called me back, and said while he could not sell me a new charger, he would leave me an old spare part hanging on the door knob - free of charge ! This is true mountain hospitality. Bill went above and beyond the call of duty. Great shop!
