The business is recently under new management! Very fast, inexpensive, and professional repair. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of work. They fixed my screen and gave me a great deal on a screen protector. I paid less for the new screen and protector than most local places charge for just the repair and bench fee!

I drive over 1.5hrs to have them do this typically in 45 minutes, perfect time to shoot over to the mall and do some shopping. Went to this place to avoid having to pay $200+ to replace my phone after my screen being cracked! Was quoted $125 and my phone was fixed within a couple hours. It was great for about 2 weeks and then I realized I saw a crack in my phone, was hoping that it was my screen protector that was over my screen then when I took that off realized the crack was my actual screen. Figured it would be no problem I didn’t drop or hit my phone on anything! Quick fix! Then when i went in I was told another $90 and he would fix it... so now my price is at $215 which I could of got a new phone for less. I am completely disappointed and did not spend the $90 extra dollars because I’m sure the screen will jut crack again... he was more concerned about himself loosing money then fixing my phone for me. If you want to keep getting your phone screen fixed I recommend you go but otherwise you should just go through your insurance! Lesson learned.

not super impressed with this place. I went to get my broken screen fixed and they gave me an estimated time of 30 minutes and was going to charge $110.00 (they also didn't have black iphone screens in storage so I was compromising for a white screen also). I decided against getting the repair done because I knew of a cheaper and faster place in down town Burlington but wanted to try this place out because it was open earlier. I instead bought a different accessory from them and when using a debit card it charges you the two dollars for withdrawing money from a different sight other than your banks ATM. So the item that was originally 7 dollars ended up costing me more like 9. The people working there were nice and somewhat helpful but the functioning of the store was odd and not very practical.

I spilled coffee on my macbook pro and it would not turn on. I took it to a different computer repair place and they charged me $65 only to tell me there was nothing they could do, but I could send it into apple for $850. So I went to the Phone Depot for a second opinion. Mohamed saved the day. He had my computer up and running within 24 hours, explaining what had happened and what I needed to do going forward. I am happily writing this review on my functioning macbook pro. Oh! And the price was incredibly good -- I got my money back from that other place and only paid a third of that to these guys. Victory!

Cost 110 i got screen replaced. That was fine as my phone has birth of baby on it from past January. I had it a month and screen broke from a 2ft drop and soft landing on my foot. Another week wait and 96 later i get phone back and 4 days later it was in pocket never contacted a thing just in my pants pocket 2 minutes and i pull phone out and screen is spider webbed bad! I literally look at the screen now getting worse everytime i touch it. Not acceptable the cheap glass they use. Im incensed. I live penny to penny hand to mouth and i expect my 96 bucks to get me a screen that dont break after 4 days from nothing more then being in my pocket. Im ckose to bbb call and report. 2 broken screens from nothing for total of 200 bucks. Unacceptable!!!

I was quoted for a procedure that I saw done in 10 minutes on YouTube with a part that appears to be available for $10-$20 from a cursory search (not exactly deal hunting). The quote was for half the price I paid for the phone. I could buy a brand new one, same model, for the same price. I can also have it repaired at less than half the quoted price. On the plus side, the person I talked to wasn't unpleasant.

Was instructed to come back tomorrow as it "should" be done. Tried calling four times now to confirm and he won't answer. I finally got him to answer his phone while two other customers, and myself, were standing in his shop waiting for him because he left the store empty. From what I understand, screen repair can likely be done for cheaper elsewhere and would recommend you avoid this place.

This place says it can unlock all phones yet when he asks me why I'm selling an iPhone 10 and I explain that I'm going through a break up and need the money, he offers me $200. Anyone who understands the price of the phone would be insulted. To feel the need to make that much money off someone who is struggling is disgusting.

He was willing to work on it, and probably could have fixed it, but the phone had been giving me problems for too long. They had a used phone similar to mine. I could walk out with a working phone backed by their guarantee, no learning curve, and no down time. Done. Everything about this experience was positive. 5 stars are not enough. It's a solid 10. Skilled technicians, friendly service, convenient location, on-site parking, traffic light for easy access, very reasonable prices, staff takes time to explain things (in plain English, to me, but they also speak Spanish and Arabic), comfortable seating (if they can fix the problem immediately and you can wait), or you can go next door for lunch or coffee. Phone Depot isn't a corporate behemoth. It's a small business and they treat clients like neighbors. No big advertising budget, just a lot of satisfied customers.

