I have had multiple fantastic business experiences with Mac Nurse over the last year +. Most recently my MacBook Pro began to have multiple issues, at a time in the year when my photography business is most reliant on my computer. The problem was assessed quickly and an estimate was prepared and sent shortly after bringing the computer in. The work was performed quickly and the computer is running and performing better than ever. The in person consults at the time of drop off and pick up are priceless (and be sure to have a cup of tea!). I strongly recommend Mac Nurse if you have any concerns or problems with your Mac devices.

My 27 inch Mac fell during a recent move......screen damaged.....would not boot up... Perry assessed the damage and gave me an accurate repair estimate.....a new version was over $2000.... He replaced hard drive with latest version, increased storage and replaced the screen for one third the price!! Definitely a “ go to guy” for Mac help and repair

I had a horrible experience with Mac Nurse. After performing diagnostics on my old computer he offered to sell me a refurb model from his stock. When my kid messed it up, Mac nurse outsourced the repairs. Eventually he declared it couldn’t be fixed, offered to sell me another refurb, and sent a bill that included charges I didn’t recognize. I inquired and disputed it, and was floored that Mac Nurse immediately quit responding to my emails, declined my calls, and kept inflating the bill until it was more than 4x what I originally expected. Eventually he canceled the unpaid invoice and confiscated my hard drive - even though he had promised momths prior to send it back as it was not part of the repairs in the first place. I lost a huge amount of personally and professionally sensitive data and I have no idea what he did with it. I’m out of state and have no recourse or access to his store. Mac Nurse condescending manner and unprofessional business practices easily make this the worst tech experience of my life.

I dropped off my MacBook on Thursday. By Friday I had information and a plan for repair. An estimate quickly followed. Soon after I accepted the estimate, I learned that my computer would be ready for pick-up in two days. Efficient, friendly and professional.
