I had a couple of issues that Pat was able to help me with. I was trying to develop a platform for posting webinars for my business. All the YOUTUBE videos I watched made it seem real simple. Well, for me it wasn't. I asked Pat to give me a hand on getting an understanding and for setting up my "scenes" in OBS. Pat had not yet done this before but said he would research it and get back with me. In a few short days he made an appointment with me to sit down at my office and train me. It went very smooth as did our webinars. Thanks Pat for the great service and for learning something new for me and for then training me. Great service at very reasonable price

I had a small problem with my computer. Even though it didn't result in him making money, Pat took the time to walk my through the issue and helped me to get the situation with my lap top. A lot of people aren't willing to do something like that if it doesn't result in money immediately in their pocket.