Great service. I went in because the home button on my IPad wasn’t working. They told me that it would be really expensive to fix but looked up a setting to create a home button on my screen so no need to fix the broken one. NO CHarge for the help. I will definitely use them again for any issues that may arise!

My Mac laptop needed a battery. Small Dog said I would be without my computer for 3-5 days and they could not give me an estimate besides $200-300. The Mac Doctor in Bristol said he couldn't do it and then tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Don't even get me started on the Geek Squad. Dropped my iphone and smashed the screen. While the cost was quite a bit more ($160) than apple's mail in option ($79), I had my phone back in about an hour looking and functioning as good as new. The credit card machine wasn't working, so I needed to go and get cash which isn't very easy given the extent of the traffic in their location.

These guys shouldn’t be in business. The use sub-standard products and charge market price. The feeling of a fixed uncracked screen will last 2 weeks if your lucky. They’ll even admit the screens they use are not good quality. They tried 3 different screens before it seemed acceptable, still was green colored hue. Screen cracked without dropping 3 days later and they refused to fix. It’s a waste of money to bring your phone here. Wasting time and inevitably paying more money in the end.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE!!!!!!!!! Would LOVE to give NO stars! Brought my Moto X in. First said it would take a week for the glass to get here, they would call. After 2 weeks and no call we went in to find that it would be another 2 weeks and again they would call. Still no call! We call and they say oh yeah it's here, if you bring it when we open (says 10-6 on line really open 10:15) it'll take about an hr. I take it in first thing, first customer, they say maybe 2 hrs but tell me to come back in 3. It took a week!!! Still with never a call from them till it was done. Got it with cracks along the side from them opening it. And then they also broke the part that lets me hear people talk to me. They decide they want to try and fix that instead of a refund. Take it back in, no timeline given, it's been 3 days and still no call from them. We called a couple of times when they were certainly open but no one answered. (we take it to mean that they are ignoring our call since they know my husbands number) Save yourself hassle and money, take it somewhere else.

My Mac laptop needed a battery. Small Dog said I would be without my computer for 3-5 days and they could not give me an estimate besides $200-300. The Mac Doctor in Bristol said he couldn't do it and then tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Don't even get me started on the Geek Squad. The guys at the Phone Depot ordered the battery, called me when it was in and changed it in an hour. Just over $100.00. Total confident pros and nice too! Highly recommended.

Dropped my iphone and smashed the screen. While the cost was quite a bit more ($160) than apple's mail in option ($79), I had my phone back in about an hour looking and functioning as good as new. The credit card machine wasn't working, so I needed to go and get cash which isn't very easy given the extent of the traffic in their location.

These guys shouldn’t be in business. The use sub-standard products and charge market price. The feeling of a fixed uncracked screen will last 2 weeks if your lucky. They’ll even admit the screens they use are not good quality. They tried 3 different screens before it seemed acceptable, still was green colored hue. Screen cracked without dropping 3 days later and they refused to fix. It’s a waste of money to bring your phone here. Wasting time and inevitably paying more money in the end.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE!!!!!!!!! Would LOVE to give NO stars! Brought my Moto X in. First said it would take a week for the glass to get here, they would call. After 2 weeks and no call we went in to find that it would be another 2 weeks and again they would call. Still no call! We call and they say oh yeah it's here, if you bring it when we open (says 10-6 on line really open 10:15) it'll take about an hr. I take it in first thing, first customer, they say maybe 2 hrs but tell me to come back in 3. It took a week!!! Still with never a call from them till it was done. Got it with cracks along the side from them opening it. And then they also broke the part that lets me hear people talk to me. They decide they want to try and fix that instead of a refund. Take it back in, no timeline given, it's been 3 days and still no call from them. We called a couple of times when they were certainly open but no one answered. (we take it to mean that they are ignoring our call since they know my husbands number) Save yourself hassle and money, take it somewhere else.
