Excellent service by Mike the Sales Engineer/Manager who took care of us, the young Tech who examined our dead laptop, and the two fantastic Admin ladies!! We came to see if we could repair our old French keyboard laptop (where the fan had died) before considering buying another new one. Mike was NEVER pushy and they opened up the laptop to give us the cost/value options. We decided to buy a new HP model with a nice big screen. Mike personally set it up and showed us how to navigate it. We walked out the same day as two happy campers!! Perhaps the BEST experience we’ve had in 40 years!! Thanks Mike and Team!!
