The installation went very smooth. The installer was able to explain everything to me. I was having a wireless alarm installed, and I was not familiar with that. After the installation, he explained they use the key pad and all its functions. I am very happy with my new system.

This is not really a complaint but took over two weeks after I made the call to have someone out to install the system. That is not necessarily bad thing, it simply was because they are very busy installing systems because ADT is the leader in this business segment. It was worth the wait. The installer was very prompt, efficient and took his time to explain the program, what our options were, make good placement recommendations and demonstrated they workings of the system. I would highly recommend ADT for business and home.

I'm very satisfied with the installation and I would like to make commendation on how patient the security advisor was , waited in front of my house to hear a respond from me because I overslept and I didn't hear any knocking on my door nor ringing on my iPhone. Otherwise, I have to make another appointment for the installation which I don't think I have more time cause I'm leaving town for vacation the following day. That saved my day!! After the installation, I feel my home is safe and secured even when I'm far away.

The representative was very informative on the products available as well as very polite. The representative made sure that we understood the product that we chose. There is only one thing that I noticed and maybe it is me,however I am a senior citizen and like to have proof of what I have and what I pay for and I didn't get a receipt or contract paperwork.
